Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta sarana prasarana yang telah tersedia sebagai pendukung layanan pendampingan. Penelitian ini dilangsungkan pada anggota kube yang melakukan layanan pendampingan pada peserta kursus menjahit di SKB Mojokerto berjumlah 8 anggota kube yang sering menggunakan ruang menjahit. Data-data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam/in-dept interview, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi secara offline mendatangi ruangan kursus menjahit. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Data dalam penelitian yang telah terkumpul dari uji keabsahannya menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Selanjutnya untuk mempermudah dalam memahami hasil dilakukan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi dan dibuat kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa mayoritas anggota kube telah melaksanakan perannya sebagai fasilitator pendamping belajar untuk peserta kursus menjahit, namun masih berjalan kurang intens. Hal ini terlihat dari perencanaan yang berjalan kurang baik, karena minimnya penetapan jadwal pendampingan serta kurangnya komunikasi yang dibangun antara anggota kube dengan tutor menjahit. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kedepannya community learning dapat berkordinasi dengan pihak luar selain dari pihak SKB Mojokerto yang sudah mengubungi pihak lain. Dalam pelaksanaan perlu adanya evaluasi setelah berlangsungnya pendampingan untuk terjadi pengembangan dalam model pendampingan. Penyediaan sarana prasarana dari lembaga dengan anggota kube berhubungan menyangkut peserta kursus menjahit telah berjalan baik bisa ditingkatkan ketika dana yang diterima oleh pusat sehingga dapat digunakan sebagaimana mestinya bisa lancar dan efektif dalam proses pendampingan kedepannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the implementation of the role of mentoring fasilitators in the single mother community in Arbain Housing, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The result show the various forms of activity (1) The form of the facilitating role consist of activities of social enthusiasm, group facilitation, and support (2) The form of the educating role consist of activities using the media, obtaining various resources and building networks (3) The form of the technical role consist of financial regulatory activities. Furthermore, the factors that support of the role of facilitator include completeness of infrastructure and commitment to harmony and obedience to regulations. Meanwhile, the factors that hinders of the role is the lack of government support and the presence of community members who are less proactive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process and form of community participation in the implementation of the Permata Bunda Play Group (KB) program. This study uses a research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were KB Permata Bunda educators, guardians of KB Permata Bunda students, PKK Cadres in Pucangrejo Village, and the Head of Pucangrejo Village. Data collection was carried out in 3 ways, namely participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is participation provided by the community, namely educators, parents of students, PKK cadres, and village heads. Participation provided by the community can be formed because of the attitude of mutual cooperation and cooperation that is embedded in the community. This participation is manifested in various activities in the implementation of the Permata Bunda KB, namely teaching and learning activities (KBM), Activities for Implementing Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS), as well as non-academic activities such as outbound and commemoration of holidays. The types of participation provided by various levels of society are adjusted to the capacity and needs in organizing the KB Permata Bunda.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how the process of assisting the management of tourism villages in Pandean Village, the development of natural tourism potential that exists after the program is carried out and what factors influence the process in it. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed several stages of assistance, namely (1) Planning through action shows, socialization, filtering and deliberation, (2) Implementation through field sharing, understanding SOPs, training, mock studies, exhibitions and family talks, (3) Monitoring and evaluation through, partner independence, and joint meetings. The mentoring activities carried out succeeded in developing the potential of natural tourism which was initially in a damaged condition and had no value to become the main attraction for Pandean Village. Furthermore, the supporting factors of the mentoring activities are the strong cooperation and cohesiveness between Pokdarwis as the mentoring team and the Pandean community as the target group. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of mentoring activities are negative opinions from outsiders aimed at the existence of the program and miscommunication between managers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of the Bismar Al Mustaqim LKSA orphanage in developing foster children's interpersonal intelligence, what are the inhibiting factors for caregivers in developing foster children's interpersonal intelligence, and what efforts are being made to overcome the inhibiting factors of caregivers in developing children's interpersonal intelligence foster. The approach taken in this study is a qualitative method. Data sources are caregiver coordinators, male caregivers, female caregivers, mentors, foster children. The data collection techniques applied were participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of caregivers in developing foster children's interpersonal intelligence is to become a figure of (a) a substitute parent or authority in implementing parenting, guiding, providing affection and motivation, (b) as a teacher or authority in providing education and guidance for foster children in developing their interpersonal intelligence, and as (c) a facilitator, or authorized to facilitate foster children in supporting the process of developing their interpersonal intelligence. Inhibiting factors in the development of interpersonal intelligence in foster children consist of internal factors or factors originating from oneself (parental burnout, low self-efficacy, and age) and external factors (previous parenting style, child's character, and the surrounding environment).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the assistance to MSMEs by BUMDes Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu to increase entrepreneurial capacity. Indicators of accompanying roles are facilitative roles, learning roles, representational roles and technical roles, while indicators of increasing capacity in entrepreneurship include technological dimensions, labor dimensions, technological dimensions. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are the Head of BUMDes Edu Wisata and six MSME actors. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of reduction, data alignment and drawing conclusions. Then data validity was carried out to increase the degree of trust in the data obtained in the field by triangulating the sources. The results of the research show that BUMDes carry out four roles, namely 1) facilitative role 2) learning role 3) representational role and 4) technical role. Through the assistance provided by BUMDes Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu to MSME actors, various entrepreneurial capacity improvements can be identified, namely 1) Dimensions workforce, 2) Technological dimension.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe, (1) the role of the pokdarwis Argowayang as a community learning space, and (2) the purpose of the learning space in the pokdarwis Argowayang is to form awareness in the Galengdowo village community through socialization and education as a form of community empowerment. This research method is descriptive qualitative. To obtain data regarding learning spaces and community empowerment in the Argowayang pokdarwis, researchers collected data using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that Pokdarwis Argowayang have a role as an organization that accommodates the learning process and empowers the community through socialization and discussion to form knowledge, skills and community awareness in realizing the elements of Sapta Pesona in Galengdowo village to make Galengdowo village a tourist village. Thus, it can be concluded that Pokdarwis Argowayang can be used as a learning space for community empowerment which is able to increase community awareness and mobilize the community actively and participatively in the development of the tourism sector as a form of community empowerment.

