Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital mendorong para guru dapat mengimplementasikannya untuk membantu pencapaian tujuan belajar mengajar, namun para guru masih sangat minim pengalaman dan pengetahuan dalam menggunakannya, seperti memanfaatkan Ms. Word untuk menggambar, menulis rumus matematis/ kimia/ fisika secara benar, cepat, dan praktis. Melihat permasalahan ini maka dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru menulis rumus dan menggambar objek untuk pembelajaran sains menggunakan software dasar Ms.Word, dan mengetahui bagaimana espektasi para guru dalam mengembangkan keilmuan dan keterampilan digital. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada para guru mitra sekolah Asshohwah Al-Islamiyah yang berjumlah 20 orang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada akhir September 2021 secara tatap muka di ruang Laboratorium komputer sekolah mitra. Kegiatan diawali dengan proses koordinasi, observasi, penyusunan jadwal, pengembangan modul, sosialisasi materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan pengamatan kinerja, penyebaran angket, dan wawancara. Kegiatan ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar, serta berhasil menunjukkan bahwa para guru menjadi tahu dan terampil menggunakan software Ms. Word untuk penulisan rumus dan menggambar materi sains-matematika secara benar dan praktis, selanjutnya 96 % dari seluruh peserta memberikan kesan mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan materi terkait teknologi untuk pembelajaran karena menyatakan sangat bermanfaat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan para guru dan siswa masa kini. Kata kunci: pelatihan berbasis IT; penulisan formula matematis; ms.word. ABSTRACTThe development of digital technology encourages teachers to implementation for achieve teaching and learning goals, but teachers still have very little experience and knowledge in using it, such as using Ms. Word to draw, write mathematical/chemical/physical formulas correctly, quickly, and practically. Seeing this problem, training activities were carried out to improve knowledge and skills of teachers in digital literacy learning science using Ms.Word, and find out how the expectations of teachers are in developing digital science and skills. This activity was carried out through training for teachers of Asshohwah Al-Islamiyah school, totaling 20 people. This activity will be held in September 2021 in the partner school's computer laboratory. The activity begins with a process of coordination, observation, scheduling, module development, material dissemination, training implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation carried out by observing performance, distributing questionnaires, and interviews. This activity has been carried out well and smoothly, and has succes in showing that teachers know and are skilled at using Ms. Word software for writing formulas and drawing science-mathematical materials correctly and practically, then 96% of all participants gave the impression of supporting the sustainability of this activity with material related to technology for learning because they stated that it was very useful and in accordance with the needs of today's teachers and students. Keywords: IT-based training; writing mathematical formulas; ms.word.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan dalam Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dewasa ini semakin pesat. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan juga semakin digiatkan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan diantaranya dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun hal ini tidak berbanding lurus dengan fakta dilapangan dimana tidak sedikit guru selaku tenaga pendidik masih belum menguasai pemanfaatan TIK dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan guna membantu para guru di MAS Nurul Jannah Ampenan dalam menerapkan TIK dalam pembelajaran berupa  pemanfaatan Google Site dalam membuat media pembelajaran sehingga diharapkan para guru dapat memaksimalkan proses belajar dan mengajar di kelas. Metode kegiatan berupa ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Mitra sasaran kegiatan yaitu para guru di MAS Nurul Jannah berjumlah 17 orang. Berdasarkan data kuesioner kepuasan peserta, diperoleh 64,7% responden menyatakan sangat setuju terkait penyampaian materi oleh narasumber. Menurut 52,9% responden menyatakan sangat setuju terkait sesi tanya jawab berjalan efektif dan narasumber dapat menjawab pertanyaan peserta. Sebanyak 70,6% responden mengakui narasumber tanggap merespon segala permasalahan yang dihadapi peserta. Menurut 41,2% responden menyatakan sangat setuju terkait pelaksanaan praktek pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan Google site disampaikan secara terstruktur sesuai modul, hal ini berbanding lurus dengan konten modul praktek yang dibagikan mudah dipahami menurut 58,8% responden. Kata kunci: pemanfaatan TIK; google sites; proses pembelajaran. ABSTRACTDevelopments in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) today are growing rapidly. The use of technology in the world of education is also increasingly encouraged. The use of information technology in the world of education can help in the learning process. However, this is not directly proportional to the facts on the ground, where not a few teachers as educators still have not mastered the use of ICT in optimizing the learning process. This service activity aims to help teachers at MAS Nurul Jannah Ampenan apply ICT to learning by using Google Sites to make learning media so that teachers can maximize the teaching and learning process in class. Methods of activity in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice The target partners of the activity are the teachers at MAS Nurul Jannah, totaling 17 people. Based on the participant satisfaction questionnaire, it was found that 64.7% of respondents stated that they strongly agreed regarding the delivery of material by the resource person. According to 52.9% of respondents, they strongly agreed that the question-and-answer session was effective and that the resource persons were able to answer participant questions. As many as 70.6% of respondents acknowledged that the resource persons were responsive in responding to all the problems faced by the participants. According to 41.2% of respondents, they strongly agreed regarding the implementation of the practice of making learning media using the Google site delivered in a structured manner according to modules; this was directly proportional to the practice module content, which was easily understood according to 58.8% of respondents. Keywords: utilization of ICT; google sites; learning process.

