Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Sistem pembelian pada Tomikomart dan sistem informasi pembayaran hutang pada Tomikomart. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi.melakukan analisis deskriptif sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian pada retail Tomikomart, Bagaimana sistem pembelian pada Tomikomart,Bagaimana sistem informasi pembayaran hutang pada Tomikomart Berdasarkan Dari hasil analisis Untuk pembelian secara online pihak perusahaan dapat menghemat dari segi biaya operasional sehingga tidak memerlukan dana yang cukup besar untuk digunakan dalam operasi bisnisnya,selain itu waktu yang biasanya digunakan untuk mengambil barangan dagangan dapat dialihkan untuk pengerjaan yang lainnya. Untuk pembelian secara offline pihak perusahaan juga memiliki keuntungan yaitu lebih mudah dalam memilih produk yang diinginkan selain itu pembelian secara offline juga dapat menggunakan berbagai macam metode pembayaran sehingga membantu Tomikomart. Abstract

Pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berorganisasi perlu disadari dan dikembangkan sejakdini. Memahami akan pentingnya kerjasama tim akan bermanfaat bagi karakter seseorang kedepannyaterutama ketika masuk dalam sebuah perusahaan atau membangun perusahaan sendiri terkait pekerjaan.Organisasi semakin berkembang, karena organisasi sangat di perlukan pada organisasi, danjuga tata kerja dalam pembagian tugas baik secara individual maupun sosial (bersama-sama). Maka dariitu penting bagi kita, mempunyai pengetahuan tentang organisasi, manajemen, maupun tata kerja. Agardapat mengembangkan potensi diri sebaik mungkin, terutama dalam keorganisasian.Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan dengan metodeceramah dan demonstrasi melalui permainan. Selain itu metode Focus Group Disccussion (FGD) jugamenjadi salah satu metode yang diterapkan untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan siswa/I berargumendalam tim.Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini yaitu 1)siswa mampu menjawab pertanyaan darimoderator dan penyaji; 2)siswa mampu menyelesaikan games dengan sangat antusias; 3)siswa mampuberargumen dalam tim.Kesimpulan dalam upaya membentuk karakter siswa/I sejak masih di sekolah, menjadikanpenyuluhan dengan metode ceramah, demontrasi melalui permainan dan focus group discussion (FGD)dinilai efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dari kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan permainan danberargumen dalam tim ketika membahas inti dari permainan.Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan, organisasi, siswa-siswi sekolah

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are an important component for the community's economy in Tlogomas Village, Malang City. This study aims to analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors as well as the latest models in local government strategies in improving the quality of MSME management human resources. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. the inhibiting factors, namely the unsynchronized implementation of HR training times, inadequate capacity of HR training locations, intense MSME competition, difficult access to capital, difficulties in adapting to changes after the Covid-19 pandemic. Supporting factors are good communication between the Cooperative and MSME Office of Malang City and MSME actors in the Tlogomas Village as well as financial assistance and incentives from the local government to MSME actors. The latest model in the strategy to improve the quality of human resources for MSME managers is the role of the government and human resources as drivers and managers of MSME operational management.

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the application of e-invoice in controlling tax credit input of PT. TT Metals Indonesia, the obstacles that occur and how to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of Electronic Tax Invoice in control in an effort to prevent the issuance of fictitious tax invoices. Researcher method uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that PT. TT Metals Indonesia Karawang in the percentage that before the occurrence of tax invoices in 2013 amounted to 0.92% while after the Tax Invoice in 2015 amounted to 0.05% shows that experiencing a decrease in losses due to input tax correction before and after the application of e-invoice. Constraints that arise during the application of the Electronic Tax Invoice are dependence on the system and internet network connection, the inadequate level of ability and negligence of the Taxable Entrepreneur and the Taxable Entrepreneur computer facility, while the alternative way to overcome the obstacles that arise during the application of the Electronic Tax Invoice is through an increase the quality of the information system network, and appeals to Taxable Entrepreneurs to update the computer.

