Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the E-Master application as an effort to process personnel data. This research type was descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 5 people consisting of 2 OTKP teachers and 3 administrative employees at SMKN 10 Surabaya, while 2 administrative employees and 1 Head of Study Program as source triangulation. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis techniques used data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed: (1) mapping indicators were able to map Civil servant; (2) SKP indicators, could be used as a medium for monitoring the performance of each Civil servant; (3) training analysis indicators, Civil servant could take part in training activities; (4) promotion indicators, making it easier for Civil servant during the promotion process; (5) pension indicator, providing a sufficient period of time in managing pension files; (6) periodic salary indicators, facilitating the finance department in processing periodic salary calculations; (7) Taspen indicator, making it easier for staffing department to process data on retired personnel; (8) Leave indicators, it was easier for staffing officers to print Civil servant attendance lists; (9) Study permit indicator, helping Civil servant if they wanted to continue their education again.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development process as well as the response of students to interactive media in the field of education based on Articulate Storyline on the material of Telephone Communication in English. This research method uses research and development with the ADDIE model. The subject of the research trial was a group of 20 students. X OTKP 1 SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The data collection instrument used expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the process of developing interactive media for teaching and learning based on Articulate Storyline is ongoing with Telephone Communication in English class X OTKP 1 SMK IPIEMS Surabaya carried out through four steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation; 2) learning media is categorized as feasible based on the average validation value obtained from the three validators, which is 97%; 3) the results of student responses that obtained an average value of 92%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline on Telephone Communication in English is very feasible to be used for learning media facilities at the learning and teaching stages at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya and getting a positive response in the "very good" category by SMK IPIEMS students. Abstract

Corporate communication strategies are used to help organizations face the next decade with the strategies and tools that organizations have today. Through Public Relations or public relations the company's communication strategy also helps to follow and be at the forefront of changes that may occur in the future. Because the reputation of the organization is the main factor to decide on a coherent communication strategy. PT. The Central Indonesia Post Office in Surabaya is the object of this research. The Surabaya Central Post Office has created service programs that will change its public perception from negative to positive which will then create a positive reputation in the future. The focus of this research is to understand the PR strategy used by the Surabaya Central Post Office. The theory used in this research is the theory of Strategic Public Relations and reputation to form a positive image. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case studies that are clearly demarcated through the existing research focus. Data collection was obtained through primary data, namely in-depth interviews and observations, secondary data from literature studies and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the PR of PT. Pos Indonesia Pusat Surabaya has implemented the PENCILS strategy well through Strategy indicators: 1) Publicity, 2) Event (events), 3) News (news), 4) Community (community involvement), 5) Inform (image), 6) Lobby and negotiation, 7) Social responsibility (social responsibility)). Image Indicators 1) Perception, 2) Cognition, 3) Motivation, 4) Attitude.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk mengantarkan pesan atau informasi dari pengirim pesan kepada penerima pesan sehingga pesan bisa diterima sesuai dengan tujuan. Salah satu cara agar proses penyampaian pesan dalam pembelajaran dapat tersampaikan dengan baik sehingga tidak membuat siswa menjadi bosan adalah dengan menggunakan permainan yang sesuai dengan materi pelajaran yang disampaikan. Contoh media pembelajaran yang bisa diterapkan adalah kartu permainan Tic-Tac-Toe. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4-D yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu Tahap Pendefinisian, Tahap Perencanaan, Tahap Pengembangan, dan Tahap Penyebaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi berupa lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan angket respon siswa. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil rata-rata nilai sebesar 92,5% untuk ahli materi dengan kriteria sangat layak dan rata-rata  nilai sebesar 92,19%  untuk ahli media dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai respon siswa sebesar 87,5% dengan kategori sangat layak yang diambil dari uji coba terbatas pada 20 siswa di SMK PGRI 1 Tulungagung dan siswa menyukai pembelajaran menggunakan kartu permainan Tic-Tac-Toe.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using typing master application media on 10 finger typing skill in Office Technology at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. This research is a type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students X grade of OTKP program which amounts 51 students. Data collection techniques in this research were closed questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Instrument testing includes: instrument validity and instrument reliability. Data analyzed techniques used in this research include: classic assumption test includes normality test and heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test using simple linear regression test. The result of this research showed that the result of simple linear regression analysis for a significance value 0,000. Which the significance value is smaller or < 0,05. While the tcount value 7,707 and the ttable value 2,009. Which mean tcount > ttable or 7,707 > 2,009, can be concluded that the use of typing master application media has a significance effect on 10 finger typing skill.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the development process, analyze the feasibility, and analyze student responses to android-based leaflets as supporting teaching materials in OTK Facilities and Infrastructure XI OTKP class subjects at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. This type of research is R & D research, while the development model used is the 4D development model from Thiagarajan, namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The subjects in this study were 20 students of class XI OTKP 1 at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. The research instruments used included study sheets and validation by material experts, linguists, graphic experts and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the study and validation of android-based leaflets based on the aspect of material eligibility obtained a percentage of 93% with a very strong category, linguistic aspects obtained a percentage of 98% with a very strong category, the aspect of graphics obtained a percentage of 92% with a very strong category. Based on the results of a limited trial to 20 students of class XI OTKP 1 on android-based leaflets get a percentage of 99% with a very strong category. So it can be concluded that the Android-based leaflet as a support for teaching materials in OTK Facilities and Infrastructure class XI OTKP 1 which has been developed is suitable for the learning process.Keywords: android, leaflet, teaching materials.

