Abstract

This study aims to produce an innovative one-handed passing training model in basketball games for beginners that can provide benefits for basketball coaches to convey these varied training models and can help athletes to understand and achieve the expected training results in order to play basketball well This research method uses research and development (Research & Development). The time required for this research refers to the research and development of the Borg and Gall development model which takes 4 months. The subjects of this study were adolescent athletes aged 13-15 years, The Hawk Basketball team with a total of 60 basketball athletes.

Abstract

Sedentary behavior is a wakeful behavior or activity characterized by expenditure of energy such as sitting or lying down, as distinct from passive behavior. Sedentary behavior in outdoor education learning is a learning strategy that is carried out outdoors. Learning strategies like this are carried out by inviting students to unite with nature and do some outdoor activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of sedentary behavior in outdoor education learning. Method: This study uses a literature study approach. Article search used 2 databases, namely Google Scholar and Pubmed with the keywords outdoor education and sedentary behavior. The criteria for the article are original published from 2013 to 2023. Results: Of the 16 articles that have been reviewed, the results show that all articles explain sedentary habits as bad habits that are prone to disease. There fore outdoor learning is one of the factors to reduce the occurrence of diseases that come as a result of sedentary habits, because a child will be more active and move a lot when outside the room. Conclusion: The results of the review of the 16 articles explained that there are factors that influence sedentary behavior in a child which can make a child lazy to move and do other activities. There fore outdoor learning is one of the supporting factors for reducing the occurrence of diseases that come as a result of sedentary habits, because a child will be more active and move a lot when outside the room

Abstract

Outdoor education is an activity outside the school which is an activity outside the classroom. Such as playing in the school environment, parks, camping, and others. However, outdoor education does not just move lessons out of the classroom, but is carried out by inviting students to unite with nature and carry out activities that lead to the realization of changes in students' behavior towards the surrounding environment through the stages of awareness, understanding, responsibility, and behavior. The purpose of this study was to be able to examine the effect of outdoor education on the physical activity of students in elementary schools. The writing of this scientific article uses the literature review research method which originally came from 581 literature sources and then reviewed into 16 literature taken from two databases (Google Scholar and PubMed) which show physical activity and outdoor education. The results showed that every student with high physical activity had a good level of fitness. Students who do a lot of physical activity will get better physical fitness. It can be concluded that both learning activities outside the classroom have a significant positive impact, with learning outside the classroom focusing on academic development and a holistic learning experience, while physical activity focuses on physical health and individual well being.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Training methods (Plyometrik and Weight Training ) and in terms the high strength of leg muscle and the low strength of leg muscle. Based on the problems, the design of this study was the treatment by the level of 2 x 2. Analysis of variance between the group at a significant level α = 0.05. This study also aims to determine the interaction between exercise and leg muscle strength against to the long jumping squat style skills.This study was done in SMA Pesantren Pancasila, Bengkulu. The sample was consisted of 24 athletes in this study, then divided into four groups, each group consisting of 6 athletes which as the object of this study.The data analysis technique was the analysis of variance of two lanes and then followed by Tukey test with significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1) Overall, the results of long jumping skills to the group that trained with exercise methods of Plyometrik better than the group trained with the type of Weight  Training, (2) There are interactions between the Training methods with leg muscle strength to the results of Long Jumping Squat Style Skills, (3) For those athletes who have high leg muscle strength, the result of long jumping skills through the implementation of exercise methods Plyometrik better than the method of Weight  Training, (4) For those athletes who have low leg muscle strength, the result of long jumping skill through the implementation of Weight Training methods not better than the Training methods of Plyometrik.

