Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. Documentation methods and types of primary data.. Research results obtained based on partial tests (T tests) obtained: There is a significant positive influence between work motivation and job satisfaction at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.007. There is an insignificant positive influence between Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.612. There is an insignificant positive influence between work motivation on employee performance at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.188. There is an insignificant negative influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job mutations and promotion on job satisfaction of employees of the Padang City Trade Office. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The independent variables used are job mutations (X1) and promotion (X2), the dependent variable is job performance (Y), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction (Z). The sample selection technique used a clear sample, with a total of 94 employees of the Padang City Trade Department. The results of this study are job mutations that have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Padang City Trade Office. Job promotions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Padang City Trade Department. Job transfers have a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Padang City Trade Service. Job promotions have a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Padang City Trade Service. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on work performance at the Padang City Trade Service. Job transfers do not have a significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction as an intervention at the Padang City Trade Service. Job promotion does not have a significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction as an intervention at the Padang City Trade Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance through the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable and the work environment as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BBPOM) in Padang, West Sumatra. Data was collected through survey of BBPOM employees to assess the direct and indirect effects between these variables. The results show that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency have a significant impact on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of OCB. Furthermore, the work environment plays a crucial role in moderating the relationships between these variables. In conclusion, the combination of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, competency, OCB, and conduciveness work environment significantly enhance employee performance. This research contribute to the development of human resources management in the public sector, significantly in improving organizational performance through leadership and fostering organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the KUD Sinar Makmur Dharmasraya Office. The research variables are Organizational Culture (X1), Leadership (X2), Employee Performance (Y), and Organizational Commitment (Z). The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analytical method used is the test of the outer model and the inner model using the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing tool. The results show (a) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment of 7.771 with a significant level (0.000 <0.05) (b) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment of 1.672 with a significant level (0.067>0.05) (c) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 2,321 with a significant level (0.027 <0.05) (d) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, of 12,993 with a significant level (0.000 <0.05) (e) Organizational Commitment has a positive effect and not significant to Employee Performance of 2,095 with a significant level (0.049 <0.05) (f) Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment of 1.883 with a significant level (0.070> 0.05) (g) Leadership positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment r 1.486 with a significant level (0.162>0.05). Based on the results of this study, it is expected that KUD Sinar Makmur Dharmasraya employees can improve their performance by improving leadership, and increasing organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence of Servant Leadership and Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Padang City Education Office. Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 34 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it showed that Servant Leadership and Quality of Work Life had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Contribution of Servant Leadership and Quality of Work Life to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) With Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable has an effect of 69.3% while the remaining 30.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the Company's Management can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by increasing Servant Leadership, Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction at the Padang City Education Office through each indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to assess how much, the effect of work motivation and work compensation on employee performance with the covid-19 pandemic as a moderating variable. The method of collection was done by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 50 respondents in the population of the X Koto Sub-District Office, Tanah Datar. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS 26 data processing tool. The results show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Sub-District Office, Tanah Datar. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Work Compensation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Sub-District Office, Tanah Datar. (3) The Covid-19 pandemic can weaken the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Tanah Datar Sub-District Office. (4) The covid-19 pandemic can weaken the influence between Work Compensation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Tanah Datar Sub-District Office. The contribution of work motivation and work compensation variables to employee performance is 0.525 or 52.5% while the remaining 0.475 or 47.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and communication style have on work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of SMPN 1 Dharmasraya. The method used is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 63 respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that there was a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on organizational commitment variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the organizational commitment variable. There is a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the work performance variables. There is a significant positive effect between organizational commitment variables and work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between work involvement variables on work performance through organizational commitment. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the variables of communication style on work performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to organizational citizenship behavior through organizational support as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Famili Raya Padang data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. Data testing techniques in this study include validity tests, reliability tests with Alpha Cronbach, Inner Model and analysis: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.039 <0.05. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.792 > 0.05. (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.045 <0.05. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.044 <0.05. (5) Organizational support has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.716 <0.05. (6) Organizational support cannot mediate the influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.631 < 0.05. (7) Organizational support cannot mediate the effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.921 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable at PT. Surya Andalan Primatama Mukomuko. The population and research sample were 110 respondents with a sampling technique using the total sampling method. The data processing method uses Structure equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS tool. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on work morale. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and interpersonal communication has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work morale has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. For indirect effects, this research also reveals that leadership style and interpersonal communication influence employee performance through work morale

Abstract
