Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether social media Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attractions influence the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Fields Tourism Object. Data collection process techniques from this study are: Observation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the social media variables Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attraction influence the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Field Tourism Object. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that the social media variable Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attraction had an effect on the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Fields Tourism Object.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (community-based tourism/CBT) merupakan strategi penting dalam mendorong pembangunan wilayah berkelanjutan, namun keberhasilannya juga dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan infrastruktur dasar dan kualitas lingkungan. Objek Wisata Buntu Bebo masih menghadapi keterbatasan pada penyediaan air bersih dan kebersihan kawasan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan kawasan wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terintegrasi dengan perencanaan sistem air bersih dan penataan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui survei, penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta penerapan teknologi tepat guna dengan melibatkan ±25–30 peserta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem air bersih kombinasi pompa dan gravitasi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan air sebesar ±1.000–1.500 liter per hari, penataan kawasan meningkatkan kebersihan dari ±40% menjadi ±80%, serta sosialisasi meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat hingga ±70%. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi perencanaan teknis dan pemberdayaan masyarakat terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan wisata berbasis CBT. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan implementasi berkelanjutan sistem air bersih serta penguatan pengelolaan lingkungan berbasis masyarakat untuk mendukung keberlanjutan destinasi wisata. Kata Kunci: Community-Based Tourism, Sistem Air Bersih, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Penataan Kawasan, Wisata Berkelanjutan.  ABSTRACT Community-based tourism (CBT) has been an important strategy in promoting sustainable regional development; however, its success has also been influenced by the availability of basic infrastructure and environmental quality. The Buntu Bebo Tourism Site still faced limitations in clean water supply and environmental cleanliness. This study aimed to improve the quality of tourism area management through a community empowerment approach integrated with clean water system planning and environmental arrangement. The method used was a participatory approach involving field surveys, socialization, training, assistance, and the application of appropriate technology with approximately 25–30 participants. The results showed that the clean water system using a combination of pumping and gravity flow was able to meet water demand of approximately 1,000–1,500 liters per day, environmental arrangement improved cleanliness from approximately 40% to 80%, and socialization increased community understanding by approximately 70%. Overall, the integration of technical infrastructure planning and community empowerment proved to be effective in improving CBT-based tourism management. Therefore, further implementation of the clean water system and strengthening of community-based environmental management were required to support sustainable tourism development. Keywords: Community-Based Tourism, Clean Water System, Community Empowerment, Environmental Cleanliness, Tourism Management.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. The object of this research is the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The population in this research is employees at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. as many as 30 respondents. This research shows that Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement both have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.602 or 60.2% was obtained. The Performance variable can be explained by the Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement variables while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the office of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm, North Toraja Regency. The sampling technique in this research used the total sampling method where the entire population was sampled as 32 State Civil Servants, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the SPSS version 25 application, using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is an influence of the independent variables work environment and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance, this can be seen through the f test by obtaining a significance value for the influence of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than 0.05, when compared with the calculated F value with F table, it is obtained 35.017 > 3.32, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm North Toraja district. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 70.7%.

Abstract

Art is an expressive embodiment of culture in Toraja. One of its manifestations is through traditional musical instruments, one of which is the geso-geso musical instrument. Geso-geso is a traditional musical instrument that is played by swiping. This traditional musical instrument is made with special raw materials that have strong and hard properties. In addition there are also parts of the shell which are covered with materials such as animal skins. This section will later function as a loudspeaker membrane. The tool used for swiping is made of wood fiber or you can also use palm fiber. The fibers that will be used for swiping are tied to a rattan. The Millennial Generation is the generation that will take care of preserving it. Millennials should be able to innovate traditional musical instruments to be cooler and more beautiful according to their wishes and be creative. That way the musical instruments inherited from our ancestors will not be easily lost or eroded by modern musical instruments.

Abstract

This activity was carried out to provide information regarding taxation to MSMEs to increase the level of tax compliance which is not yet optimal in Indonesia. Socialization and demonstration methods as well as practice calculating and paying taxes using case studies, and question and answer methods are carried out in this activity. Apart from that, it also provides an understanding not to be afraid to report taxes and socializes the impacts that arise when MSMEs do not pay taxes. This activity was attended by local people who have small businesses in their homes selling handicrafts, basic necessities, food and drinks, etc. The results of this socialization found that many MSME actors still do not understand how to deposit MSME Income Tax due to their limited knowledge

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan melalui sistem pertanian terpadu agropastura di Lembang Belau Utara. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini difokuskan pada empat dusun, yaitu Dusun Barana, Dusun Lemo, Dusun Laun, dan Dusun Batang. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, perencanaan program, implementasi kegiatan berupa pembuatan kebun percontohan dengan pemanfaatan pupuk kandang, penanaman bibit, pemeliharaan tanaman, serta evaluasi keberhasilan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesuburan tanah, produktivitas lahan pekarangan, serta peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola lahan secara berkelanjutan. Meskipun terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan pengetahuan awal masyarakat, hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan pelatihan berkelanjutan. Program ini memberikan dampak positif baik secara ekologis maupun ekonomis, seperti peningkatan ketahanan pangan dan pendapatan rumah tangga. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan pekarangan menggunakan sistem pertanian terpadu agropastura terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan berpotensi untuk diadaptasi di wilayah lain dengan kondisi serupa.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Strategy For Developing The Saluliang Tourist Object In Sawangan, Malimbong, Balepe District. This research is qualitative. The informants in this study were the managers of the Saluliang Kolesawangan tourist attraction. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation.The data analysis techniques used in this study are data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the strategy carried out by the Saluliang Tourism Object Manager in developing its tourism sector is by collaborating with the Tana Toraja Regency Tourism Office to hold training, especially in the field of marketing, carrying out promotional and marketing strategies with 2 (two) approaches, namely Offline and Online. Not only that, the local community also plays a role as supervisors, implementers and recipients, besides that the local community also plays a role in developing culinary and woven fabrics to be seen and sold to visitors. Abstract

The increasing complexity and volatility of the global extractive industry have made employee performance a critical determinant of organizational sustainability, particularly in technology-intensive mining companies. This study investigates the mechanical influence of training effectiveness and work motivation on employee performance, positioning job satisfaction as a pivotal mediating factor. Utilizing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were garnered from 354 validated respondents across mining and smelting sites via structured questionnaires. Empirical findings demonstrate that both training effectiveness and work motivation exert a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Notably, job satisfaction was identified as the most dominant predictor and a partial mediator that substantively amplifies the impact of managerial interventions on operational outputs. The inner model evaluation confirms a robust predictive power of 72.4%, asserting that production efficiency in the extractive sector depends not merely on technological sophistication but is fundamentally determined by the emotional validation and psychological well-being of the workforce. This study provides strategic implications for organizational leaders to integrate satisfaction metrics into competency development programs to ensure long-term performance resilience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Perempuan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji koefisien korelasi dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat Perempuan di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao.
