Abstract

Given that IbK must someday be independent and operationally sustainable, then IbK is given access just as non-profits are then given an extra task to be able to become a profit unit by utilizing human resources and facilities owned. In an effort to create independent science and technology-based new entrepreneurs, it is expected that in accordance with their fields of knowledge, the IbK program can be carried out in the form of entrepreneurship training, placing students to carry out internships in established companies / business units / IbIKK in the School and facilitating student entrepreneurship. The training is carried out to provide entrepreneurial knowledge, encourage the growth of motivation for entrepreneurship, improve management understanding (organization, production, finance, and marketing) and make business plans or business feasibility studies. It is unthinkable, children are taught to be employees in the company, but who founded the company if they were not entrepreneurs. Children, teenagers, really need enough time with adults to be able to support, encourage and help them find out who they are, how the world works, and what their role is in society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of independent learning on learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning discipline on learning outcomes, (3) the effect of independent learning and learning discipline on learning outcomes. The method used is descriptive with quantitative research. With a sample of class VIII, students of SMPN 11 Muaro Jambi, amounting to 50 students. The instrument used in the research data collection was a questionnaire containing 19 items for the independent learning variable and 19 items for the learning discipline variable, while for the learning outcome variable the data from the daily test scores. The results showed that there was independent learning on learning outcomes of 0.616 and based on the significant test, tcount> ttable (5.417> 2.01). There is a significant influence between learning discipline on learning outcomes of 0.577 with a significant test tcount> ttable (4.876> 2.01). Furthermore, there is a positive influence between independent learning and learning discipline on multiple learning outcomes of 0.970 and based on the significant test, Fcount> Ftable (0.386> 0.05). In order to improve the learning outcomes of Integrated Social Studies students of class VIII SMP N 11 Muaro Jambi, the following suggestions are given, namely: (1) It is hoped that students will further improve their learning independence and learning discipline which are good and applicable in learning. (2) In preparing for learning to always pay attention to things that can attract students' attention so that it can lead to independent learning and good learning discipline. (3) It is hoped that the school will try to carry out the rules that have been set so that by carrying out all the rules it can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan jumlah pengangguran intelektual terus mengalami peningkatan. Lulusan harus memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berkepentingan, yaitu harus memenuhi kebutuhan profesional (professional need), kebutuhan masyarakat (social needs), kebutuhan kebutuhan dunia kerja (kebutuhan industri) dan kebutuhan generasi mendatang (aspek visi keilmuan). Kewirausahaan merupakan langkah konkrit untuk memecahkan masalah relevansi pendidikan dan model pendidikan lainnya yang menambah nilai produktivitas nasional agar dominasi paradigma lulusan pendidikan tidak lagi menjadi pencari kerja (job seeker) melainkan pencipta lapangan kerja (job creator). Selain itu transformation of knowledge berbasis an Entreprenurial learning serta Technopreneurship juga harus mengelaborasi budaya dan konsepsi yaitu budaya inovasi, kewirausahaan dan kreativitas serta konsep inkubator bisnis, penelitian, pengembangan, knowledge management dan learning organization, yang dilengkapi oleh kualitas dari wirausaha itu sendiri melalui koneksitas dan kolaboratif. Dalam proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh akan dilakukan melalui Metode Partisipatif melalui pemanfaatan local wisdom di Sungai Penuh. Melalui pemberdayaan dan edukasi tersebut diharapakan dapat menjadi solusi alternatif bagi siswa/i SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh untuk meningkatkan kapasitas potensi lokal melalui penerapan transformation of knowledge mengenai an entrepreneurial learning dengan pemanfaatan market place dan learning organization serta platforma digital sebagai upaya terhindar dari potensi permasalahan pengangguran intelektual yang terjadi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of students to become teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Educational progress is closely related to the industrial revolution 4.0 which is used to support the learning process wherever it is located. Through the experience of teaching practice programs, the way prospective teachers are able to develop their educational knowledge competencies in the COVID-19 situation is by increasing creativity through the use of various technological advances along with the times. So as to create the next generation of the nation that is superior, able to compete, and ready to become competent and professional teachers of the industrial revolution 4.0 era. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods. In managing the results of this study, the Slovin formula is used to represent the entire population of 755 using a Likert scale to measure each of the indicators of the variables studied, about a series of statements given in the form of a questionnaire and distributed online via google form. The research sample was 261 prospective teacher respondents who had finished implementing the teaching practice program in schools in Jambi Province, then after the data had been collected they were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study are: 1) The formation of the skills of prospective teachers in teaching and guiding students in real in schools by constantly improving and developing the competencies of the educational sciences that he has in accordance with the needs of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, 2) Through experience teaching practice programs in schools, prospective teachers get more learning media references through incorporating learning methods and models according to the needs of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. 3) The role of campuses and schools is to be able to realize intelligent education through improving the quality of education, equitable distribution of education, and expanding access through relevance in realizing prospective economic teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru era revolusi industri 4.0. Kemajuan pendidikan sangat erat kaitannya dengan revolusi industri 4.0 yang dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di manapun berada. Melalui pengalaman program praktik mengajar, cara calon guru mampu mengembangkan kompetensi ilmu pendidikannya disituasi covid 19, dengan cara meningkatkan kreativitas melalui pemanfaatan berbagai kemajuan teknologi seiring perkembangan zaman. Sehingga tercipta generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul, mampu bersaing, dan siap menjadi guru era revolusi industri 4.0 berkompetensi dan profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei.  Dalam mengelola hasil penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk merepresentasikan seluruh populasi sebanyak 755 dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur setiap indikator-indikator variabel yang diteliti, tentang serangkaian pernyataan-pernyataan yang diberikan dalam bentuk kuesioner dan disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 261 responden calon guru yang telah selesai melaksanakan program praktik mengajar di sekolah yang ada Provinsi Jambi, selanjutnya setelah data terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terbentuknya keterampilan calon guru dalam mengajar dan membimbing siswa secara rill di sekolah dengan senantiasa calon guru selalu meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kompetensi-kompetensi ilmu pendidikan yang dia miliki sesuai dengan kebutuhkan siswa di era revolusi industri 4.0, 2) Melalui pengalaman program praktik mengajar di sekolah, calon guru memperoleh lebih banyak referensi media pembelajaran melalui penggabungan metode dan model pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhkan siswa di era revolusi industri 4.0. 3) Peranan kampus dan sekolah mampu mewujudkan pendidikan cerdas melalui peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, pemerataan pendidikan, dan perluasan akses melalui relevansi dalam mewujudkan calon guru ekonomi era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between: (1) the professionalism of teacher performance on the quality of online learning; (2) teachers' digital literacy skills on the quality of online learning; and (3) the professionalism of teacher performance and digital literacy skills of teachers on the quality of online learning. This research is a quantitative research using an Ex Po Facto research approach. The population in this study were 46 people. Sampling technique with saturated sample. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of X1 on Y with tcount > ttable (3.873 > 2.01669); (2) there is an effect of X2 on Y obtained tcount > ttable (2.480 > 2.01669); (3) there is a simultaneous effect, X1 and X2 on Y based on data analysis obtained Fcount > Ftable (16.506 > 3.214) and the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.434 which means that the quality of online learning is influenced by the professionalism of the teacher's performance and the teacher's digital literacy ability. by 43.4%. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of teacher performance professionalism and teacher digital literacy skills on the quality of online learning at SMK Negeri 5 Jambi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of problems related to the consumptive behavior of students. Because it is known that many students have uncontrolled consumptive behavior in consuming goods and services. This research is a quantitative research using an expo facto research approach. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant marketing effect on consumptive behavior, the value of tcount was 3.936 > ttable 1.65993. 2) There is a significant influence of individual modernity on consumptive behavior, the value of tcount is 6.743 > ttable 1.65993. 3) There is a simultaneous influence of marketing effect and individual modernity on consumptive behavior based on data analysis obtained Fcount 36.819> Ftable 3.09 and coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.419 which means that consumptive behavior is influenced by marketing effect and individual modernity is 41.9% and the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. So it can be concluded that the marketing effect and individual modernity have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior in Economic Education students class 2017 and 2018 Jambi University. From the results of this study, it is suggested that students can be wiser in consuming goods and services in excess or consumptive behavior in order to avoid marketing effects and uncontrolled individual modernity.