Abstract

Physics learning is process skill-based learning. One of the science process skills that students must master is graphic literacy. The material on free fall motion is a lesson that requires students to have graphic literacy skills, but the facts in the field show that not a few of the students have difficulty reading and managing information based on graphs. This study aims to analyze the improvement students' graph literacy, which was conducted at Senior High School. The research subjects were students, the research sample amounted to 21 students of class X MIA. Using a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach, one group pre-post test design. The research instruments used pretest and posttest questions, modules, and LKS. Data analysis using JASP software to get t-test results and Ngain. The results showed that there was a significant difference in students' graphic literacy skills before and after using the video tracker as indicated by the results of the paired samples t-test at a sig value. (P) 0,001 < 0,05. Each indicator of students' graphic literacy has increased even though not all are at high criteria. Students mastery of science literacy can easily solve problems about regular straight-line motion.

Abstract

memaksimalkan penguasaan teknologi sebagai upaya penguatan literasi digital siswa melalui kodifikasi elektronik tanaman berbasis QR Code. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah metode couching/pelatihan dengan bentuk kegiatan ceramah, tanya jawab & praktik. Mitra sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa core pertanian SMKN 1 Narmada sebanyak 20 orang dan 2 orang guru sebagai pendamping. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar, serta berhasil menunjukkan bahwa para siswa menjadi terampil dalam mendesain template informasi tanaman dan menyandi url google drive melalui platform penyedia QR Code. Disamping itu, hasil evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap kodifikasi tanaman berbasis QR Code dimana perolehan skor pretest memberikan nilai rata-rata sebesar 48,2 kemudian meningkat menjadi 85,4 untuk rata-rata skor posttest. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan metode Wilcoxon Signed Rank juga menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0.001. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman sebelum pelatihan dengan setelah pelatihan. Metode pengabdian yang serupa diharapkan dapat ditindaklanjuti ke skala yang lebih luas yaitu pada dunia usaha dunia industri atau bekerjasama dengan dinas pertanian dan dinas kehutanan sebagai upaya penguatan literasi digital pada masyarakat. Strengthening Students' Elektronik Literacy Through QR Code-Based Plant Electronic Codification Training at SMKN 1 Narmada The aim of this service activity is to produce a QR Code-based electronic codification system and maximize mastery of technology in an effort to strengthen students' elektronik literacy through QR Code-based electronic plant codification. The method used in service activities is the couching/training method in the form of lectures, questions and answers, and practice activities. The target partners in this activity are 20 core agricultural students at SMKN 1 Narmada and 2 teachers as assistants. This service activity was carried out well and smoothly and succeeded in showing that the students became skilled in designing plant seed templates and encoding Google Drive URLs via the QR Code provider platform. Apart from that, the results of the evaluation of the implementation of this training showed that there was an increase in students' understanding of QR Code-based plant codification, where the pretest score gave an average score of 48.2, which then increased to 85.4 for the average posttest score. Test results using the Wilcoxon signed rank method also show a p-value of 0.001. These results show that there is an increase in elektronik literacy before and after the training. It is hoped that similar service methods can be followed up on a wider scale, namely in the business world of industry or in collaboration with agricultural and forestry services, as an effort to strengthen digital literacy in society.