Abstract

This research produces a learning model for table tennis forehand drive strokes for upper elementary school students and tests the effectiveness of an application-based table tennis forehand stroke skill model for upper elementary school students. The research approach and method for this table tennis Forehand drive stroke skill learning model uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) research and development model. The subjects involved in this research were 34. The subjects of this research were upper elementary school students. The data analysis technique was created by conducting a pretest and posttest using a forehand drive stroke skill movement instrument. The results are analyzed, the point is to find out whether there is a percentage increase in skills through the learning model given to students. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the ability of table tennis forehand drive strokes for elementary school IV students after implementing the forehand drive movement learning model. The results obtained were 6.41% pre-test and 8.65% post-test.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah belum pernah ada pemberian program latihan beladiri sambo di wilayah pesisir. Kemudian Jauhnya jarak / jangkauan tempat latihan, minimnya sarana latihan. Kemudian solusi yang akan ditawarkan untuk berkolaboratif dengan mitra untuk membuat tempat latihan serta menyusun program latihan sederhana dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sekitar serta sekaligus menjaring bibit atlet yang ada di Kabupaten/Kota di Kalimantan Selatan. Dalam kegiatan ini metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi kegiatan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut yang langsung berfokus pada mitra PGSI dan PERSAMBI Kab Tanah Laut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi yang akan dilaksanakan kepada mitra dimana mereka sangat memerlukan tenaga ahli dari berbagai bidang, baik pengelolaan, teknik, serta pengembangan tempat latihan. Sasaran yang akan digunakan tempat pengembangan latihan ini nantinya merupakan wilayah pesisir yang bebas tidak mengganggu tanaman, ataupun aktifitas lainnya di sekitar pemukiman warga. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hasil tindak lanjut dari penelitian mahasiswa sebelumnya terkait dengan pendukung prestasi atlet. Dimana tidak hanya atlet yang diberikan motivasi hingga strategi berlatih, tetapi juga pelatih pun perlu membangun koordinasi terhadap pencapaian prestasi baik dari kondisi fisik, hingga program latihan yang juga harus dijalankan sesuai dengan teori yang dibangun sebelumnya.

Abstract

POR Uniska students still need more confidence during takraw practice activities because the ball used (media) is very hard, and the takraw ball is factory-made. This study aims to determine the development of takraw ball learning media to determine its attractiveness level. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) adapted by Sugiono from his method. The subjects of this research were MAB POR UNISKA students in regular class B 2020, and the data collection instrument used was a questionnaire given to material experts, media experts, and Sepaktakraw course lecturers to test the quality of rubber rattan takraw balls for MAB POR UNISKA students. The development of this takraw ball was carried out and adapted from the research and development (R&D) method, which consists of several stages following the steps of Bord and Gall, including identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design in the form of a simple takraw ball, design validation, design revision, product trial, and final product revision. The results of the assessment of simple takraw balls in sepak takraw learning include: the material expert assessment gives a final average score of 96.3 with very interesting criteria, the media expert gives a final average score of 80.6 with very interesting criteria, and the course instructor gives a score of 90.83 with very good criteria. The product trial results showed an average final score of very good attractiveness. The development of rubber rattan takraw ball learning media for MAB POR UNISKA students is very suitable for use as learning media

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa SMK Gita Kirtti 1 Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitan tindakan (Action Research) dengan pengambilan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitiandilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I terdiri dari 7 kali pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 6 kali pertemuan. Kegiatan yang pertama melihat kondisi awal kebugaran jasmani siswa melalui tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia sebagai berikut : Dari 20 siswa didapatkan sebanyak 2 orang dengan presentase (10%) yang masuk kedalam kategori kurang sekali, 13 orang (65%) yang masuk dalam kategori kurang, dan 5 orang (25%) masuk kategori sedang. Siklus I dilakukan melalui penerapan permainan kelompok  yang dilanjutkan dengan tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia sebagai berikut : Sebanyak 1 orang dengan presentase (5%) masuk dalam kategori kurang sekali, 8 orang (40%) masuk dalam kategori kurang dan 11 orang (55%) masuk dalam kategori sedang. Pada siklus II dilakukan melalui penerapan permainan kelompok  yang dilanjutkan dengan tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia sebagai berikut : Sebanyak 3 orang dengan presentase (15%) masuk dalam kategori kurang, 9 orang (45%) masuk dalam kategori sedang dan 8 orang (40%) masuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan olahraga tenis meja dengan cara memodifikasi pembelajaran untuk SD kelas atas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menurut Borg dan Gall, dimana penelitian menggunakan 10 tahapan yaitu (1) Studi Pendahuluan (Research and Information Collecting) (2) Merencanakan Penelitian (Plannin) (3) Pengembangan Desain (Develop Preliminary of Product (4) Preliminary Field Testing (Uji Lapangan Awal) (5) Revisi Hasil Uji Lapangan Terbatas (Main Product Revision) (6) Main Field Test (7) Revisi Hasi Uji Lapangan (Operational Product Revision) (8) Uji Kelayakan (Operational Field Testing) (9) Revisi Final Hasil Uji Kelayakan (Final Product Revision) (10) Desiminasi dan Implementasi Produk Akhir (Dissemination and Implementation). Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa model pembelajaran pukulan forehand drive melalui pembelajaran untuk SD kelas atas sebanyak 10 model yang telah diuji cobakan dalam kelompok kecil 15 siswa-siswi kelas atas SDN 04 Pagi Cakung Barat dan uji coba kelompok besar melibatkan 30 siswa-siswi kelas atas Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Pagi Cakung Barat.
