Abstract

In the case of non-petty crimes, you must cooperate with local residents and the police, as Bali itself adheres to a traditional village system, with guard badges and a nationally recognized special security system. on legal basis. namely Bali Governor Regulation Number 26 of 2020 concerning the Integrated Village-Based Environmental Protection System (Sipandu Adat). The intent of this provision is very good, but its implementation will not be possible without obstacles and shortcomings. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem was found, namely How is the Legal Arrangement of the Traditional Village-Based Integrated Environmental Security System in terms of the Bali Governor Regulation Number 26 of 2020 concerning the Traditional Village-Based Integrated Environmental Security System in the Police Legal Area of the North Kuta Sector, and How are the implementation and obstacles in implementation of the Governor of Bali Regulation Number 26 of 2020 concerning the Integrated Village-Based Environmental Security System in the North Kuta Sector Police Legal Area. Research on the Implementation of Bali Governor's Regulation Number 26 of 2020 concerning an Integrated Environmental Security System Based on Traditional Villages by the North Kuta Sector Police is an empirical legal research with a sociological juridical type based on normative legal science. The conclusion of this study is that the Legal Regulation of the Integrated Village-Based Environmental Protection System already has a clear legal umbrella, which has been regulated in Bali Governor Regulation number 26 of 2020 regarding integrated environmental security based on traditional villages. Then the obstacle in implementing the Bali Governor Regulation Number 20 of 2020 is related to the lack of funding.

Abstract

Tujuan penyuratan awig-awig di Desa adat Siangan adalah sebagai implementasi dari kehendak Peraruran Daerah Nomor 3 tahun 2001 tentang Desa Pakraman, setiap Desa adat/Pakraman menyuraktan awig-awig. Selain itu, yang sangat urgen adalah kehendak masyarakat adat Siangan untuk merevisi awig-awig yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman. Hal yang sangat penting dilaksanakan penyuratan awig-awig adalah untuk menghindari konflik tapal batas desa, atas dasar yang saling seluk dengan tetangga desa adat yang bersebelahan, dan juga untuk menghindari saling klaim wilayah yang berpotensi ekonomis. Dalam hukum adat secara sosiologis, bahwa hukum adat sifatnya tidak tertulis. Namun mulai diberlakunya Peraturan Daerah Propinsi Daerah Tingkat I Bali Nomor: 06 tahun 1986 tentang kedudukan, Fungsi dan Peranan Desa Adat dalam Propinsi Tingkat I Bali, desa Adat, diperintahkan untuk penyuratan awig-awig di seluruh desa adat di Bali. Dalam penyuratan awig-awig sosialisasi sangat penting untuk menjaring masukan dari tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, prajuru adat, kelompok yang berkepentingan berkaitan dengan isi awig-awig tidak boleh bertentangan dengan asas kepatutan dan peraturan perundang-undangan serta ideologi Pancasila.

Abstract

Abstrak Desa Plaga kuhusnya desa adat Kiadan secara legal telah didesign untuk menjadi Desa Wisata. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari proses politik dan hukum untuk menjadikan desa Plaga sebagai desa Wisata. Dikeluarkannya Surat keputusan Bupati Badung, nomor 47 tahun 2010 tentang penetapan kawasan desa wisata di kabupaten Badung. Tujuan penetapan desa wisata untuk mencegah kesenjangan ekonomi wilayah Badung Selatan dengan Badung Utara. Dengan adanya Surat Keputusan Bupati tentang Desa Wisata untuk Badung Utara khususnya Desa adat Kiadan diharapkan Desa Adat mampu mengelola fotensi Desa Wisatanya berdasarkan kearifan local yang hidup di masyarakat adat Bali sesuai dengan asas desa mawa cara, negara mawa tata. Hampir 8 (delapan) tahun terbitnya Surat Keputusan Bupati tidak jelas model pengelolaaan Wisata Desa di Kiadan, karena masyarakat belum mengetahui tentang konsep desa Wisata, bagaimana mengelola desa wisata, dan bagaima memanfaatkan potensi sebagai sumber daya budaya untuk mengangkat citra desa wisata untuk kesejahtraan masyarakat adat. Untuk itu, perlu pendampingan aktor pariwisata lokal, penyuratan pengelolaan desa wisata melalui awig-awig desa adat.

