UWKS Academic Smart Mobile is a smartphone application owned by the University of Wijaya Kusuma (UWK) Surabaya. In addition to provide facilities for students, Academic UWKS Smart Mobile also can be a competitive advantage. It makes the application developers want to know the level of acceptance UWKS Academic Smart Mobile on student UWK Surabaya. The solution of these problems were take measurements of the application uwks academic smart mobile uses the method utaut ( the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology )Tools for collecting data using questionnaires with 161 samples to do research. Sampling was conducted using Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) on the student UWK Surabaya. Descriptive analysis and analysis of validity and reliability using the software SPSS 16. For data analysis, Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 22 software.The results showed that the Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence positively affects Behavioral Intention UWKS Academic Smart Mobile. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention positively affects Use Behavior UWKS Academic Smart Mobile.

Human Resources is the most important thing to create a good work environment in a company, of course having reliable resources is the hope of every company. At PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Sidoarjo the promotion was carried out manually by only paying attention to the tenure of an employee and with a simple annual performance appraisal, so that the decision making process was still not effective in making decisions. With that, we need a Decision Support System which will be useful for leaders in making decisions by adjusting the criteria and target values expected by the company. Then the application of the method applied is the Profile Matching algorithm. With this method, the user can find out the difference in competence between individual competencies and the competencies expected by the company. PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Sidoarjo needs an application that is useful in helping make a decision on the placement of employees in a position. So that the results are obtained in the form of a report on the complete calculation of the profile matching algorithm up to the recommendation rating of prospective employees which can later be considered by HRD in the promotion selection process

Rejeki Glass Shop is one of the stores located in Jl . P.B. Sudirman 186 , Banyuwangi . Rejeki Glass Shop is a store that sells one of the important ingredients in the construction of a building is glass . Glass itself is very diverse , ranging from kind to the thickness of the glass .The problem arises when the order of glass pieces found in large numbers . Order in bulk piece of glass is glass for the windows of the building or the tank . In the cutting process , often resulting inaccuracy in analyzing the pattern. As a result the rest of the glass produced less minimal . It can only be known when calculating and describing the specific , from the patterns to be cut . After the comparison is known that there ineffective and inefficiencies cutting . Problems like this are often referred to as the cutting stock problem .Design Applications Cutting Stock Optimization Methods Integer Linear Programming In Rejeki Glass Shop, is expected to improve the cutting process becomes more effective and efficient . In the development of educational videos, training and learning is a very important activity. But the experience, knowledge and skills possessed only by the participants in the training so that the absence of learning or knowledge transfer to people who have no knowledge about the training. One reason is the lack of a system that can manage, collect and manage data of existing knowledge into useful information for the development of educational videos.Based on the above, requires a knowledge management system in terms of manufacturing, management, maintenance of data storage is explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge through report creation. Knowledge management system (KMS) is a system that is capable of performing the classification of existing knowledge, how to preserve knowledge, and how to use that knowledge. One solution to overcome the above problems is to create a multimedia knowledge management system.This application can be used by users in obtaining information about knowledge relating to the development of video media for education. This system provides the required knowledge in the form of multimedia files (text, images, documents and videos). This system can also provide statistical reports of users accessing the system, active users, multimedia files are frequently accessed, searched and needed. Education Department Bondowoso District field of education personnel have a duty to analyze of teachers placed needs. This time the field of education personel have a problem to implement analysis of needs teacher placement process among others the length of the process of data collection, and data analysis is still using the manual method. This problem resulted teacher placement needs analysis process takes a long time and error prone. To answer these problems then made an application determining teacher placement needs. Applications made under regulation with five ministers, this application will generate data that shortage or excess school teacher and produce recommendations that can be moved assign teachers. At this stage of the implementation of the application needs analysis the placement of the teachers in primary schools shows conformity with the expectation of 100% and worth to be used. Teacher placement needs analysis process done more effectively and efficiently than ever before. The data used was school data in the academic year 2013 - 2014