Abstract

Ikan patin Pangasius sp. merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang populer di masyarakat karena memi­ liki berbagai kelebihan seperti toleran pada lingkungan yang buruk, memiliki badan yang besar sehingga mu­ dah dibudidayakan di kolam maupun di karamba dibandingkan ikan lainnya dan sudah menyebar hampir ke seluruh pelosok tanah air. Frekuensi pemberian pakan dalam budidaya ikan patin belum diketabui secara pas­ ti yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan optimal pada ikan patin. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pen­ garuh frekuensi pemberian pakan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan patin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juni - 07 Agustus 2013 di Balai Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar (BBIAT) Petelu­ an Indah, Kecamatan Lingsar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas faktor tunggal yaitu frekuensi pemberian pakan dengan 5 (lima) aras perlakuan yaitu : Frekuensi pemberian pakan 1 kali se­ hari (pkl.08.00), Frekuensi pemberian pakan I kali sehari (pkl. 17.00), Frekuensi pemberian pakan 2 kali se­ hari (pkl. 08.00 dan pkl. 17.00), Frekuensi pemberian pakan 3 kali sehari (pkl. 08.00, pkl. 12.30 dan pkl. 17.00) dan Frekuensi pemberian pakan 4 kali sehari (pkl.08.00, pkl. 11.OO, pk1.l4.00 dan pkl. 17.00). Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga diperoleh 20 buah unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi pemberian pakan yang berbeda mempengaruhi pertumbuhan berat dan panjang mutlak ikan patin Pangasius sp. tetapi tidak mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup ikan patin Pangasius sp. Frekuensi pemberian pakan juga mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan berat dan panjang spesifik ikan patin pada semua waktu penga­ matan kecuali pada hari ke-30 untuk panjang spesifik. Perlakuan frekuensi pemberian pakan tiga kali dan empat kali sehari memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan mutlak dan spesifik ikan patin Pangasius sp.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the views of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad regarding morals and their implementation in everyday life, especially in the modern context. Considering the importance of morals in Islamic teachings, this research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how the moral values taught in the hadith can be applied by Muslims in various life situations. The research method used is qualitative research through literature study with a content analysis process. Data was collected from various primary and secondary sources, then analyzed and categorized to detail themes according to the research questions. The next stage is the presentation of the core points which are able to summarize the research results descriptively related to morals from the perspective of hadith. The research results show that morals in the hadith view include good and commendable behavior, which is instilled in every Muslim through the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Hadiths that teach values such as honesty, patience, compassion and justice provide practical guidance for Muslims. However, in the context of modern life, the application of these morals faces complex challenges due to social change and globalization. Keywords: Akhlak; Hadith; Impelementation.

Abstract

Background: Diarrhea is a public health problem that is experienced by many developing countries such as Indonesia, because there are still many people who do not implement PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) properly so that the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers is still a potential Extraordinary Event (KLB) which is very often accompanied by death. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of family PHBS education on the prevention of diarrhea in toddlers in Ambunten District, Sumenep Regency. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a quasi experimental design. The population in this study is mothers who have toddlers under 5 years old. The sample of 66 respondents uses a random sampling technique is obtained. Data was collected using a diarrhea prevention questionnaire. Results: The results of the study before being given education to the treatment group and control group were mostly sufficient. Results: The results of the study after being educated in the treatment group and control group were good with the number of p value = 0.000 which means that there is an effect of family PHBS education on the prevention of diarrhea in toddlers under 5 years old in Ambunten District, Sumenep Regency. Conclusion: Health workers can provide counseling about household PHBS to mothers who have toddlers under 5 years old, so that they can apply PHBS properly and correctly in order to reduce the mortality rate in toddlers caused by diarrhea.