Abstract

Abstrak As one of the driving force of the middle economy, the cooperative has been growing rapidly in Indonesia in recent years. Bali Province is one of the best competition for Cooperative in Indonesia. This can be seen from the award given by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia to the cooperatives in Bali. The government is also optimistic to continue to develop cooperatives in Bali well and right so that the future can meet the market both domestically and abroad, as well as the KOPWAN Mertasari, Karangasem District. This cooperative arises from the desire to develop a Dharma Wanita group within the Karangasem Regional Government in order to help the economy of the members even the Karangasem community. However, it is inevitable that various barrier factors are formed along with the establishment of this cooperative, one of which is bad credit. The problem of bad debts is the most common problem we encounter in banking institutions and it is very difficult to avoid. Therefore, in the course of a cooperative, it is necessary to prepare a variety of preparations to anticipate the occurrence of bad loans, one of them through a good credit analysis and the establishment of credit agreements with legal force

Abstract

Central Singapadu Village is located in the Sukawati sub-district, Gianyar Regency, Bali. It is a traditional village that is still thick in customs and culture. Various economic activities that have developed since before the pandemic include: batik crafts, sculptures, carvings, paintings, Money Kepeng, handicrafts (handicrafts), and Balinese styl building crafts. The average resident in Central Singapadu village has the ability to craft Balinese-style buildings. Carving art is very influential on Balinese traditional buildings because in making Balinese traditional buildings various types of carvings are needed in it. In the midst of the dynamic development of micro, small, and medium enterprises, the community or business group is expected to have legality, while legacy ownership of its business is still low. The purpose of this activity is to see the development of community group businesses in Central Singapadu village, Gianyar which can be developed as regional superior products and increase community effort and creativity in an effort to improve their welfare. The method of implementing activities used is Asset Based on Community Development (ABCD) by emphasizing community business assets and mobilizing community assets into a pure opportunity for the community in encouraging businesses to become superior products. After this activity was carried out, the partners invited to collaborate in this activity experienced an increase in knowledge about anthropometric applications, the process of recording financial activities, carving techniques, and traditional Balinese buildings.

Abstract

Bebandem village has a vision as a trade and service center supported by the potential of agriculture and community industry, facing the problem of low income, so that efforts are needed to empower the community. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the impact of empowering women craftsmen on the productivity of the coconut oil industry Bebandem Village, Karangasem. The methods used are training and mentoring. The empowerment results found an increase in knowledge, infrastructure and facilities such as a coconut grater machine, a coconut squeezer and an increase in the productivity of women craftsmen in the coconut oil industry

Abstract

Pasar merupakan suatu tempat pertemuan antara penjual dengan pembeli untuk melakukan transaksi. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak terhadap menurunnya transaksi penjualan dan omzet penjualan mencapai 30%. Tujuan utama pemberdayaan Pasar Bebandem adalah untuk menghindari mayarakat terpapar covid 19 pada saat melakukan transaksi, meningkatkan kunjungan dan transaksi serta meningkatkan omzet penjualan pedagang di pasar Bebandem. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan, pembuatan sekat plastik dan rekaman protokol kesehatan yang diperdengarkan dengan speaker setiap pukul 07.00 dan 10.00. Pembuatan sekat plastik dan rekaman suara untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan dapat memberikan rasa nyaman, penerapan protokol kesehatan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, tidak ada baik pembeli dan pedagang terpapar covid 19, serta dapat meningkatkan pengunjung dan omzet penjulan mencapai 15 %