Abstract

The traditional lecture method, often utilized in classrooms, may limit the optimal learning experiences of students, confining their understanding to merely the theory and concepts of projectile motion. This study introduces a projectile motion tracker application as an innovative educational tool, aiming to enrich the physics learning process by enhancing students' laboratory skills. Employing a research and development (RD) approach, the study follows the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) to create and evaluate the application. Data were collected from 74 high school students through pre- and post-tests to measure the improvement in their laboratory skills after using the application. The evaluation utilized questionnaires and tests, indicating that the application meets high standards in language, visual design, and software engineering according to expert assessments and ranks highly in practicality for both teachers and students. The practicality was evaluated based on ease of use, attractiveness, efficiency, and usefulness. Significantly, the application has proven to enhance students' laboratory skills, as evidenced by the improvement in pre-and post-test results. Therefore, the projectile motion tracker application project emerges as a viable alternative for educators at various levels to support and invigorate physics education.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the development of Arduino Uno-based Free Fall Motion (FFM) teaching aids to increase learning motivation towards the results of practicum for 11th grade students of MAN 1 Mataram. This study aims, (1) to design arduino-based teaching aids on free fall motion (FFM) material, (2) to determine the validity level of teaching aids to 3 media experts and 3 material experts, (3) to determine the increase in student learning motivation, (4) to determine the results of student practicum, and (5) to determine the effect of learning motivation on student practicum results. This type of tool development is Research and Development (R&D). the subject model of this research is MAN 1 MATARAM students as many as 35 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The development model in this study uses a 3D model. 3D development model (ThreeD). This model is a modification of the Thiagarajan model which includes 4 stages called the 4D (Four-D) model. Based on the research objectives, a student's practicum teaching aid on GJB material was made. Based on the validity test results, the teaching aids are suitable for use as learning media in class 11 MAN 1 Mataram. Furthermore, the results of motivation based on the value before applying FFM props amounted to 51.60% (pretest). While the interpretation after the practicum (posttest) was 90.44% and the N-Gain was 0.46. This means that there are changes in learning activities in students. For the results of student practicum through the satisfaction interval with a very high category of 11 students, a high category of 23 students, a low category of 1 student and very low 0 students.  Meanwhile, the correlation of learning motivation to student practicum results shows rcount> table (0.450>0.344) and obtained tcount> table (2.895>2.035). From the truth value of the hypothesis it can be concluded that there is an influence between learning motivation (X) and practicum learning outcomes (Y) on GJB material.

Abstract

This study employed molecular dynamics simulations utilizing the ReaxFF force field to elucidate the mechanisms underlying methane decomposition and hydrogen generation on nickel clusters (Ni37, Ni55, and Ni80). The transformation of methane into valuable products, including carbon species and hydrogen molecules, is of considerable significance owing to the abundance of methane and its potential role as an atmospheric pollutant. The findings suggest that Ni37 clusters had the highest initial reactivity, although they deactivated swiftly; conversely, Ni55 and Ni80 exhibited more consistent reaction rates. The highest efficiency of hydrogen production per unit surface area was displayed by Ni55 clusters within 100,000 fs, demonstrating a balance between reactivity and stability. Methane dissociation on the Ni55 clusters occurred in multiple stages. Two distinct mechanisms for hydrogen formation were identified: simultaneous dissociation from methane and migration and the combination of hydrogen atoms on the cluster surface. Ni55 showed a substantially lower activation energy for methane dissociation at 0.5 eV than bulk nickel, suggesting a higher degree of reactivity. Conversely, the activation energy for hydrogen formation was 1.1 eV. These results highlight the potential of the Ni55 clusters as effective catalysts for hydrogen production and methane conversion