Dalam upaya mewujudkan kebangkitan Indonesia menuju bangsa yang tangguh, tema Hardiknas tahun 2011 adalah “Indonesia bangkit dan berkarakter”. Melalui pembangunan karakter bangsa, diharapkan dapat menciptakan manusia Indonesia yang unggul. STIKOM Surabaya memiliki 6 nilai karakteristik yang wajib tertanam pada setiap diri mahasiswa, dan disebut sebagai semangat the Winner. Pada bidang kurikuler, semangat the Winner ditanamkan melalui setiap mata kuliah yang diselenggarakan, diantaranya pada mata kuliah Matriks dan Transformasi Linear. Pada mata kuliah ini, pendidikan karakter didekati melalui pemecahan masalah, yang merupakan bagian penting yang harus diajarkan kepada peserta didik. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode inkulkasi (penanaman), yang ditempuh dengan memperhatikan perbedaan pada masing-masing peserta didik. Di sinilah penggolongan tipe kepribadian akan bermanfaat untuk menghargai perbedaan, sehingga bermanfaat bagi penunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pembelajaran ini adalah peserta didik mampu memecahkan masalah dalam kehidupannya, dengan didasari oleh nilai yang sekaligus akan dapat mendukung pembangunan karakternya, sehingga pada akhirnya pendidikan karakter dapat tertanam. Kata kunci : pendidikan karakter, perbedaan tipe kepribadian, matriks dan transformasi linear, STIKOM Surabaya.

C-CHIL: A NEW LEARNING MODEL FOR ADVANCED MATHEMATICS COURSE IN THE SOCIETY 5.0 ERA M.J. Dewiyani Sunarto; Bambang Hariadi

University graduates in the Society 5.0 era need more skills than ever before; thus, a new learning model is needed. To respond this situation, we created a learning model that equips students to think critically, creatively, and independently through Advanced Mathematics courses using hybrid learning. This study aims to produce a model that can meet the needs of Moodle-based hybrid learning. Through research and development (R&D), we developed a learning model through the “Brillian” application. The Critical Creative Hybrid Independent Learning (C-CHIL) model test was conducted regarding (1) quality which includes the content and constructs of the model, and (2) feasibility. The test results of the C-CHIL model show that (1) Content validity test resulted an average of 3.73 which means the model is very valid. (2) The average feasibility test is 3.63, which means it is also very valid. Thus, it can be concluded that the C-CHIL model meets the valid requirements (content and construct) and is suitable for students based on expert opinion. The results of this study imply that the C-CHIL model can be used to improve critical, creative, and independent thinking skills, especially in Advanced Mathematics courses in Higher Education

Era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) yang dihadapi peserta didik saat ini perlu dijawab melalui pendidikan yang secara sengaja distruktur untuk mewujudkannya. Salah satunya adalah kemampuan pendidik dalam memproduksi video sebagai bahan ajar yang tertata, dengan memperhatikan tujuan pembelajaran yang akan dicapai. Pelatihan ini berbeda dengan pelatihan tentang tools untuk membuat video pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pada pengoperasian tools, namun pelatihan ini akan memberikan konsep dasar dalam memproses video pembelajaran. Hal ini penting dilakukan mengingat penguasan tools menjadi tidak berarti jika konsep dasar pemrosesan video tidak dikuasai. Dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, workshop dan evaluasi terhadap 42 guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP Biologi Jawa Timur secara umum menunjukkan hasil bahwa 1) hasil pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran yang dihasilkan oleh peserta, dinilai sangat baik sebesar 29%, dan baik sebanyak 44%. Ini berarti hasil pelatihan sudah dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil. 2) proses pelaksanaan pelatihan dinilai sangat baik dan baik, meskipun ada yang dinilai kurang baik sebesar 5 %. Teaching Material Video Production Training In Responding To Learning Challenges In The Vuca Era The era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) faced by students today needs to be answered through deliberately structured education to make it happen. One of them is the ability of educators to produce videos as ordered teaching materials, taking into account the learning objectives to be achieved. This training is different from training on tools for making learning videos which emphasizes the operation of tools, but this training will provide basic concepts in processing learning videos. It is essential because the mastery of tools becomes meaningless if the basic concepts of video processing are not mastered. With lecture and discussion methods, workshops, and evaluations of 42 teachers who are members of the East Java Biology MGMP, in general, the results show that; 1) the results of the training on making learning videos produced by the participants were rated very good by 29%, and good by 44%. This means that the results of the training can be said to be quite successful. 2) the process of implementing the training is considered very good and good, although some are considered less good by 5%.

