This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Muna Regency Forest Service. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The results of the study show that: (1) Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Forest Service Office of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Forest Service Office of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Forest Service Office of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of job ability, work involvement and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The results showed that: (1) Ability to work, work involvement and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. (2) Job ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. (3) Work involvement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Muna Regency. This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Employment Agency of Muna Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Muna Regency, amounting to 58 people. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) Work discipline, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Regional Employment Agency of Muna Regency. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Muna Regency. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Muna Regency. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: work discipline, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance

This study aimed to: 1) analyze the effect of work ability simultaneously with job characteriscs on staff’s performance, 2) analyze the effect of work ability on staff’s performance;3) analyze the effect of job characteristics on staff’s performance. objects of the study were the board of Local Finance and Assets management (BPKAD) of North Konawe regency. Population of the study included all staff of BPKAD of North Konawe regency, totaling 44 staff. Samples were determined using a census technique, therefore all population became the samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis that was performed on the SPSS version 20.Results showed that:1) simultaneously work ability and job characteristics had a positively significant effect on staff’s performance;2) work ability had a positively significant effect on staff’s performance;3) job characteristics had a positively significant effect on staff’s performance

This study aims to examine and explain how much influence Competence, Work Experience and work environment has on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Inspectorate Office in North Konawe district. The design of this research uses an explanatory research approach with data collection carried out in a cross-section through a questionnaire. The sample used in this study amounted to 39 respondents who were civil servants of the North Konawe District Inspectorate. The parametric tool used to answer the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression through the SPSS version 20.0 program. The results of the study show that competence, work experience and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The results of the study also showed that Competence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Experience partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the Work Environment partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Regional Inspectorate staff of Konawe Utara Regency.Keywords: competence, work experience, work environment, employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowerment and work involvement on employee performance at the Konawe District Forest Service. A total of 48 employees became respondents using census research spread across all rooms in the Konawe District Forest Service. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through the SPSS for Windows program.The results showed that empowerment and work involvement simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with determination of 0.468 or 46.8%. empowerment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work involvement has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. It is expected that further research will reconsider other variables that influence employee performance, namely leadership style, work motivation and work environment.Keywords:Empowerment, Work Involvement and Employee Performance

This study aimed to find out the effect of leadership on working motivation, leadership on the staff’s performance, working motivation on staff’s performance, and leadership on the staff’s performance through working motivation as an intervening variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City.Population of the study were 26 people which included all staff of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City. Sample were determined using total sampling since the population was less than 100 so all of the population became the samples of the study. Data were analyzed using the Path Analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) Program.Results of the study showed the leadership had a positively significant effect on the working motivation at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City, leadership had a positively significant effect on the performance of staff at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City, working motivation had a positively significant effect on the performance of staff at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City, and leadership had a positively significant effect on the performance of staff through working motivation as an intervening variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City.

Sungai Jeneberang mempunyai Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) seluas 860 km2. Sedangkan luas wilayah sungai mencapai 9.331 km2 dengan potensi air permukaan 13.229 Juta/tahun dan potensi air tanah 1.504 Juta/tahun. Jaringan penakar hujan di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah faktor curah hujan sehingga diperlukan pendataan stasiun jaringan penakar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya pemetaan jaringan penakar hujan dan nilai optimun stasiun hujan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Polygon Thiessen dengan berdasarkan prinsip statistic yang kemudian disajikan melalui peta dari olahan data menggunakan Arcgis 10.8. Dari hasil perhitungan data rerata curah hujan DAS Jeneberang dengan metode polygon thissen, curah hujan rata rata daerah pada tahun 2011- 2020 adalah 2.958,83 mm dan didapat stasiun hujan di daerah DAS Jeneberang dengan luas 133.2183 km2 seharusnya terdapat 6,1 stasiun dan dilapangan terdapat 6 stasiun.Abstrak: Jaringan penakar hujan, Das Jeneberang, Polygon Thiessen.

Kondisi ruas jalan Belimbing dan jalan Durian di Kelurahan Anduonohohu secara keseluruhan berada di daerah dataran dekat dengan lapangan dan perumahan, kondisi drainasenya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan setempat seperti aliran drainase, topografi, kondisi tanah, kondisi material dan kondisi beban kendaraan yang melintasi ruas jalan tersebut. Drainase jalan yang baik harus mampu mengatur debit air yang masuk kedalam saluran, sehingga laju air dapat terkendali. Untuk mengendalikan air saluran samping jalan, kemiringan melintang dan memanjang sangat berpengaruh. penampang memanjang dari saluran drainase air dapat diatur pendistribusian air dan kemana arah air dibuang. Kemudian saluran samping berfungsi untuk menampung debit air untuk didistribusikan. Tujuan dari Pendampingan survei dan assessment ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan drainase (saluran samping) di sepanjang Jalan Belimbing dan jalan Durian Kelurahan Anduonohu, juga untuk mengkaji sistem pembuangan air hujan dan air limbah masyarakat yang langsung masuk ke drainase samping jalan untuk menunjang pengembangan kebijakan tata kelola sistem drainase yang bersih dan berkesinambungan serta merekomendasikan sistem Pengelolaan dan bangunan/konstruksi drainase yang kuat, berfungsi dengan baik efektif dan efisien. Pendampingan ini menghasilkan data survey kerusakan drainase dan assessment pada sisi ruas jalan Belimbing dan jalan Durian Kelurahan Anduonohu dengan dimensi saluran drainase yang tidak seragam, konstruksi bangunan tidak sesuai dengan standar SNI dan Dep PU, kemiringan saluran drainase tidak sesuai lagi karena banyak terdapat sedimen kemudian Saluran drainase sebagian besar tersumbat yang cukup parah akibat sampah dan sedimen serta saluran drainase dibawah trotoar yang tidak memiliki inlet sehingga air menggenangi pada badan jalan.