Abstract

The fridayApplication of the syllable method, which is a lesson that has been implemented since 2019 in the National Junior High School Equivalency Gudo Jombang Package B Inclusion Class Equality Program. The application of this method is an effort to overcome basic literacy in learning residents. The aim of this research is to describe and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for Syllable Method learning as an effort to overcome basic literacy in the National Junior High School Equivalency Gudo Jombang Package B Inclusion Class Equality Program. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through data collection techniques of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research uses data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the syllable method learning planning is carried out in an educational and effective manner. There are 5 basic literacies which are applied in reading and writing, numeracy, science, digital and financial literacy. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the syllable method of learning. The supporting factor is supporting infrastructure. There is interest among students in the basic literacy learning process, while the inhibiting factor is that there are students whose learning process is slow so they need intensive guidance to

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To find out and describe students' motivation in participating in the package C equality education program at SKB Gudo, (2) To describe the factors that influence students in participating in the package C equality education program at SKB Gudo Jombang. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis carried out was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out by credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results obtained in this research are: (1) The motivation for students to take package C at SKB Gudo Jombang is the role of parents, the role of tutors, and the role of the social environment. (2) Factors that influence the motivation of residents to take part in the equivalent education package C SKB Gudo Jombang are the self-awareness of people studying from different backgrounds, namely economic factors, dropping out of school, bullying or bullying and the desire to take part in equal education. Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation stages and the driving and inhibiting factors for empowerment through alternative fertilizer production carried out by Gapoktan in empowering farmer groups. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were facilitators, Gapoktan members and farmer groups. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using 4 steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out with credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. Source triangulation and member checking are techniques used to check credibility in this research.The results of this research show that the role of Gapoktan Muji Makmur in empowering farmer groups through the production of alternative fertilizers in this implementation stage increases the independence of the residents of Bronjong Village which is influenced by the driving and supporting factors for empowerment.