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam kurikulum Merdeka guru diberi kebebasan dalam memilih perangkat ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat peserta didik. Guru tidak lagi terikat pada satu metode atau sumber ajar tertentu, melainkan dapat memanfaatkan berbagai sumber daya dan metode yang ada untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kaya dan relevan bagi setiap siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang media aja yang lebih adaptif sesuai konteks pembelajaran. Metode  yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik. Adapun mitra sasaran yaitu guru-guru di TK IT Arrahman dengan jumlah peserta terdiri atas 15 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa materi yang disampaikan, respon dan hubungan antara materi dengan kebutuhan peserta di apresiasi dengan kategori Sangat Baik oleh peserta. Kata kunci: scratch; canva; media ajar AbstractIn the Merdeka curriculum, teachers are given the freedom to choose teaching tools that suit the needs and interests of students. Teachers are no longer tied to one particular method or teaching resource but can utilize various existing resources and methods to create a richer and more relevant learning experience for each student. This community service activity aims to develop teacher skills in designing more adaptive learning media according to the learning context. The methods used in this community service activity are lectures, questions and answers, discussions, and practices. The target partners are teachers at TK IT Arrahman with a total of 15 participants. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat monitoring AQHT (Air Quality, Humidity and Temperature) berbasis Arduino NodeMCU dengan IoT. Penelitian ini mengukur kualitas udara menggunakan sensor MQ-135 dan sensor DHT11 untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembaban. Metode dalam penelitian ini meliputi perancangan alat monitoring kualitas udara, temperatur dan kelembaban, dengan mengintergrasikan sensor MQ-135, sensor DHT11 dan arduino uno serta memanfaakan aplikasi Blynk sebagai platform IoT untuk memantau data secara real-time. Pengujian alat ini dilakukan di dalam dan di luar ruangan. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan perlakuan masing-masing dalam satu hari dilakukan pengukuran dua kali dengan rentang waktu satu jam tiga puluh menit. Adapun hasil pengukuran kualitas udara yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Fisika FKIP UMMAT pada tanggal 3 Februari 2025 pukul 08:00-09:30 WITA dengan hasil pengukuran 204,83 ± 12,38 PPM dan pukul 13:00-14:30 WITA sebesar 663,68 ± 16,26 PPM. Untuk temperature 31,67 ± 0,07 °C pukul 08:00-09:30 WITA. Sedangkan pukul 13:00-14:30 WITA 3,08 ± 10,21 oC. Untuk nilai kelembaban pukul 08:00-09:30 WITA sebesar 31,07 ± 0,07 % dan pukul 13:00-14:30 WITA sebesar 3,08 ± 10,21 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa alat ini dapat memantau kualitas udara, suhu dan kelembaban dengan akurat dan efektif.

Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying has long been part of the dynamics in schools. Evidence from the ground reveals that schools in Indonesia continue to grapple with bullying cases, implying that the goal of cultivating Pancasila students with noble character remains unfulfilled. This community service activity aims to instill noble character in Pancasila students and foster a child-friendly, bullying-free school environment through anti-bullying socialization, thereby measuring the level of student knowledge about bullying in schools. This community service activity involves socialization through lectures and question-and-answer sessions. The target partners in this activity are students of MI Birrul Walidain NW 2 Rensing, consisting of 50 students spread from grades IV-VI and accompanied by 5 teachers as companions. Evaluation techniques in this activity include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The evaluation yielded a pretest score of 42% (21 students), which subsequently increased to 72% (36 students) based on the posttest score. These results indicate that there was an increase in participant knowledge before and after the socialization was carried out.
