Abstract

The registration of new students at SDN Wadungasri, Waru Sidoarjo East Java today is still done manually, which means in the registration of new students are still using systems that are not computerized, which allows the student data errors and takes a long time. In consideration of safety, convenience and storage new student data required making of a new information system that will facilitate the processing of student data in an application of registration of new students as a means of data processing, data storage quickly and precisely.This information system will facilitate and provide convenience for both students and staff of the school of Administration in processing data quickly and prospective students with fewer errors, and transparatif (open) as needed and reliable. The methodology used in the making of this application in the form of observation, interviews and the use of literature. The software used as a tool is database SQL Server 2008 R2 Management Studio and Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2010. Average required hardware consists of client computers for students and a computer server for the user / division of Administration.The results of the registration application provides convenience in the process of registration of new students and can be done quickly, precisely with minimal errors and cost-effective, ie it only takes 2-3 minutes per person begin enrollment until the class division of the need to manually for 11-15 minutes per person. Also be saving paper use only 2-3 pieces of manually use as much as 8-9 sheets

Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan negeri di Surabaya yang mendidik siswa di bawah pengawasan guru. Pada SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya terdapat proses penilaian dan presensi siswa. Saat ini, proses penilaian dan proses rekapitulasi nilai siswa masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan mengisi nilai pada lembar nilai lalu menghitung secara manual untuk mengetahui nilai akhir siswa. Jumlah murid SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya mencapai 900 siswa, sehingga proses penilaian tersebut memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk dapat menghasilkan nilai akhir. Pada proses presensi dan rekapitulasi presensi siswa masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara sekertaris kelas memanggil siswa setiap hari dan dicatat pada lembar presensi siswa. Pada akhir bulan, sekertaris kelas memberikan lembar presensi siswa kepada pihak bimbingan konseling untuk dilakukan proses rekapitulasi siswa. Pihak bimbingan koseling harus melakukan rekapitulasi siswa sebanyak 162 lembar presensi siswa. Dari 162 lembar presensi siswa, terkadang terdapat lembar presensi siswa yang hilang sehingga data presensi siswa tidak valid. Komunikasi dengan wali murid juga menjadi permasalahan. Guru hanya bisa berkomunikasi dengan wali murid pada saat penerimaan raport. Akibatnya wali murid kurang mendapatkan informasi mengenai nilai dan presensi anaknya.Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka dibangun sebuah sistem informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa berbasis web yang mampu mengolah data nilai siswa dan mengolah data presensi siswa menjadi informasi yang dapat diakses oleh wali murid. Sistem informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat menghasilkan informasi rekapitulasi nilai siswa dan rekapitulasi presensi siswa SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya.Sistem informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan proses rekapitulasi nilai siswa sehingga menghasilkan informasi nilai akhir siswa. sistem informs penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat membantu pihak bimbingan konseling dalam melakukan proses presensi siswa sehingga menghasilkan informasi rekapitulasi presensi siswa. Informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat diakses oleh murid atau wali murid secara online dimana saja dan kapan saja.

Abstract

Problems faced by East Java Christian Church (GKJW) Church of Waru are no reports information about a church that is accurate enough to the head waitress Daily Assembly Church (PHMJ) as consideration for planning of ecclesial activity. To get the data to monitor active involvement in church and ecclesiastical activity, church congregations to collect data in each area periodically and perform every worship attendance. Unfortunately, data collection and recording attendance that do are often not documented and not well managed. As a result, completeness of data and information available so that the activity of the church less searches, as well as reporting changes related to church difficult. Based on these problems we need a web-based system has a database as a means to process, manage, and helps generate reports required by the head of the Church GKJW PHMJ Waru. The results of this thesis is the application of data collection churches and ecclesial activity (PJAG) can perform data management, so that the data generated congregation complete and search, as well as changes in reporting requires a short time. PJAG application can present a valid attendance calculations so that attendance recorded properly and the report generating valid information.

