Office activities today have experienced significant changes. This is caused by the rapid development of technology. Almost all office work and administration are also assisted by existing technology, office work can be done effectively and efficiently. One of the biggest effects of technological advancements in the field of archives at present is the management of electronic records. This study aims to analysis the management of archive applications based on the Letter Application in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research subjects were two employees in the dynamic records management section. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on research conducted in the field states that the use of the Mail Application is only used as a place to enter data or collect data on incoming and outgoing mail, the application can only be operated with the help of internet access, there are only two employees managing dynamic archives and in managing dynamic archives, namely incoming and outgoing letters are still assisted by disposition sheets and control cards. It can be concluded that the results of this study are the need for application evaluation to develop an electronic records management system that suits the needs of the East Java Province Library and Archives Office so that dynamic archive management will become easier and faster.

This study aims to describe the application of the Project-Based Learning model and analyze the Project-Based Learning model to the learning outcomes of the X-Grade OTKP subjects in SMKN 2 Tuban. This type of research is experimental research using quasi-experimental. The population in this study were class X OTKP 1, class X OTKP 2, class X OTKP 3, and class X OTKP 4 as many as 144 students, while the sample in this study was class X OTKP 1 and class X OTKP 2 as many as 72 students each each number of students 36. The research instrument consisted of tests conducted with 20 items. Data analysis techniques include: 1) item analysis in accordance with the validity test, reliability test, difficulty level test, and distinguishing power test; 2) normality test; 3) homogeneity test, and 4) hypothesis testing. The results showed that the results of the test analysis showed Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted with a significance level of 0.00 which was less than 0.05. From this it can be seen that there is an effect of the Project Based Learning model on learning outcomes subject Record Management for class X student OTKP SMKN 2 Tuban.

Every agency or organization definitely needs a positive image or good among the public. A good image is a need of an agency or organization, so this is one of the tasks carried out by public relations through the programs carried out. Because the success gained by an agency is inseparable from public relations who are able to run its role well. For the sake of creating a positive image, public relations must be able to carry out its role properly, because BPSDM is an agency tasked with educating the state civil apparatus before carrying out duties according to his position. So here public relations must be able to create, build, improve and maintain the image of the organization among the public. Public relations has the obligation to develop a harmonious relationship with the public because this is a public relations activity to build a good relationship to create a good image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of public relations in enhancing a positive image in the government agency BPSDM East Java Province. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were 3 public relations staff. Data analysis here uses the Miles and Huberman models using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of BPSDM public relations in East Java Province namely as a communication facilitator, expert advisor, problem solving facilitator and communication technician has been going well.Keywords: positive image; public relations.

This research developent aims to describe the process of developing textbooks, analyze the feasibility of textbooks, and analyze student responses to textbooks in the subject Administration of Facilities and Infrastructure semester XII APK I at SMKN Mojoagung that has been developed. The development model used in this research is the 4D development model from Thiagarajan which includes four stages of development namely the defining stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the disseminate stage. However, the distribution stage was not carried out because the disseminate stage was carried out after the experimental process was carried out. This research was conducted on 20 students of class XII APK 1 in SMKN Mojoagung. The results of the validation show that the feasibility component of the textbook content is 95.6%, the feasibility of the presentation is 90.47%, the language feasibility is 93.4%, and the feasibility of the graphic is 85.52%. The overall total textbook eligibility is 91.3% with very strong criteria. Trials conducted on students showed an average score of the development of textbooks by 91.3% with very strong criteria. So it can be concluded that in the development of textbooks in the subject Administration of Facilities and Infrastructure semester XII APK 1 at SMKN Mojoagung was declared appropriate to be used as teaching material.

A pocket book is a small sized book , practical and light that contains concise material or information and there are interesting pictures. Because the small size of the pocket book is easy to carry and can be read anywhere. This research aims to describe the process of development pocket books as teaching materials for Public Relations and Protocol class XI OTKP 2 SMKN 1 Bojonegoro. The development that will be used is 4D models development from Thiagarajan which has been ajusted. The steps that will be done are definine, design, but for the development and desseminate step will not be done because of the researcher's limitations. The results showed that the process of development a pocket book has several steps for the definition stage: 1) initial analysis which includes analysis initial abilities of students, concept analysis, task analysis and the formulation of learning objectives, 2) the design phase includes designing the material and initial design of the pocket book.

