Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of archive management as a supporter of accreditation activities in the world of education. The problem with archiving that does not comply with procedures is that the documents are irregular and unsafe and difficult to obtain when needed for accreditation purposes by the organization. Apart from that, it is also difficult to be accountable for planning and implementation. Archives have a role as memory centers, sources of information and monitoring tools that are very necessary for every office organization, state institutions, government agencies and state and private universities. The results of the research state that in archiving documents at the educational level studied by the author, some have been carried out well and some have not been carried out well, so it is necessary to manage archives for the purposes of filling out accreditation forms, in order to make it easier, smoother and shorten the time in finding documents again. when needed either by the form assessment team or the assessor team.

Abstract

Sekolah adalah lembaga pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan jenjang pendidikan formal, baik dalam bentuk sekolah negeri, yakni dikelola oleh pemerintah maupun swasta. sekolah bertujuan untuk mendidik para siswa di bawah pengawasan guru. Media sosial telah menjadi ruang dimana kita membentuk dan membangun hubungan, membentuk identitas diri, mengekspresikan diri, dan belajar tentang dunia di sekitar kita. Dalam media sosial siapapun dapat dengan bebas berkomentar serta menyalurkan pendapatnya tanpa rasa khawatir. Dengan adanya media sosial mampu menambah pertemanan dengan siapa saja yang ditemui di dunia maya namun banyak dari remaja yang menyalahgunakan sehingga berdampak kurangnya interkasi yang dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung dan mereka menganggap bahwa berkomunikasi melalui media sosial jauh lebih menyenangkan. Hal ini membuat remaja menjadi malas untuk berkumpul dengan teman-teman sebayanya maupun dengan keluarga dikarenakan mereka sudah berubah dengan kesibukan mereka sendiri dalam menggunakan media social.

Abstract

This report presents the Strategy for Increasing Customer Interest in Gold Pawn Products at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch. Gold pawning is a form of loan where customers provide gold jewelry as collateral in exchange for cash. One of the products that many customers are interested in is gold pawning financing where gold pawning products have a high estimated value and low deposit fees with a fast, safe and secure process. The purpose of this report is to find out the strategy to increase interest, obstacles and solutions to gold pawning. The strategy carried out is to carry out an effective marketing campaign, provide clear information, and increase trust and transparency, education and financial literacy regarding obstacles in the strategy of customer interest in pawn gold. It is important to align the strategy with the target market and needs of potential customers in Lhokseumawe. By implementing this strategy, PT Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch can overcome obstacles and increase customer interest in community gold pawn services.

Abstract

An orphanage is a place where underage children and the poor are placed in order to get a better life. With funding from donors who come from various people and various circles. So that not a few asyhan orphanage foundations are increasingly developing in terms of facilities, curriculum, business entities, etc. Due to the large number of donations that have come in, residents of the orphanage foundation sometimes misinterpret donations. So that there are many opportunities to take advantage of the conditions in the foundation to get better donations. Seen from the foundation's own foster children, who interpret donations when they are in their position in the foundation. As well as what impact is felt either directly or indirectly from the donation. The joint iftar event has become part of the holy month of Ramadan in this country. Iftar together is a routine agenda held by various groups, extended families, and an organization. Iftar together is not just eating together, but also used as a moment of hospitality and others.
