Abstract

ABSTRACT In a technologically advanced era of political movements, it can use "memes" in social media, one of which is shown by the Balinese People Forum refuse reclamation through the use of memes in Instagram social media accounts. The purpose of this research is to know Motivation, ideology and purpose of Forbali movement to do political movements of social media instagram in the form of meme. This study focused on the Forbali political social movement and Instagram account "Forbali13". The method used is qualitative. data collection is done through interviews and document studies. The theory used rests on framed versions of entman analysis and political propaganda as its supporting theories. The findings of the research mentioned that there are, First, there is a hidden purpose of the meme movement in the second Forbali instagram. In Meme Forbali there is a message conveyed, namely the ideology and motivation of movement through social media used to frame the information and education. penyampain from meme done by framing process method in social media of Instagram. Abstract

ABSTRACT Persons with disabilities (PwDs) in Indonesia are still discriminated, especially on election day. Persons with disabilities in elections have not been fully considered. However, Bengkala Village, Buleleng, Bali Province is able to improve and fulfill the political rights for PwDs. Bengkala Village as a best practice for the needs of PwDs and success as an inclusive Election organizer. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. In seeing the success of Bengkala Village to fulfill the political rights of disability is by using three theories namely: participation theory, rational choice theory, and dramaturgy theory. The three theories dissect disability community relationships with the fulfillment of political rights in elections in Bengkala Village. The purpose of this study is to find out how Bengkala village can fulfill the political rights of the disability. The findings of this research are, firstly, Bengkala Village meets as inclusive village for people with disability, this is inseparable from a Putu Kanta volunteer who supports the existence of people persons with disabilities. Secondly, although there are problems from the KPU, but people with disabilities can still run an inclusive 2017 Election. Third, the success of Pemilukada in Bengkala village was established in livelihood. Keywords: BengkalaVillage, Disability, Election, Fulfillment of Political Rights.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Traditional market can not be separated from human being, in order to full fill the form of basic necessity such as Clothes, Foods, and Home because these kind of things can not be formed and producing it goods and service by itself. Thus society can be easily to full fill their necessities by the existence of the market as a place for trading all goods and products has been showed in Sindu market development by economical point of view followed by tourism sector which is carrying Sanur Village into a revolution. The government has committed to revitalize traditional market in Denpasar City and one of the proof of the commitment shown by supporting and authenticatring a program of Sindhu Traditonal market’s revitalization as it agenda. Theory that used in this research are Rational Choice theory and Agenda Setting which utilized by the Qualitative methods by getting an information by deep interview. The result of this research is showing a dinamics of the government in the process of revitalization by authenticating that agenda and as supporting idea which is harmonized for both of sector in this revitalization agenda. Abstract

ABSTRACT Female legislator knowledge about gender is one of the problem in Indonesia, especially at Regional House of Representative (as known as DPRD) Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research aims to find out the understanding from two female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur to responses the overseas workforce gender issues and how they fight for this case at commission meeting. This research used some theories, first Liberal Feminism theory by Merry Wollstonecraft. Second, Political Representatives theory by MichealSaward. And the last is Rational Comprehensive theory by Hoogerwerf. This research also used Descriptive qualitative method which is to find the data by observation, interview and document. Result from this research is the female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur already understand about gender and they do their duties and responsibilities as appropriate. Their performance has shown their ability and also the other females legislator from another commission to understand about gender issues and how to resolves the gender bias of Indonesia overseas workforce. The outcome from this understanding and female legislator performances at Regional House of representative NTT 2014-2019 is a local regulation has ratified by 2016. The local regulation content talk about Indonesian workers services and control , especially control and mechanism for Indonesia labor abroad. Keywords:Gender and Legislation Process

