Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan administrasi di Kantor Kelurahan Nglames Kecamatan Madiun secara umum sudah cukup optimal, dengan reliabilitas yang baik, daya tanggap petugas yang memadai, dan empati yang tinggi terhadap masyarakat. Pelayanan administrasi dijalankan dengan prosedur yang jelas dan bukti fisik yang terorganisir dengan baik. Namun, masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan, terutama dalam meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu, transparansi, serta sosialisasi prosedur kepada masyarakat agar pelayanan dapat lebih optimal dan memenuhi harapan warga. Hambatan dalam optimalisasi pelayanan administrasi persuratan di Kelurahan Nglames meliputi keterbatasan jumlah petugas yang menyebabkan antrian panjang dan pelayanan yang kurang efisien, infrastruktur yang kurang memadai terutama dalam teknologi yang memperlambat proses administrasi, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang prosedur yang berlaku, komunikasi yang kurang efektif antara petugas dan masyarakat, serta tingginya jumlah permohonan yang menyebabkan beban kerja berlebihan bagi petugas. Kata Kunci : Reliability, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, bukti fisik dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Persuratan ABSTRACT The results of the study indicate that administrative services at the Nglames Village Office, Madiun District, are generally quite optimal, with good reliability, adequate responsiveness of officers, and high empathy towards the community. Administrative services are carried out with clear procedures and well-organized physical evidence. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in increasing speed and timeliness, transparency, and socialization of procedures to the community so that services can be more optimal and meet residents' expectations. Obstacles in optimizing administrative services for correspondence in Nglames Village include the limited number of officers which causes long queues and inefficient services, inadequate infrastructure, especially in technology which slows down the administrative process, lack of public understanding of applicable procedures, ineffective communication between officers and the community, and the high number of requests which causes excessive workload for officers. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business turnover, business’ age, educational level, accounting knowledge, accounting training and owner motivation on the use of accounting information in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Tingkir, Salatiga City. The data were collected using accidental sampling where the respondents were SMEs who were willing as the respondents for this research. This study used primary data in the form of questionnaires for 30 respondents. This is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach to explain the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses and conducting statistical tests. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that only accounting training was statistically proven to have a positive effect on the use of accounting information for SMEs in Tingkir Salatiga. Other variables such as business turnover, business’ age, educational level, accounting knowledge and motivation were not statistically proven to have an effect on the use of accounting information in these SMEs.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan terkait bank sampah pada ibu-ibu kelompok PKK di RT 06 RW 13 Mangunsari Salatiga. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan dilakukan dengan cara presentasi oleh narasumber dari Tim Bank Sampah Induk (BSI) Salatiga, serta diskusi dan simulasi. Sasaran kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah ibu-ibu kelompok PKK Mangunsari Salatiga. Melalui kegiatan sosialiasi dan pendampingan bank sampah ini diharapkan ibu-ibu kelompok PKK di RT ini mampu mengelola sampah mereka dengan maksimal serta mulai disiplin dalam memilih dan memilah sampah rumah tangga, sehingga program bank sampah di RT ini dapat terwujud demi sampah ramah lingkungan. Bank sampah merupakan salah satu program pemerintah daerah dalam rangka sampah ramah lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran dan komitmen bersama bagi ibu-ibu kelompok PKK dalam memilih dan memilah sampah dengan konsep 3R. Tidak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan berkelanjutan sehingga peserta pendampingan tersebut dapat benar-benar melakukan pilah sampah secara mandiri sebagai salah satu alternative peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity on price earning ratios in food and beverage companies, either partially or simultaneously. The data used is secondary data published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2022. The research type is explanatory research with multiple linear regression data analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the partial test the results showed that the Liquidity, Solvency and Activity variable had no significant effect on the price earnings ratio. Profitability variable has a significant effect on the price earnings ratio. In the results of the simultaneous test, there is a significant influence of the variables liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity simultaneously on the price earning ratio of food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The coefficient of determination results obtained were 15.5%, these four variables influenced the price earning ratio, while 84.5% were influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as cash ratio, debt ratio, gross profit margin, total assets and turnover ratio. As an investor, you can optimize current assets, apart from that, investors can also increase the company's capital and profits. For further research, it is recommended to use companies from other sectors to obtain variations in research results.