Abstract

Development student worksheet based on HOTS and guided inquiry was conducted to implementation scientific learning of the 2013 Curriculum revised efforts to integrated 21st Century Skill. In addition, the research development student worksheet is also useful as learning subject automation public relation and protocol for class XII student OTKP SMKN 10 Surabaya. The study aims is to describing the development process of student worksheet, analyze the worthiness of student worksheet, and analyze students responses to the developed student worksheet. The research used the development research with 4D development model by Thiagarajan (1974) covering four stages is define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research was only until develop stage. Because in this research just aims to develop product of student worksheet based HOTS and guided inquiry for subject automation public relation and protocol of class XII student OTKP SMKN 10 Surabaya. The subjects of the research is trial to 20 student of class twentieth OTKP 1 SMKN 10 Surabaya. The result show that the developed LKPD was very feasible to be use as teaching material in terms of validations result of material feasibility is 97,25%, language feasibility 81,42%, and feasibility of graphic 98,66%. If averaged, the result of product  feasibility obtained a percentage of 92,43%. Then, the students response result obtained score of 98,50% with very interested category. Based on these result it can be concluded that the student worksheet  based HOTS and guided inquiry in th subject of Autamation of Public Relations and Protocol Management was feasible to be used as teaching materials and supporting major teaching materials for student during the learning process.

Abstract

This development research aims to describe the process of developing textbooks, analyze the feasibility of textbooks, and analyze students' responses to guided inquiry based textbooks on Automation and Public Relations and Protocol class XII OTKP odd semester. The development model used is a 4-D model that consists of four stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This research was conducted at SMKN 10 Surabaya. The subject of this research was class XII OTKP 3 consisting of 20 students as a limited trial. The validation results from experts showed that the feasibility of the material was 95%, the feasibility of the language was 88%, and the feasibility of the graphic was 82%. So that the overall average value of 88% with the interpretation criteria is very feasible. While the results of limited trials to determine student responses to textbooks developed by 96% with very interesting interpretation criteria. Thus, guided inquiry based textbooks on Automation and Public Relations and Protocol class XII OTKP in the odd semester were declared to be suitable as teaching materials.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of Jigsaw learning to students learning outcomes on the subjects of the governance Automation class XI OTKP at SMKN 1 Surabaya. This type of research is experimental research by using the research design of quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. This study was conducted on students of XI OTKP 1 class as an experimental class and a grade XI class students. This research instrument uses a double-choice test to measure students cognitive abilities. Then, the data obtained analyzed test-t with independent test sample test, test-t, and score gain. The results showed that the Jigsaw learning model had a significant effect on student learning outcomes that could be demonstrated by the acquisition of test-t results with a level of significance 0,000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the learning model of Jigsaw has an influence on the outcome of learning outcomes of XI OTKP class in SMKN 1 Surabaya. The experiment class also has higher learning outcomes than the proven control class with an experimental class average value of 82.83 and a control class of 75.06.Keywords: jigsaw learning model; learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstrakVery rapid technological developments in this current era of globalization provide so many benefits in many social aspects. The use of the technology is used by the humans to facilitate every humans job. The development of technology does not only help humans in the industrial field, but also in education. This is done so that future generations are not left behind and can help to build a nation's progress. The purpose from thid study was to analyze the use of moodle e-learning media to support student learning at the Faculty of Management and Business at Ciputra University. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at the Faculty of Management and Business at Ciputra University. Data collection techniques are done by conducting interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques go through several steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results show that: 1) moodle e-learning media is considered interactive because it has features that make interaction between students and lecturers more enjoyable, especially as mentioned earlier that with the help of an application called 'zoom' then activities such as video conferencing can done anywhere, and not only that they can also make presentations or do quizzes, exams, and other activities that are usually done in class; 2) the use of moodle e-learning media is indeed very easy, mainly used as a learning medium as a helper or substitute for learning activities in class, in the sense that activities in the classroom can still be done even if the lecturer or student are not in the same area, but still, the lecturer able to provide material and students can also continue to receive material from lecturers even though they are outside the classroom.
