Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. The object of this research is the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The population in this research is employees at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. as many as 30 respondents. This research shows that Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement both have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.602 or 60.2% was obtained. The Performance variable can be explained by the Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement variables while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the office of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm, North Toraja Regency. The sampling technique in this research used the total sampling method where the entire population was sampled as 32 State Civil Servants, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the SPSS version 25 application, using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is an influence of the independent variables work environment and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance, this can be seen through the f test by obtaining a significance value for the influence of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than 0.05, when compared with the calculated F value with F table, it is obtained 35.017 > 3.32, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm North Toraja district. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 70.7%.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan melalui sistem pertanian terpadu agropastura di Lembang Belau Utara. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini difokuskan pada empat dusun, yaitu Dusun Barana, Dusun Lemo, Dusun Laun, dan Dusun Batang. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, perencanaan program, implementasi kegiatan berupa pembuatan kebun percontohan dengan pemanfaatan pupuk kandang, penanaman bibit, pemeliharaan tanaman, serta evaluasi keberhasilan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesuburan tanah, produktivitas lahan pekarangan, serta peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola lahan secara berkelanjutan. Meskipun terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan pengetahuan awal masyarakat, hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan pelatihan berkelanjutan. Program ini memberikan dampak positif baik secara ekologis maupun ekonomis, seperti peningkatan ketahanan pangan dan pendapatan rumah tangga. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan pekarangan menggunakan sistem pertanian terpadu agropastura terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan berpotensi untuk diadaptasi di wilayah lain dengan kondisi serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Toraja Utara . Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 53 responden, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai dan, (2) Pengembangan Karir mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa peluang Kompensasi, dan Pengembangan Karir pelatihan secara terstruktur, promosi dan menerima gaji sesuai standar kualitas kerja, menerima insentif, layanan asuransi kesehatan, serta merasa nyaman pada organisasi, senang bergabung di instansi tersebut, betah berada dan bekerja di instansi. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mendorong pencapaian kinerja pegawai yang berguna bagi perkembangan kinerja kantor pertanahan kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract

Background: Religious Tourism is a tourism that is visited by quite a lot of Indonesian tourists. The Buntu Burake Religion tourist destination is not only about the tall statue but the beauty of the scenery on the mountain and the glass bridge that stimulates adrenaline makes people come to visit. Aim: This study aims to find out how Buntu Burake Religious Tourism is managed. Method: Method used is descriptive, namely the type of research that aims to provide a clear picture of the extent of the community's response to the management of Buntu Burake Tourism. Findings: The community's responses varied, as for the community's response so that the management of Buntu Burake religious tourism must be improved again, because there are many lacking infrastructure, such as cleanliness in the Burake dead-end religious tourism area, toilets that are rarely used even the water often runs out and trash cans still very lacking. In fact, what is happening now is that visitors to Buntu Burake religious tourism must use motorcycle taxi services to get to tourist attractions, because temporarily the management of religious tourism at Buntu Burake has been taken over by the community due to profit-sharing problems.