Abstract

The research explains the open proportional electoral system that leaves many complex experiences and problems in the modern democratic era. The dynamics of national politics over the past decade through the implementation of elections have encouraged the improvement of people's welfare evenly. The purpose of this research is to examine the efficiency of the electoral system with an open proportional concept, supported by relevant theories such as the theory of modern democratic dynamics, the theory of organizing elections, the theory of popularity, the theory of legislative characteristics, and the public perspective. This research method uses a conceptual approach supported by the acquisition of secondary data from various scientific literature or termed library research. Data analysis techniques use the concept of interactive which gives researchers the freedom to process data as effectively as possible without reducing the original meaning. The open proportional system was implemented in the 2019 elections, although the results were ineffective, as evidenced by the findings of many violations by Bawaslu. The open proportional system has advantages and disadvantages for the community, political parties, and election organizing instruments. The open proportional system creates a narrow space for less popular candidates. The proliferation of legislative candidates from among celebrities and artists proves that the open proportional system overrides a person's capabilities. The nature of democracy, which is determined by the majority vote, ultimately creates a strong political climate to appoint popular figures that are loved by the publicPenelitian menjelaskan sistem Pemilu proporsional terbuka yang menyisakan banyak pengalaman dan problematika kompleks  di era demokrasi modern. Dinamika politik nasional selama satu dekade terakhir melalui pest Pemilu berharap perbaikan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara merata. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji efisiensi sistem Pemilu dengan konsep proporsional terbuka yang didukung dengan teori-teori relevan seperti teori dinamika demokrasi modern, teori penyelenggaraan Pemilu, teori popularitas, teori karakteristik legislatif, dan konsep perspektif publik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dengan didukung perolehan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur ilmiah atau diistilahkan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan konsep interaktif yang memberikan keleluasaan pada peneliti untuk mengolah data seefektif mungkin tanpa mengurangi makna asli. Sistem proporsional terbuka telah dilakukan pada Pemilu 2019, meski hasilnya tidak efektif yang mana dibuktikan dengan temuan banyak pelanggaran oleh Bawaslu. Sistem proporsional terbuka memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan bagi masyarakat, partai politik, dan instrumen penyelenggara Pemilu. Sistem proporsional terbuka menciptakan ruang sempit bagi kandidat yang kurang populer. Menjamurnya calon legislatif dari kalangan selebriti dan artis membuktikan bahwa sistem proporsional terbuka mengesampingkan kapabilitas seseorang. Sifat demokrasi yang ditentukan suara mayoritas pada akhirnya menciptakan iklim politik kuat untuk mengangkat sosok populer yang digandrungi public.

Abstract

Beruk Village, located in Jatiyoso Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, is classified as a high-risk area for landslides. This condition arises from its hilly topography and unstable soil structure, making the land susceptible to movement, particularly during periods of heavy rainfall. In recent years, landslide events have affected at least 70 families, particularly in Tasin Hamlet, which experienced severe destruction and, in some areas, complete ground leveling. These conditions indicate that landslide hazards in Beruk Village constitute a serious phenomenon requiring comprehensive attention and structured mitigation efforts. This community service program was designed to strengthen local preparedness through disaster awareness and capacity-building activities. The program employed two main approaches: delivering disaster mitigation material through lectures and conducting practical training facilitated by instructors from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Karanganyar Regency, local community leaders, and village authorities. Evaluation results show that participants demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the activities, indicating increased awareness of the importance of disaster-related knowledge and skills. Overall, this program contributed significantly to enhancing community readiness, improving disaster literacy, and promoting active participation in sustainable mitigation efforts.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian regional, namun banyak perusahaan ini masih menghadapi kendala dalam manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran. Salah satu contohnya adalah UMKM yang memproduksi keripik singkong dan pisang di Dusun Gruneng, Desa Jatirejo.  Meskipun telah beroperasi selama bertahun-tahun, perusahaan ini belum secara optimal menerapkan manajemen bisnis digital atau pemasaran digital. Situasi ini telah menyebabkan penurunan daya saing produk dan keterbatasan penetrasi pasar. Inisiatif kontribusi komunitas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah dengan mendukung manajemen bisnis digital dan pemasaran. Pendekatan dukungan partisipatif diterapkan, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: pengamatan dan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan implementasi program serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pencatatan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, perbaikan identitas dan promosi produk melalui desain label dan media promosi offline, serta peningkatan visibilitas usaha melalui pemanfaatan media sosial dan Google Maps. Pendampingan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaan usaha dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM dan penguatan ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

Karangpatihan village in Balong Sub District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java is an example of competent village with rapid development trend. Viewed from evolution, empowerment, and development aspects, this village is inseparable from innovative leadership implemented by a Village Head named Eko Mulyadi. Eko Mulyadi has received many awards for successfully reducing the stigma of idiot village for Karangpatihan village by means of training the people belonging to idiot category. This research aims to analyze and describe innovative leadership implemented to change the stigma of an idiot village into a creative village. Innovation made by Eko Mulyadi has been embodied in social and creative economic empowerment, such as catfish breeding and training for producing batik ciprat (splash batik) as a basic icon. The research method used is an empirical model that is descriptive in nature with a qualitative approach. The research focuses on individuals and the ability to influence groups or organizations in Karangpatihan Village. The research results show that Eko Mulyadi's leadership has catalyzed the big change, as it is equipped with a unique strategy, idea, and method that can change the physical shortcomings of idiot people into their strengths. In conclusion, Eko Mulyadi's leadership belongs to innovative leadership as it indicates the result.