Abstract

Al-Huda Medical Center is special unit of Al-Huda hospital which manages check-up service for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Worker (CTKI). Al-Huda Medical Center wants to improve the service process and medical record of CTKI using computer system. There are five main problems found in the field regarding this matter, they include (1) all data reports consisting of registration to medical record database is still in paper-based documents, (2) the registration number is processed manually, (3) there is no barcode in health certificate, (4) specimen is labelled using handwriting (5) registration report, medical record, form, and film paper is done manually in terms of calculation and writing. The solution offered for the aforementioned problems is developing a web-based application which is able to manage service process, medical record, and report. Furthermore, this application provides health certificate which fulfills the standardization of the destination country of CTKI. This application also offers the more accurate reports compared to paper-based documentation.

Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Non Formal Jawa Timur (BAN-PAUD Jatim) adalah organisasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pelaksanaan akreditasi satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan Pendidikan Non Formal (PNF). BAN- PAUD Jatim melaksanakan akreditasi melalui assesi dan visitasi langsung pada PAUD dan PNF di Jawa Timur. Dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi, ditemukan bahwa proses pemilihan asesor selama ini menggunakan cara manual, yang menyebabkan proses penjadwalan dan pembagian wilayah pelaksanaan visitasi asesi tidak terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien. In the system that runs on PT. Surabaya Trading Industry, that need to be resolved. The sales process for a company takes a long time and customers have to come to the company because of the large number of orders that must be checked one by one because it is based on a lot of documents and there may be broken and unreadable. PT. Surabaya Trading Industry has difficulty in marketing and recording orders, especially in customers whose geographical location is far from the company so that customers must come to the company, this causes difficult access to facilitate customers. So that all existing orders can be managed and monitored, we need a system to manage orders. A solution is given in the form of a web-based sales information system application at PT. Surabaya Industrial Trading. Tthis application can help PT. Surabaya Trading Industry to manage order data, provide a function of stock and order monitoring that is recorded when ordering takes place so that the company can find out information about the order. CV. Kariyono Mandiri is a company engaged in trade and services under the name Optik Airlangga. The company has four (4) Optical branches, namely the Srikana branch as the central branch which is located at Jl. Srikana no.36 Surabaya, Royal Plaza Surabaya branch, Pandaan branch and Krian branch located on Jl. Basuki Rahmat no. 49 Krian. There is a problem where so far the sales data reported to optical owners is only limited to sales reports, there is no classification of data such as valid goods which are categorized into sub-categories (frames, lenses, accessories) so that optical owners find it difficult to determine which items should be reordered. . To overcome the problems at Optik Airlangga, an application is needed that can help record sales transactions, provide a recap of sales data without having to wait for reports from each branch, and can help optical owners by providing information in the form of best-selling items, total branch sales, and items with profits. that can be used as a consideration for the purchase of goods. After carrying out the stages from analysis to deployment, an application is produced that can record sales transactions, manage master data in the form of item data, item categories, employees, branches. The application provides transaction data that is paid off / not paid off. The application created has also provided a dashboard that provides information on low stock items for cashiers and admin staff. The application displays a dashboard for owner users that displays a graph of the number of sales for each branch, a graph of the best-selling items, and the items with the greatest profits.

Abstract

One task of Disaster Management Operation Control Center (Pusdalops-PB) is providing support for pre-disaster activities with the aim of anticipating the danger by collecting, processing and presenting data and disaster information. One of these activities is to assess the danger as the building blocks of contingency plans. However, there are problems such as difficulty in processing hazard assessment due to the lack of precise parameters.To overcome the problems faced, then Pusdalops PB need to create a web-based system that can assess the danger of the disaster in East Java. This system can be accessed by the informant through the medium of the web and SMS by sending the information and parameter values of the disaster. Information and values will be used as input parameters in the system do a hazard assessment.With this application can help the Pusdalops PB in assessing the danger of the disaster in East Java. Hazard assessment can be seen in a daily report that shows the value of the dangers of disasters. Informants can transmit disaster information and parameter values into the system to do a hazard assessment. This application can help BPBDs in the area in knowing the development of hazard assessment of the disaster.

Abstract: PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero), or better known by the acronym PT.Sucofindo, is an Indonesian state-owned enterprises engaged in the field of inspection, supervision, testing, and assessment of export and import goods. SUCOFINDO produced a products in the form of a certificate. The problems that exist in the print process, certificate is archieving number of certificates paper are still done manually and requires a long time to recapitalize a number of certificates paper.
