Abstract

ABSTRACT Inclusive education is an educational service system that provides opportunities for all children to study together in a public school with attention to diversity and individual needs. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of inclusive education for crew in SD No. 11 Jimbaran and obstacles in the implementation of this inclusive education. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methodology. In obtaining the data, the authors make direct observations to the field to obtain the primary data related and conduct documentation studies to obtain secondary data. In addition, the researcher uses techniques such as direct and indirect interviews related to this research. The conclusion of this research is Implementation of Inclusive Education in SD No. 11 Jimbaran as a whole has not been effective yet and is not in line with the established standard of inclusive education. Abstract

ABSTRACT Rural development in Dauh Peken Village is now continuously be improved in terms of both economic and social. It currently requires the participation of the whole society and the government to get involved to realize the development of the village. Through a community empowerment program in economics and the environment, the Village Government Dauh Peken seeks to create village development desired by the community in accordance with the potential contained in the village. The problems of the background for this study is the lack of funds, which not is available yet from facilities and supporting infrastructure activities, lack of training, there has been no serious attention from the government, as well as poverty. This research was conducted by descriptive qualitative data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews. This study analyzes how rural development through community empowerment with the concept of community empowerment is composed of economic indicators, commodity choice and type of business, human resource management and career development, the development of a network of partnerships, logistics and financial management and the development of facilities and infrastructure. Environmental indicators, physical environment and social environment. Results from this study showed that rural development through community empowerment is still not effective due to the economic empowerment of facilities and infrastructures supporting activities are not yet available and the lack of serious attention from the government regarding the distribution work product results. Based on five (5) economic indicators were used, the only indicator of the commodity choice and type of business showed good results whereas other indicators such as human resources management and career development, the development of a network of partnerships, logistics and financial management and the development of facilities and infrastructure is still less than the maximum. In the field of environmental empowerment by 2 (two) indicators used,  the physical environment has shown good results, but the social environment is still less than the maximum. Abstract

ABSTRACT E-procurement system in the procurement of government goods / services is essential to improve the efficiency of the procurement process, this is the purpose and principles of procurement process government goods / services, including the Public Works Department of Bali Province as one SKPD Bali Province who have used the e-procurement system in the procurement process. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency as well as the constraints of e-procurement system in the procurement of government goods / services performed particularly of Public Works Department of Bali Province. This type of research is using descriptive qualitative approach. Source data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the analysis of the findings and conclusions of research are e-procurement system in the procurement of goods / services conducted by the Public Works Department of Bali Province has been run in full and more efficient than the conventional way. This is evidenced by the results of the field survey and data procurement conducted by the Public Works Department of Bali Province in particular prone years. But it need to increase the use of electronic systems in other procurement methods, as well as the development of the server to operate the system that are not easily hacked or suffer other server error, given the e-procurement system based online. So that in the future, e-procurement system will be more efficient and transparent in accordance with the principles and objectives.   Keywords: E-procurement, procurement of goods / services, efficiency

Abstract

ABSTRACT Udayana University Hospital is one of the state hospitals located in Bali, precisely in Jimbaran. Aside from being a forum for education and research, this hospital also has the main goal of providing quality and affordable health services for the entire community. Research with the title "The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance" conducted at Udayana University Hospital employees aims to found out and explain the influence of leadership style on employee performance. And this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection tool used is a question by list to 117 employees. This data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using the program on 22 of SPSS. The results of the study show partial influence of leadership style (X) on employee performance (Y) Udayana University Hospital is positive with the result is regression analysis linear with a value of 0.838. Abstract

ABSTARCT TVRI Bali as the only state-owned TV station in Bali has gone through various changes such as recruitment, planning, management and supervision of civil servants and the development of personnel management from TVRI that has not been maximized when the status of PT. Therefore, the purpose of this study to see whether the development of management from PT to LPP affect the quality improvement performance of civil servants in TVRI, whether the development of personnel management in TVRI has been running according to its function and whether management development in TVRI can improve the performance of employees. The highest variable on employee development The mutation policy does not interfere with the smoothness of the task is the implementation of formal education and structural training and technical training. Abstract

ABSTARCT Providing value and satisfaction to consumers through the provision of quality and quality services is one of the strategies used by transportation service providers to lure customers to use public transportation services again. Good service quality isn’t only measured from the luxury of the Service Quality of the technological completeness and the physical appearance of the officer. The result of this research shows that the service quality of Bus Trans Sarbagita has positive effect on the satisfaction of the people who use the transportation service in Bali with R2 result of 0.640, which means that the satisfaction of the users of transportation service in Bali is influenced by the service quality of Trans Sarbagita Bus by 64%. The results of simple linear regression calculations show that if the quality of service increased by one percent it will result in an increase of the value of customer satisfaction of 98.6 percent. Abstract

ABSTRACT Social capital has a three main concept which are: trust, interrelation and similiar code of conduct. These three conceptions could be blended in with the character of the political actor. Direct interaction between actor and society create emotional bounding and trusting. The Habitus becoming the fundamental movement of actor’s action angd thought which is combinated disposition as tendency of behaviour and generative clarification scheme in order to be a bases of people’s assessment. The field in this case becoming a battle arena of social capital of actor and Actor’s habitus creator on the election zone 1 with social interactions. The actor's who competed in political arena is supported by social organization and the ability to adapt with society to fighting for position as the people's representatives. The final result of the social capital contention led Masduki Toba as the aclamation candidate of PKB party of electoral zone 1 which coming from the support of society. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Political history of the government was intervend of Political Actors in custom tradition is a problem inherent in the district of Rote Ndao, NTT Province. The research is to find out the role of Political Actors in playing the traditional ritual of Belis in DPRD and government political legitimacy and knowing the existence of interest and the power relations in Belis are useful for building a network in the Rote Ndao district of NTT Province. The theory used is Patron Klient theory, Identity Politics, and Power Networks. This research method is qualitative descriptive. Result collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observations, and documents. The results of this Belis tradition relationship in Rote could not be separated with that ethnic and religious identity factors.This study also received intervention from political actors in the Belis tradition who were interested in building a useful power relationship in Rote Ndao district. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to provide an overview of the setting agenda in the regional regulation policy number 2 of 2016 concerning halal tourism in NTB. Province NTB is the first area in Indonesia that succeeded in formulating a regional regulation of halal tourism. The theory used in this study Setting Agenda Theory from John Kingdon. Acording to John Kingdon , The Setting Agenda Theory is divided into three stream, consisting of the flow of problem, the flow of policy and the political flow. This study uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the research found are first,the lack of public understanding of halal tourism and the conflict between community groups. Second, the lack of socialization from the Department of Tourism to the public about halal tourism.