Perkembangan jaman menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk lebih siap dalam menghadapi pembelajaran abad 21. Keterampilan yang dibutuhkan pada pembelajaran abad 21 diantaranya adalah berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif dan komunikatif. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah agar pendidik dapat menyiapkan peserta didiknya untuk mempunyai kemampuan ketrampilan abad 21, melalui model Flipped Learning. Flipped Learning adalah model pembelajaran dimana komponen pendukungnya bersifat dapat melatih peserta didik untuk menguasai keterampilan abad 21. Pelatihan dilakukan secara webinar kepada guru di seluruh Indonesia, sejumlah 110 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, dengan langkah pemberian pemahaman, gambaran dan praktik baik dari model Flipped Learning Setelah pelatihan, dilaksanakan evaluasi terhadap pelasanaan kegatan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Hasil jawaban peserta diolah dengan statistik deskriptif dan diperoleh nilai rata rata 3.67. Nilai tertinggi pada kualitas nara sumber dalam menyampaikan materi yaitu sebesar 3.8 dan nilai terendah pada efisiensi waktu penyelenggaraan, yaitu sebesar 3.5. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah pendidik menyadari pentingnya Flipped Learning dan timbul kebutuhan untuk menerapkannya, sehingga rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah adanya pelatihan lanjutan berupa workshop pembuatan bahan ajar. 21st Century Education Model Training with Flipped Learning for High School Teachers The development of the era requires the world of education to be better prepared to face 21st-century Learning. The skills needed in 21st-century Learning include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication. This training aims for educators to prepare their students to have 21st-century skills, namely the Flipped Learning model. Flipped Learning is a learning model where the supporting components can train students to master 21st-century skills. The training was conducted in a webinar with teachers throughout Indonesia, with 110 participants. The method used is lectures and discussions, with steps to provide understanding, descriptions and good practices from the Flipped Learning model. After the training, an evaluation of the implementation of activities is carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The results of the participant's answers were processed with descriptive statistics and obtained an average value of 3.67. The highest score for the quality of the resource person in presenting the material is 3.8, and the lowest score is for efficiency in organizing time, which is 3.5. The conclusion obtained is that educators are aware of the importance of flipped Learning and the need arises to apply it, so the recommendations put forward are further training in the form of workshops on making teaching materials.

In technological progress, information technology needed a company to support the company performance , no exception the website. Pt Badak NGL is the first company formed to be one of a network in the center by the chain business lng . Now , PT. Badak LNG having a website www.badaklng.co.id .So far , after services website PT. Badak LNG mplemented has never done judgment on its quality perceived the ultimate user or visitors website , so that management website could not receive feedback on the website .There was going to an evaluation of the quality of website PT. Badak LNG . The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of the website satisfaction users. Hal-hal done in this research among others , makes and spreading the questionnaire to respondents of 86 sample .The results will be processed on the ibm spss version 20 .While the analysis of data in relation done include the validation and reabilitas , the assumption , the test regression together and partial . The Results of research quality website on PT. Badak LNG indicates that dimensions of webqual is variable te usability quality, information quality, and iteraction quality to having influence a positive and significant impact on satisfaction users at the website PT. Badak LNG.
