Abstract

The value of love is the highest Christian value. The value of love should be the color of the believer's life. The value of love at this time seems to be a step, because there are so many events that show the lack of the value of love. Likewise in Sunday schools, there are still many children who often do things that are not in accordance with the value of love. For this reason, it is necessary to grow the value of love in the lives of Sunday school children, especially at GAA Filipi Manado. Sunday school teachers are always trying to help children grow in love. However, in these activities there are obstacles that are often experienced. So that efforts are needed to resolve every obstacle that exists, so that the goal for the growth of the value of love in children can be achieved. In this study, the author uses collage media as a tool to make it easier for children to understand Bible stories told by Sunday school teachers. Thus, it is hoped that there will be growth in the value of love from Sunday school children.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of the analysis and description of (1) Kodam Mental and Historical Development Soldiers in realizing representations of religious moderation in the Kodam XIII / Merdeka area, (2) Obstacles to soldiers mental and historical development of kodam in realizing representation of religious moderation in the Kodam XIII / Merdeka area, and (3) Efforts of soldiers mental development and history of kodam in realizing representation of religious moderation in the area of Kodam XIII / Merdeka. This research approach is qualitative by using data collection techniques: (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews and (3) documentation, equipped with unstructured interviews, cameras, photos, recording devices and field notes. Data analysis uses steps (1) data reduction, (2) Display Data and (3) checking the validity of data.Based on the results of the analysis, was reached (1) Religious moderation is a way of view or religious attitude and practice that practices the essence of religious teachings that essentially contain human values and spread mutual benefit (avoid radicalism and intolerance). The Army soldiers in it the Kodam Mental and Historical Development unit (Bintaljarahdam) certainly serve as a means of state defense must be able to realize religious moderation in the practice of living every day in the Kodam XIII / Merdeka area. (2). This religious moderation in practice must be carried out holistically in terms of ethics, sociology, anthropology and psychology as well as IPOLEKSOSBUDHANKAM (Asta Gatra), so as to avoid the emergence of negative effects as an obstacle that can affect the lives of especially soldiers in the implementation of basic tasks. . Abstract

This article is a review of the ethical responsibilities of pastors in business. By using qualitative research methods on various literatures and using interview techniques to informants as supporting data that describes the life of pastors who do business in the east Manado IV region, the authors try to reveal that in order to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities as a servant of God and have a side business or doing business, a pastor must have a solid understanding of how to understand Christian business in accordance with Christian ethics. There is nothing wrong with the pastor doing business, but the success of the ministry must also be prioritized. When a pastor wants to do business, then there must be some things in the ministry that must be sacrificed. As for this matter, it raises many views in the congregation later, both pros and cons. It turns out that doing two focuses is less able to make effectiveness in service..

Abstract

Praktik pernikkahan dini atau pernikahan dibawah umur telah menyebabkan erosi fungsi untuk keluarga itu sendiri. Seperti pendidikan, ekonomi, dan emosional. Bahkan itu mengubah arti kesucian keluarga atau sakralitas pernikahan. Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian lapangan yang mengkaji tentang bagaimana perspektif pendidikan Kristen berbasis perkawinan dibawah umur di jemaat GMIBM Sion Manembo, Passi Timur Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perkawinan dibawah umur, serta bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan gereja dalam mengatasi perkawinan dibawah umur, serta bagaimana perpektif pendidikan Kristen terhadap perkawinan dibawah umur.

