Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to describe the character of environmental awareness of character education and finding model of the development of character strengthening. Design/methodology/approach: This method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection by in-depth interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation by observing the development of the character of environment. The data sources are principals, teachers, students, and parents. Efforts can be made by playing methods included in the curriculum for local content such as Ethics and Introduction to the Environment. The nature of concern for the environment will be increasingly imprinted if in addition to education at school while at home, parents of students also motivate, give advice and role models to care for the environment and will be more effective when collaborated formal and informal education. The data validity technique uses technique and source triangulation through data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. Finding: The results are 1) the development of the school curriculum includes self-development programs, integration in subjects, and school culture (school local content, living drug stores, parks, spaces and offices, inspiration to understudies, use of endowments and disciplines, and character advancement, caring , and Responsibility); 2) Input from stakeholders to strengthen environmental care character education for students; 3) The model of developing character of environmental care in vocational students. Research limitations/implications: Result of this research can be used as references to increase environmental caring through character education in vocational school Practical implications: The conclusion that Vocational Schools have implemented character education is the presence of strategies, ideas and nature-based learning, and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Purpose: This study focus on the crucial factors with the development of the workflows for enhancing the corporate images in the public company. Design/methodology/approach: The reviews were quantitative studies using three primary data (i.e., Observation, Questioners, and Interviews) with followed by data analysis and model with the workflow determination. Findings: The result shows company image variable is positively influenced by customer satisfaction variable. Also, the Quality of service reach the level of excellence expected and meet customer needs. The Quality of service becoming very important due to its understanding market and customer needs to and the product or services which should be given by the company. Quality of service is the crucial factor for a company to sustainable and make quality improvements in processing, packaging, and distributing for better company images. Research limitations/implications: Although, the Regional Water Management Company (PDAM) as a local monopoly company providing water for society, improvements in service need to be implemented for enhanced the company images. They should be developing to improve public services, in terms of qualities that qualify as clean water and quantity in the sense that more communities can be served. Practical implications: Therefore, it is necessary that the implementation of quality control management is planned, and implemented systematically and continuously, for the stability of the company. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of working capital and sales on Net Profit in SMEs Frozen Food during Covid 19 pandemic era. The research with a quantitative approach was carried out with the research sample is working capital, sales, net profit during 2017 – 2021 at SMEs Sabily Frozen Food. Data analysis using statistics method with multiple linear regression analysis. The finding reveal that working capital and sales have significant effect on net Income during Covid 19 Pandemic Era. Second analysis that at partially examine show that working capital and Sales have a significant effect on Net Income during pandemic era. This study proves that working capital is needed to finance all operational activities during pandemic era and also improving sales important for SMEs in uncertain the pandemic. Therefore, optimal profits can be achieved while improving the working capital and sales during pandemic era to sustainability the business. Keywords: Working Capital, Sales, Net Income, SMEs

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of creativity and social capital on the sustainability of Sulam Tapis business in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung. Design/methodology/approach: Using research method Multiple Regression Linear, there are a total of 28 micro-entrepreneurs in the field of tapis embroidery in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung for sampling study. Research limitations/implications: This study uses a few samples of SMEs due to the limitations of SMEs in the East Lampung area. However, this result has improved the efforts in promoting local wisdom with SMEs Sulam Tapis Lampung. Practical implications: Based on multiple regression analysis, the result of the level of relationship between creativity (X1) and social capital (X2) with business sustainability (Y) is strong enough. Main finding reveals that creativity and social capital have significant effect business sustainability at Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung. Originality/value: This research proves the critical factors which effected creativity and social capital on SMEs Sulam Tapis Lampung
