Abstract

Abstract: Recons Fit Indonesia is a private company engaged in health. At the Clinic Recons Fit Indonesia has several obstacles contained in the process of schedule of practical practice that is still done manually, the difference in drug stock information between the receptionist with the pharmacist, in the process of inputing the medical record data is still done manually, and the search feature of the data report is still sought after manually. Based on these issues, researchers developed information patients and web-based drugs using a RUP method consisting of the beginning stage, planning stage, construction phase, and transition stages. The purpose of making this application is to provide accurate information on the practice of physician and stock practice, and facilitate the receptionist in the process of inputging the information on medical records and do the search reports required reports. The results of this test, that is to facilitate the user's performance in running its activity, and reduce errors in the process of data collection and drug stocks. Abstrak: PT. Recons Fit Indonesia merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan. Pada Klinik Recons Fit Indonesia memiliki beberapa kendala yang terdapat pada proses penjadwalan praktek dokter yang masih dilakukan secara manual, perbedaan informasi stok obat antara pihak resepsionis dengan pihak apoteker, pada proses penginputan data rekam medis masih dilakukan secara manual, dan fitur pencarian laporan data yang masih dicari secara manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mengembangkan sistem informasi pasien dan obat berbasis web menggunakan metode RUP yang terdiri dari tahap permulaan, tahap perencanaan, tahap konstruksi, dan tahap transisi. Tujuan dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah untuk menyediakan informasi yang akurat mengenai jadwal praktek dokter dan stok obat, serta mempermudah resepsionis dalam proses penginputan informasi mengenai rekam medis dan melakukan pencarian data laporan yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari pengujian ini, yaitu untuk mempermudah kinerja pengguna dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya, serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses pendataan pasien dan stok obat.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi telah mencapai kemajuan yang sangat cepat, salah satu kemajuan dari sistem informasi yaitu sistem informasi dapat membangun hubungan antar pelanggan dan penjual untuk mendukung proses bisnis di suatu perusahaan. Perkembangan dalam dunia bisnis mendorong perusahaan agar berusaha mengembangkan pelayanan kepada konsumen agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan dunia bisnis. PT XYZ memiliki pelanggan dengan perilaku serta kebutuhan yang beragam sehingga cara untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pemasaran kepada konsumen yakni dengan aplikasi CRM. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Rational Unified Process atau yang sering dikenal RUP (Rational Unified Process). CRM (Customer Relationship Management) berpusat pada pendayagunaan data konsumen yang berupa data penjualan, catatan loyalitas, respon dari konsumen mengenai promosi pemasaran, serta data layanan konsumen, dan lain-lain, yang berguna untuk mengembangkan customer value dan company value. Maka dari itu CRM (Customer Relationship Management) menjadi suatu bagian yang penting bagi perusahaan yang berfokus pada pelanggan dan pemasaran.

Abstract

This research utilizes data mining with the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms to generate product package recommendations for Planty Burger based on sales transaction data. Through data mining-based analysis, Planty Burger can identify consumer preference patterns and provide more relevant recommendations. The research methodology includes Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Algorithm Implementation, Analysis and Result Evaluation, and Software Development. The use of both algorithms allows for a comparison of results to ensure the validity of the identified patterns. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that if a customer purchases Matcha Greentea, there is a high probability (75% confidence) that they will also purchase a BBQ Steak Burger. The analysis results are expected to enhance customer satisfaction and sales by providing appropriate product package recommendations.

Abstract

One of the tools for submitting applications that is often used by companies is through email in the recruitment or selection process of employees. This causes difficulties for the HR department in managing digital files that often need to be reprinted for evaluation purposes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based recruitment and selection application for Charitas Hospital Kenten to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. The application development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of software requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is an information system that assists in managing digital documents and enhances the efficiency of the recruitment process at Charitas Hospital Kenten .
