Abstract

Desa Cihideung Udik merencanakan untuk mengembangkan diri menjadi Desa Wisata, sehingga yang menjadi daya tarik wisata adalah seluruh desa beserta sistem kehidupannya. Desa wisata menawarkan pengalaman baru, hidup menyatu dengan alam pedesaan, menghirup udara segar, jauh dari polusi dan kebisingan, merasakan dan terlibat dalam aktivitas masyarakat setempat. Dari pertimbangan tersebut, maka diadakan sosialisasi tentang “Sosialisasi Pembentukan Binaan Desa Cihideung Udik menjadi Desa Wisata”. Dari kegiatan tersebut tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah: 1. Untuk dapat mengembangkan kepariwisataan yang berbasis masyarakat dan berkelanjutan. 2. Memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat, yaitu dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. 3. Dapat menjaga kelestarian Desa Cihideung Udik dan untuk menghindari alih fungsi lahan yang tidak terkendali. Selain tujuan tersebut juga ada beberapa manfaat yang ingin dicapai adalah: 1. Berperan aktif di dalam menjaga kelestarian alam dan lingkungan Desa Cihideung Udik. 2. Menggairahkan kesenian dan budaya yang dimiliki masyarakat Desa Cihideung Udik untuk menunjang perkembangan Desa Cihideung Udik sebagai Desa Wisata. 3. Untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan keunikan Desa Cihideung Udik, khususnya Bendungan Cihideung Udik yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun, sehingga keharmonisan, kesejahteraan, dan keselamatan dapat tetap terjaga. 4. Dengan dikembangkannya Desa Cihideung Udik sebagai Desa Wisata, maka akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Cihideung Udik dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan serta menunjang Pariwisata Kerakyatan Berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode diskusi. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dapat diukur dari banyaknya jumlah peserta yang hadir dan partisipasi peserta dalam kegiatan diskusi.

Abstract

Family business experts suggested that family business is a cyclical cycle of trust that must be kept and maintained by all members of the family in order to maintain the harmonization of relations between the company and the family. The family business is certainly not immune from the variety of issues that are sometimes difficult to solve. One problem is the mistrust among the members of the family. As a result, it is often family business in decline, even forced to close as a result of the ongoing conflict. This study aims to explore the beliefs, especially cognitive trust of first and second generation at PT Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries Tbk. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Results showed that inter-personal trust and confidence of competence has awakened among first and second generation, but the first generation not yet demonstrated their confidence in the system that strives to be built and run by the secondgeneration. They deepened the distrust their generation gap that occurred and led to the second generation chose to leave the company.

Abstract

This study was conducted in order to know the implementation of Information gapactivities in Teaching English for Young Learners class. These activities were designedthrough lesson study. Lesson study aimed to improve the quality of teaching learning whichconsists of three stages, plan, do, see. Through the first plan, information gap activitieswere chosen as the supporting activities to help students comprehend the basic principlesand theory about teaching English for Young Learners. These activities required students towork in group and transfer the information they had after they were asked to read thematerials given. The activities were conducted through four cycles of Lesson Study whichrequired four lecturers to be involved, one as the model teacher and the rests are observers.Through the lesson study, the information gap activities could be monitored through dostage and reflected through the see stage which resulted in students comprehension in basicprinciple and theory about teaching English for Young Learners. Thus, the result can beeffectively lead to students' ability in designing and implementing the teaching learning ofEnglish for Young Learners

Abstract

The study was aimed to solve the problem in the speaking class dealing with the students fear and the bad quality of speaking ability using peer tutoring technique. The design of the study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which involves 26 students assigned in intermediate speaking class in English Department of University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. The preliminary study conducted showed that students had a fear to speak in front of the class which resulted in their speaking skill quality. The study offered one cycle consisted of planning, observing, implementing, and reflecting. the cycle took two meetings. The students were divided into two groups of high speaking ability and low speaking ability. The two groups were divided again into small units called pair. In one pair, the high speaking ability students taught the low speaking ability students before they had individual presentation in front of the class. In the end of the cycle, the peer tutoring process showed that students achieved thyeir average score above the minimum passing level of 60, which was the criteria of success.

Abstract

This community engagement is implemented as result of research dissemination on EFL teaching reading. This paper attempts to assist senior high school teachers in implementing the teaching of reading using collaborative Pamanpintermu reading software in EFL classroom. The mentoring program was conducted for six weeks at SMAM Bungah Gresik. Mentoring and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) is employed for the method of the community engagement. The results of Pamanpintermu implementation in the teaching and learning of EFL reading showed positive response from both teachers and students. Through Pamanpintermu, the teachers could monitor students’ reading progress and they could more effectively address students’ problems in reading class. In the long-term program, it is hoped that Pamanpintermu can be integrated in EFL curriculum at Senior High School in Gresik.

Abstract

Abstract

Mesoporous materials have attracted the attention of many researchers due to the potential applications promised by the materials. This article discusses adsorption of water and benzene vapour in mesoporous materials (mesoporous silica: MCM-41, MCM-48 and their modification). MCM-41 and MCM-48 were synthesized hydrothermally at 100 o C using cethyltrimethylammonium chloride or dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide for MCM-41 (C16) or MCM-41 (C12) respectively and a mixture of cethyltrimethylammonium bromide and Triton X-100 for MCM-48 as templates. Their modifications were conducted by silylation of MCM-41 (C16) and MCM-48 with trimethylchloro silane (MCM16- TMCS and MCM48-TMCS) and t-butyldimethylchloro silane (MCM16-TBDMCS and MCM48-TBDMCS). Results showed that MCM-41 and MCM-48 materials had hydrophobic features which were shown in the small amount of water adsorption at low P/P0 . The hydrophobicity of samples used in this study decrease in the sequence: MCM-41 (C16) > MCM-48 > MCM-41 (C12). The hydrophobicity increased when MCM-41 and MCM-48 were silylated with TMCS or TBDMCS. All unsilylated MCM materials show higher affinity to benzene at low P/P0 than the silylated samples. The results of water and benzene adsorption showed that silylated samples are promising candidates as selective adsorbents for organic compounds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar diketahui serta melakukan penganalisisan pengaruh-Corporate-Social-Responsibility, Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasioanl (BOPO), Current..Ratio, serta DER pada ROAdi..Perusahaan-Consumer-Goods-mendaftar di-BEI tahun.,2017.,-.,2019. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipakai pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, sampelnya yakni 26 Perusahaan-Consumer-Goods-mendaftar di-BEI tahun.,2017.,-.,2019. Hasilnya CSR, BOPO, CR, serta DER memiliki pengaruh signifikan simultan pada ROA. CSR berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara parsial pada ROA di Perusahaan-Consumer-Goods-mendaftar di-BEI tahun.,2017.,-.,2019. BOPO, current ratio, DER, memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial pada ROA di Perusahaan-Consumer-Goods-mendaftar di-BEI tahun.,2017.,-.,2019.
