Abstract

Abstract Inventory management system in PT Hankook Tire Indonesia is still using a manual system in inventory data storage bladder s, which records transactions with bladder using a check sheet (checksheet). This has the disadvantage that the data processing is inefficient and the discrepancy between the number of existing bladder warehouse by the number of bladder in check the data sheet (checksheet), which resulted in the time it takes to process a transaction bladder takes a long time. So, we need a data processing system has been computerized to assist and streamline the performance of the warehouse as well as easy storage of documents into a database so that it can accelerate the process of transaction processing bladder and using the waterfall method will give good results for the system because the stages of their gradual so it is not focused on a particular stage. The results will make it easier warehouse bladder to create a report and minimize the difference between the stock the warehouse with the data worksheet (checksheet) and is implemented using the programming language Visual Basic.Net. Keywords: Information system inventory, Visual basic.Net, Waterfall Abstrak Manajemen sistem inventory di PT Hankook Tire Indonesia saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam penyimpanan data Inventory bladder, yaitu dengan mencatat transaksi bladder menggunakan lembar periksa (checksheet). Hal ini memiliki kelemahan terjadinya pengolahan data yang tidak efisien dan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah bladder yang ada digudang dengan jumlah bladder di data lembar periksa (checksheet), yang mengakibatkan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengolah transaksi bladder memerlukan waktu yang lama. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem pengolahan data yang sudah terkomputerisasi yang dapat membantu dan mengefektifkan kinerja dari bagian gudang serta memudahkan penyimpanan dokumen ke dalam suatu database sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan transaksi bladder dan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall akan memberikan hasil yang baik untuk sistem karena tahap pelaksanaannya secara bertahap sehingga tidak terfokus pada tahapan tertentu. Hasil yang diperoleh akan lebih memudahkan bagian gudang bladder untuk membuat laporan dan meminimalisir terjadinya selisih antara stok digudang dengan data lembar kerja (checksheet) serta diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net Kata kunci: Sistem informasi inventori, Visual Basic.Net, Waterfall

Abstract

Abstract Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have a strategic role in development and have chosen as the main work program of the government. In order to compete, the SMEs must make technology as the main supporting infrastructure for UMKM activities. The importance of knowledge as a strategic asset in UMKM encourages the need for a knowledge management system (KMS). Knowledge and experience are sustainable resources as competitive advantages. Therefore, it is necessary to build a Knowledge Management System information system that is used to store and utilize the knowledge possessed to find solutions to problems that should be addressed by UMKM. The KMS will help UMKM to share their experiences and knowledge. User Centered Design (UCD) is the method chosen because each stage involves the UMKM Diskop and the UMKM users. Through the use of mobile technology, that is widely used by the community, an android-based knowledge management system was created to support the development of UMKM in the city of Bekasi. Keywords: Business Actors, Knowledge Management, SMEs, System Design, UCD Abstrak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan strategis terhadap pembangunan, sehingga dijadikan program kerja utama pemerintah. Agar dapat bersaing para pelaku UMKM harus menjadikan teknologi sebagai infrastruktur pendukung utama kegiatan UMKM. Pentingnya pengetahuan sebagai aset strategis di UMKM mendorong dibutuhkannya sistem manajemen pengetahuan (Knowledge Management System). Knowledge dan pengalaman merupakan sumber daya yang berkelanjutan (sustainable resources) sebagai daya saing kompetitif (competitive advantages). Oleh karena itu perlunya membangun sistem informasi Knowledge Management System (KMS) yang digunakan untuk menyimpan dan memanfaatkan knowledge yang dimiliki untuk menemukan solusi dari masalah yang di hadapi UMKM. KMS yang dibuat akan membantu pelaku UMKM untuk berbagi pengalaman maupun pengetahuan yang dimiliki. User Centered Design (UCD) merupakan metode yang dipilih karena setiap tahapannya melibatkan Diskop UMKM dan pelaku UMKM sebagai user. Melalui pemanfaatan mobile teknologi yang banyak digunakan masyarakat, maka dibuat sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan berupa KMS berbasis Android yang mendukung kegiatan perkembangan UMKM kota Bekasi. Abstract

Getting information on routes can be he main problem for visitors. For example in determining the route to a proper place for eating and how to find the closest route to a mall. Based on the existing problems, this study proposes an application for finding information about places that visitors want to go based on the closest route. Algorithm A-Star (A*) was implemented that uses the distance estimation by finding the closest path to the destination using a heuristic function as a basis to select from several alternatives effectively. The result showed that an android application can give the information about the location of places to visit for eating and malls by calculating the distance from the starting point to the end point.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conduct an analysis to determine whether there was an effect or not of the interface convenience (user interface) of the marketplace mobile application on consumers’ online buying interest. The design method applied was the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which referred to the individual acceptance behavior of information technology systems. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling method with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) model. The results achieved from this study prove that the interface convenience of the marketplace mobile application had a significant and positive effect on online buying interest in both male and female consumers. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the convenience felt by consumers both male and female consumers when viewing the user interface of marketplace mobile applications will have an impact on online buying interest.

Abstract

Help seeking and career adaptability are important factors that influence the success of achieving goals. The study aims to develop a model of the relationship pattern between financial help seeking and career adaptability specifically for MSMEs. Help seeking as an input variable and career adaptability factors as output variables, each variable is used as a model in an Artificial Neural Network. The study considers the relationship between financial help seeking and career adaptability, namely financial help seeking helps MSMEs obtain information and support from other parties to overcome problems faced and career adaptability as a result of MSMEs overcoming problems to survive running their businesses. The development of the financial help seeking and career adaptability model in the study used the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm classification method. The model built can be useful for predicting how MSMEs seek help solutions when experiencing financial difficulties related to developing their businesses and the sustainability of continuing their businesses.

Abstract

Water is the main human need in daily life. Every house has a storage container (water tank). Water that is stored for a long period of time can change the quality of the water in the water tank. Therefore, the aim of the research is to make it easier to control water in water tanks by using an Arduino-based circuit so that water storage remains clean and does not cause disease. The research uses the Prototype methodology for system development including needs analysis, system design, implementation and system testing. The Arduino-based water turbidity monitoring system is designed with a 16x2 i2c LCD module. The results of research on an Arduino-based water turbidity monitoring system make it easier to control water in water tanks. This system also helps to determine the condition of the water tank, where generally controlling water turbidity and checking water quality is still done manually.

Abstract

The research on automatic trash bins aims to create an innovative solution for maintaining environmental cleanliness by designing an Arduino-based trash bin. This automatic trash bin is expected to reduce the negative impact of a dirty environment on human health and surrounding cleanliness. The trash bin consists of two main components: hardware and software. The hardware includes an ultrasonic sensor that detects objects at a certain distance and a servo motor that operates the lid of the trash bin. The software uses Arduino IDE to control and manage the functions of the hardware. This research employs a Prototype method, which allows for better control over the design and development process. With this method, researchers can quickly iterate and make improvements based on testing results and feedback. The results show that the automatic trash bin functions as expected. When the ultrasonic sensor detects an object at a distance of 20 cm, the Arduino instructs the servo motor to automatically open the trash bin lid. Conversely, if the object is no longer detected, the lid will close again. The implementation of this Arduino-based automatic trash bin is expected to be an effective step in creating a cleane.