ABSTRACT__ The theory of Patron Client proposed by James Scott is used_in this study_The_results of this study showed_that:_First, Pemuda Pancasila gave their loyalty and devotion to ERAMAS couple by contributing in_the_form_of_contributions_to_the_regional administrators, social activities and direct activities for the community to the success of ERAMAS Couple. Second, the relationship of Patron Client established between Pemuda Pancasila and ERAMAS created a mutually beneficial relationship with the exchange of rewards such as granting access in the provincial government, granting positions and facilitating licensing and vice versa Pemuda Pancasila provided loyalty and services. Third, the Governor election of North Sumatra in 2018 is a momentum for the Pemuda Pancasila to support and win the Governor candidate who was the best cadre of the Pemuda Pancasila. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine a things behind the resistance af the Community Alliance according to the decree by the Head of East Manggarai Regancy number HK.81-2009 in Lambaleda Distrik and same factors that influence the resistance Alliance Movement’s can be success. The informants in this study are eight people who are member of the Movment Alliance are pastors, youth leaders (student), local goverments Alliance and parties involvet in Alliance Society resistance. This research was conduted in Lambaleda Districk, East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Timur province, the research time was from june 2016 until august 2016. Research metho with direct interview and documentation. Data analisis used descriptive qualitative to describe and explain a background of Community Alliance make a resistance movement of mine in East Manggarai Regency succeed. The result of this study have explained, there are several factors behind the resistance movement by Community Alliance which are the lack of community involvement in the formulation of the policy, the lack of the socialization conducted by the Government and the police that’s not target. Abstract

ABSTRACT Androgyny carried out by legislative candidates in North Kuta in an effort to make a strategy to win the 2019 legislative elections. The author uses the theory of Androgyny from Sandra Lipitz Beam, this theory is useful to imply aid assistance that you want to ask and support, depending on situational suitability. With the Porposive method, the author obtained the results of the study consisting of: Legislative candidates both men and women were able to improve the Androgynic character when consulting themselves with their constituents, looking for potential legislators related to their masculinity by using direct spaciousness and looking for direct use of spaciousness and looking for direct Interesting constituents interesting legislative is able to combine with the value of the character of women (feminine) with regard to women's welfare. Abstract

ABSTRACT Waste management in DKI Jakarta always heading toward difficult way, and even nowadays it become a political commodity that politicians able to use for the purpose of Election. The purpose of this research is to know the policies flow in policy making concepts in the development of the Intermediate Treatment of the Governor of DKI Jakarta and the DKI Jakarta DPRD. John Kindong's Theory. This study uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate: First, the condition of Bantargebang TPST which will be overload in the moment of 2019 Election, secondly many NGOs were disagree in the construction of ITF Jakarta based on the uses of incinerator combustion system, third The National Government uses BPPT to perpetuate interests in ITF development using incinerators, the Fourth Revision of Law No. 3 of 2013 concerning waste management is a subjective. Abstract

ABSTRACT Strategy is a design in achieving expectations within a certain period. Political campaigns are political communication processes carried out by political candidates in obtaining support and a good image from the public. In this research journal the strategy of the Koster-Ace winning team that uses the Political Marketing strategy as a propaganda tool in shaping public opinion in the community to get support in winning the election of the Governor of Bali. This research method uses a case study with a interview data collection technique and observation. The subject of the research was the KOSTER-ACE campaign winning team. The results of this study indicate that the Political campaign strategy used by the KOSTER-ACE winning team using the Political Marketing strategy as a propaganda tool in forming public opinion in Bali can be said to be very effective can get support and win the 2018 Bali governor election. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research focuses on the strategy of the Pulau Plastik campaign in reducing plastic waste.This study produces descriptive data with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through interviews and document searches. The theory used is based on the Power In Movement by Sidney Tarrow, it was found that the results of this study show that the Pulau Plastik Campaign uses a strategic approach consisting of four components, namely: Support from the government in the form of a Governor Regulation as the basis for the movement, Community Screening, Advocacy, social media networks and songs as an effort to build public opinion on the issue of plastic waste. This strategy is carried out with the target of the government, society and business people so that the use of plastic in Bali is reduced and the community can switch to materials made from other materials that can be reused.