The changes in learning followed by the 2013 curriculum to the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum, learning is required to be student-centered so that students will become more active, think critically, and be able to communicate well. This study aims to describe the use of the Group Investigation learning model in Filing subjects in SMK 1 Lamongan. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were 3 students of class X OTKP and 2 students of class X OTKP as source triangulation. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) the division of groups and sub topics carried out by students; 2) students choose to plan assignments in advance by dividing assignments to each group member; 3) students investigate the problem given by analyzing the answers of other group members; 4) students collect all the answers from members of the group and will present it according to the agreement that was made at the beginning of learning; 5) student presentations; 5) students understand learning when they ask and listen to the answers that have been delivered at the time of presentation and afterwards.

Lack of interactive learning media used by teachers in the learning process tends to make students easily bored and have difficulty in understanding the material. So the teacher is expected to be able to make interactive learning media interesting and appropriate for use in the learning process. This research aims to describe the process of developing interactive learning media for snakes and ladders game based on 3D unity in the X-class OTKP subjects in SMKN 4 Surabaya. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). The development model used in this study is ADDIE (Analysis,Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), but this developmentresearch only reaches the Analysis and Design stage only because of the limitations of researchers. The results showed that at the analysis stage to find out some problems, the researcher conducted a preliminary study at Vocational High School 4 Surabaya by conducting interviews with Filing subjects directly and conducting interviews using several questions in a questionnaire. Then the researchers conducted an analysis of the characteristics of students. and then the researchers conducted the competency and instructional analysis stages. After the analysis phase is completed, the design phase is carried out. In the design phase the researchers made the initial design of interactive learning media making game snakes and ladders based on unity 3D. at this stage the researchers designed the learning media by creating storyboards about the snakes and ladders game. Storyboard function is used as a guide for making it easier in the process of making learning media

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Memahami Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 siswa sebagai sumber wawancara, dan 2 siswa sebagai sumber triangulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik uji validasi menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis mekanis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam analisis model data Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Pemahaman Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. The 2013 curriculum-based teaching materials making training is a means to improve the ability of teachers in making teaching materials that are relevant to the 2013 curriculum. So the teacher does not have a reference in learning. This training was given to vocational teachers in the Office Administration Skills Program in Magetan Regency. The purpose of the activity is 1) giving teachers knowledge about the 2013 curriculum and relevant teaching materials; 2) provide assignments for the preparation of modules based on 2013 Curriculum; 3) provide assistance to teachers to develop modules that are relevant to the 2013 Curriculum. The method of implementing PKM is by way of training and mentoring to teachers.The implementation of PKM consists of stages: 1) the delivery of material related to educational objectives based on the 2013 curriculum, the nature of learning, the understanding of teaching materials, and modules; 2) mentoring the making of curriculum-based learning modules in 2013. Semenjak ditetapkannya PSBB di Jawa Timur khususnya zona merah yaitu Surabaya, maka semua aktivitas pendidikan dihentikan termasuk kegiatan pembelajaran di UNESA. Beberapa mahasiswa UNESA masih tertahan di Surabaya karena adanya himbauan pemerintah untuk tidak pulang kampung sebagai pencegahan penyebaran wabah virus corona tinggal di Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meringankan beban civitas akademika UNESA kurang mampu khususnya pada mahasiswa yang masih bertahan tinggal di Surabaya melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok sebagai dampak pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap persiapan, dilakukan untuk mengetahui pokok permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra, 2) tahap pelaksanaan melalui pemberian bantuan berupa bahan pokok secara langsung sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dan 3) ahap evaluasi untuk mengetahui ketercapaian target. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hanya dihadiri oleh pengurus, perwakilan mahasiswa Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry dan perwakilan dosen dari tim PKM serta mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran yang membantu penyaluran bantuan dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Selain itu kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dilihat dari data angket respon dan testimoni pengurus sekaligus mahasiswa UNESA sebagai bagian dari pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry.