Abstract

Sebagai negara sedang berkembang Indonesia mengalami banyak sekali hambatan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Menurut hasil sensus penduduk 2020 yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) menujukan jumlah penduduk Indonesia adalah sekitar 270,20 juta, namun 56,10% berfokus pada pulau jawa saja hal ini juga menyebabkan pendapatan perkapita menjadi rendah. Dengan adanya kondisi dari distribusi penduduk yang tidak merata dan pendapatan perkapita yang rendah, maka akan dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kedua faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan (library research). Prosedur analisis penelitian ini mengguanakan teknik analisis model Miles and Huberman, aktivitas analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display, dan data conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian relevan menunjukan dimana pulau Jawa yang memiliki jumlah penduduk yang banyak namun total PRDB lebih rendah daripada pulau Kalimantan. Artinya bahwa, distribusi penduduk yang tidak merata dan pendapatan perkapita berpengaruh negatif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi. Kedua faktor tersebut menjadi penghambat terjadinya pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi terhadap kepercayaan diri dalam berkarir sebagai guru pada mahasiswa jurusan PIPS angkatan 2018 FKIP Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode Ex-post Facto. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan bantuan google form yang disebarkan pada sampel penelitian sebanyak 129 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh Literasi Digital terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru, (2) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru, (3) Terdapat pengaruh Literasi Digital dan Motivasi terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Literasi Digital dan Motivasi terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru.

Abstract

This research intends to examine how students are prepared to become teachers in the industrial revolution 4.0 age in order to carry out teaching professionally and competently and produce the next generation of exceptional instructors. The methodology for this study is a quantitative survey model with 261 samples of students who have participated in teaching practice program activities and 755 populations. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research's first key result is that colleges have a crucial role to play in preparing teacher candidates for the industrial revolution 4.0 by enhancing education quality, distributing education fairly, and extending access via relevance. Second, by putting the study's theory to the test, students' perceptions of the teaching profession are improved. It may be inferred that students are more prepared to become teachers if learning techniques and models are combined in accordance with current trends in technology and society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between Education costs for interest in continuing their education in tertiary institutions, (2) parents' socioeconomic status on their interest in continuing their education in tertiary institutions, (3) educational costs and parents' socioeconomic status on their interest in continuing their education to tertiary institutions. This research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study was 75 people, namely students of class XI IPS. The study results show that: (1) There is an effect of the cost of education on the interest in continuing education to higher education as indicated by the value of tcount 4.902 > ttable 1.66600. (2) There is an influence of parents' socioeconomic status on their interest in continuing their education to higher education as indicated by t count 4.512 > t table 1.66600. (3) There is a simultaneous effect of the cost of education and parents' socioeconomic status on the interest in continuing their education to college. Given the cost of education and parents' socioeconomic status, the interest in continuing their education to college is 43.5%, and the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the cost of education and parents' socioeconomic status influence their interest in continuing their education to college.