Abstract

Peran masyarakat dalam pembangunan nasional khususnya pembangunan ekonomi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. Posisi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam perekonomian nasional memegang peranan penting dan strategis. Dimana Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah UMKM dinilai menjadi garda terdepan pembangunan ekonomi karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar dan berperan dalam mendistribusikan hasil pembangunan. Peningkatan jangkauan pasar menjadi salah satu manfaat utama digitalisasi bagi UMKM. Dengan memanfaatkan platform digital seperti marketplace, media sosial, dan website, UMKM dapat lebih mudah dan efisien menjangkau pelanggan di seluruh dunia. Hal ini penting karena pasar global menjadi lebih terbuka dan teknologi menjadi lebih mudah diakses oleh siapapun. UMKM merupakan salah satu sektor penghasil pendapatan terbesar bagi negara. Lalu, Teknologi efisiensi operasional seperti software akuntansi, manajemen inventaris dan campaign mengenai pemasaran digital yang memungkinkan UMKM mengelola bisnisnya dengan lebih efisien. Dan Pemasaran digital memungkinkan UMKM mempromosikan produknya secara luas dengan biaya murah. Saat ini menerapkan pemasaran digital untuk UMKM sangat penting untuk memiliki strategi komunikasi yang efektif. Pemasaran digital memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities at Sigaran Jiwa Agrotourism, located in Kampung Jayapura, Siak Regency, which has emerged as a significant destination within the region, particularly following the post-COVID-19 recovery. Sigaran Jiwa Agrotourism is centered around agricultural-based tourism activities and has witnessed a steady increase in visitors, drawing interest for its unique blend of nature and agro-education experiences. This research employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through a combination of field observations, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including site managers, staff, and visitors, as well as reviewing relevant secondary sources such as financial and maintenance reports. The findings reveal that, while the number of visitors has consistently increased from 2020 to 2023, the site’s facility management is currently facing several challenges related to the upkeep and further development of essential infrastructure. Notably, certain facilities, such as gazebos, observation towers, and playgrounds, are well-maintained and contribute to the positive visitor experience. However, other critical areas, such as parking spaces, toilets, and accessibility for the disabled, require significant improvement to meet growing demand and enhance visitor satisfaction. The study concludes that, with strategic improvements in facility management and stronger support from local authorities and stakeholders, Sigaran Jiwa Agrotourism holds great potential to further develop into a leading and sustainable tourism destination within Siak Regency, contributing not only to local economic growth but also promoting eco-friendly tourism practices.

Abstract

Community Participation Aspects in the Management of Dayun Tourism Village in the Organization of Economic Aspects, the following institutions related to the economic aspect are Bumkam, UMKM, Agricultural Groups, and Livestock Groups. This institution is a local economic development in Dayun Tourism Village. This institution not only functions as a facilitator in the management of resources and distribution of economic benefits, institutions in this aspect support the development of community businesses, expand employment opportunities, Forms of institutional participation in the economic aspect in Dayun Tourism Village in supporting tourism activities such as selling educational tour packages for tourists who buy tour packages provided by related institutions, providing tour guide services, managing the main artificial tourist attractions, namely Embung Terpadu, and selling regional souvenirs such as culinary products from watermelon and woven products, and batik to tourists. which can increase the attractiveness of tourist villages in a sustainable manner. in the aspect of cultural sustainability related to the LAMR Institution (Riau Malay Customary Institution), Bapekam, Sanggar Tari Sunting Melayang, and Cultural Heritage in the Perkumpulan Cucu Cicit Makam Tuk Antan Berdarah Putih group). In this institution, it is very crucial in maintaining the values of local traditions and cultural heritage to remain alive and relevant amidst the changing times, through solid collaboration between institutions, strengthening the role of the community such as involving the local community in providing performances to visitors and tourists in the form of tourist attractions such as the olang-olang dance, silat pangean, Pilgrimage to the Tomb of Tuk Antan Berdarah Putih Khalifa Kholil and participating in traditional events such as traditional wedding ceremonies that are carried out in everyday life. The role of the community in Dayun Tourism Village in organizations in the related creativity aspect is Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group), MPA (Fire Care Community), PKK (Family Empowerment and Welfare) and Permata Waste Bank. The form of institutional participation in creativity to support tourism activities is in the form of increasing or creating tourist attractions in the eyes of tourists visiting Dayun Tourism Village, providing services in any form to provide comfort for visitors, and providing support for all tourism activities in Dayun Tourism Village.