Abstract

This study was to determine, describe and analyze the formation of moral and spirituality based on the "Kuria" child development center in adolescents in Poopoh Village, Tombariri District, Kab. Minahasa. This study uses a qualitative (descriptive) approach which was carried out at PPA “Kuria” Poopoh 2021. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation have been analyzed and resulted that (1) the formation of morals and spirituality in adolescents has been maximized with the existence of several programs such as retreats, discipleship, bible camp, recording, memorizing verses and other programs; (2) These programs are carried out by following the schedule determined by the staff, usually 2 meetings a week and for other programs carried out during holidays; (3) The existence of supporting factors, namely cooperation between mentors, staff and parents in supporting the program to run well; (4) As well as the existence of inhibiting factors from within teenagers who have been affected by technological sophistication such as online games and the environment; (5) The efforts made were very good, namely by approaching and trying to be friends with the children. From the data findings and research results, it is recommended for staff and mentors as well as parents to continue to control the association of children and provide coaching and more creative programs to attract children's attention in activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the Professionalism of PAK teachers in interpreting and analyzing material, structures, concepts, and scientific mindsets that are relevant to learning Christian Religious Education at Public Elementary Schools in Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The results showed that PAK teachers had not analyzed and interpreted the material, structures, concepts, and scientific mindsets that were relevant to the learning of Christian Religious Education in Public Elementary Schools in Southeast Minahasa Regency because they experienced various obstacles such as not fully understanding the material, structure, concepts, and a scientific mindset that is relevant because the teacher does not read enough. In addition, KKG activities have not been carried out, and there has been no guidance provided by the PAK supervisor. Therefore, efforts that can be made to overcome these problems include teacher initiatives to increase literacy, carry out KKG activities, optimize guidance from PAK supervisors.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan mengenai solidaritas sosial dan agama pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Manado, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa solidaritas sosial agama, masyarakat Kristen dan Islam di manado telah terlaksana dengan baik sehingga menjadi solusi bagi mereka yang sedang terdampak Covid-19. Agama telah berperan sebagai agen perubahan, agen pemersatu dan agen pembangkit solidaritas sosial di tengah masyarakat. Solidaritas sosial di Manado terbentuk atas agama yang kuat, diwariskan secara berkelanjutan sepanjang sejarah hadirnya gereja dan mesjid di Manado sampai sekarang. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pemikiran Emile Durkheim tentang solidaritas sosial, khususnya tipe mekanik dan organik dan gambaran agama di Manado yang memiliki solidaritas sosial yang sehat. Hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah bahwa solidaritas sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Emile Durkheim bermanfaat untuk memahami solidaritas sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19, agama berkaitan dengan sikap, motivasi dan tindakan masyarakat dalam mendemonstrasikan solidaritas sosial bagi sesamanya, solidaritas sosial adalah solusi bagi masyarakat dunia pada umumnya dan Indonesia pada khususnya ketika menghadapi bencana nonalam pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Religious behavior is not only influenced by religious activities carried out in places of worship but also in educational spaces, from the basic level to higher education. To alleviate various acts of violence in the name of religion, the government has launched a religious moderation program to accept and respect differences in religious identity amid pluralism. This article offers a construction of multicultural Christian education based on valuable local wisdom in shaping moderate religious behavior, especially in Christia-nity. Using a constructive descriptive method through literature review to obtain information related to moderation and multicultural education, this study found that local cultural wisdom, especially in Minahasa, is rich in values that promote togetherness and respect for differences. Therefore, a cultural or local wisdom approach in constructing Christian religious education can shape moderate religious behavior. AbstrakPerilaku beragama tidak hanya dipengaruhi dari kegiatan keagamaan yang dilakukan di tempat-tempat ibadah, melainkan juga di ruang pendidikan, dari tingkat dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Dalam rangka meredakan berbagai aksi kekerasan atas nama agama, maka pemerintah mancanangkan program moderasi beragama, yang bertujuan untuk dapat menerima dan menghormati perbedaan identitas agama di tengah pluralitas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan sebuah konstruksi pendidikan kristiani multikultural yang berbasis pada kearifan lokal yang berguna membentuk perilaku beragama yang moderat, khususnya dalam konteks Kekristenan. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif konstruktif melalui penelusuran literatur guna memperoleh informasi terkait moderasi dan pendidikan multikultural, penelitian ini mendapati bahwa kearifan budaya lokal, khususnya di Minahasa, sarat dengan nilai-nilai yang mengusung kebersamaan dan menghormati perbedaan. Itu sebabnya, kami menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan budaya atau kearifan lokal dalam mengonstruksi pendidikan agama kristiani mampu membentuk perilaku beragama yang moderat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze understanding and practice, supporting factors, obstacles and solutions, as well as the implications of GMIM Priests' and Religious Teachers' Virtual Theology through social media at the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa. To achieve this goal, qualitative research methods are used with phenomenological analysis. To collect field data this research uses participatory observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Pastors and Religion Teachers of GMIM state that evangelism and PAK are part of their service calling which is implemented in various forms of posting, because it has become a necessity in service. The implication is that the Minahasa Evangelical Christian Church should equip its servants to be able to do virtual theology on social media, have dogmatic teachings of the church based on virtual theology, respond to church services in the form of Hybrid Church and GMIM Virtual Reality, because social media has become a medium for evangelism and PAK in the revolutionary era. Industry 4.0 and through evangelism and PAK on social media, a person and or a group of people can get the motivation of faith, hope and the spirit of sharing love.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a clear and detailed description of: Planning and implementation of academic supervision by PAK supervisors for Christian Religion teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ranoyapo. Associated with obtaining information and a clear and systematic picture in using a qualitative approach where as a researcher tries to photograph, describe and interpret every phenomenon of the object under study in accordance with the objective situation and conditions. The results showed that planning for academic supervision by PAK supervisors for Christian religious teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ranoyapo was generally carried out because it had become the main task, function and responsibility of the supervisor; based on the program from the ministry of religion which is embodied in the supervisory program and follows the academic calendar of the education unit; Implementation of academic supervision by PAK supervisors on Christian Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ranoyapo, in its implementation there are differences between sites: a) Site 1, held twice every semester; b) Site 2, held in each semester only once; 3) Site 3, practically it is not done at school, but during MGMP.
