Abstract

Ketepatan metode pembelajaran menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari. Guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan penugasan dalam pembelajaran mengetik. Sehingga penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari siswa kelas X OTKP 1 dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran drill. Penelitian ini adalah jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar aktivitas siswa dan lembar pengamatan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari. Analisis hasil penelitian mencakup analisis aktivitas siswa daan analisis keterampilan mengetik 10 jari. Hasil penelitian dinyatakan sebagai berikut: pada siklus I, hasil aktivitas siswa secara keseluruhan mendapat rata-rata skor sejumlah 1,89 (kurang baik). Sedangkan hasil keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada aspek kecepatan sejumlah 61 (cukup baik), pada aspek ketepatan sejumlah 49% (cukup baik). Pada pada siklus II, hasil aktivitas siswa secara keseluruhan mendapat rata-rata skor sejumlah 2,78 (cukup baik). Sedangkan hasil keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada aspek kecepatan sejumlah 85 (cukup baik), pada aspek ketepatan sejumlah 74% (baik). Pada siklus III, hasil aktivitas siswa secara keseluruhan mendapat rata-rata skor sejumlah 3,72 (baik). Sedangkan hasil keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada aspek kecepatan sejumlah 115 (baik), pada aspek ketepatan sejumlah 90% (sangat baik). Hasil ini telah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari dari siklus I, II, dan III, serta menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran drill melalui typing master dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran kelas X OTKP 1 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Mengetik 10 jari, Metode Pembelajaran drill, Typing Master.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian guna mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran OTK Humas dan Keprotokolan di SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo yang dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran SAVI. Dengan rancangan penelitian Non-equivalent Control Group Design yang termasuk kedalam penelitian Quasi Experimental Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh siswa kelas XII OTKP tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 40 siswa, yang terdiri dari 20 siswa XII OTKP 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan 20 siswa XII OTKP 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen sebagai populasi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi: 1) lembar soal pretest dan posttest; 2) perangkat pembelajaran yang mencakup silabus dan RPP. Teknik analisis data, antara lain: 1) analisis butir soal yang mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, daya beda, tingkat kesukaran; 2) analisis hasil belajar siswa yang mencakup uji homogenitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, analisis NGain-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t posttest kelas kontro dan kelas eksperimen diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 7,311 dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 dan df 38, maka nilai t-tabel dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) adalah 2,024. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, hasil uji t mendapatkan Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-hitung (7,331) > t-tabel (2,024). Sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SAVI terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran OTK Humas dan Keprotokolan di SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar; model pembelajaran; SAVI.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa tidak semua siswa menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis minat belajar siswa SMKN 1 Jombang. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian 71 siswa kelas XI OTP 1 dan 2. Teknik penelitian berupa angket sedangkan teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata siswa memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi dalam belajar yang ditandai dengan besarnya persentase pada kriteria Sangat Setuju dan Setuju untuk setiap indikator minat belajar siswa, baik itu dilihat dari aspek: kesiapan siswa dalam menerima pelajaran, kehadiran siswa bagi yang mengikuti pembelajaran, kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan, semangat siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan, perhatian siswa dalam pembelajaran, ketekunan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal-soal latihan, maupun rasa ketertarikan siswa untuk menjawab pertanyaan. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi dalam belajar.Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pemahaman mengenai peran minat dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies used in digitalization to improve the image of East Java Bappeda. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The informants in this research were employees of the multimedia division who also have public relations roles and already have experience in this field. The indicators used in this research are fact-finding, planning, action and communication, and evaluation. The research results show that public relations at East Java Bappeda is more active in utilizing digital media, such as Instagram and websites, to improve the agency's image. The strategies implemented by prioritizing aspects of information disclosure according to facts packaged using post designs that are attractive, contemporary and have philosophical value are actually quite effective. However, in terms of engagement statistics, Instagram is considered to be less effective in attracting people's activity, and the same goes for the website. Nevertheless, a comprehensive evaluation can help the Public Relations of East Java Bappeda to improve, reorganize, and innovate in creating more optimal strategies in an effort to maintain a positive reputation, improve the image, and strengthen public trust in East Java Bappeda.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of developing digital teaching materials for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on Case Study and student responses to the development of digital teaching materials for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on Case Study. The development of digital textbooks for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on case study was developed using the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, which includes four stages, namely the definition, design, development, and dissemination stages. However, this dissemination stage was not carried out because this study did not measure the effectiveness of the product or student learning outcomes. The feasibility of the developed textbook was determined based on an assessment by material, language, and graphic validation experts. From the overall assessment of the validation experts, the average result of the textbook's feasibility was 87.33% with a very feasible category. Based on this percentage, it can be stated that the digital textbook for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on case study is feasible to be used in the teaching and learning process of the Introduction to Administrative and Management Science course. Student responses were carried out with a limited trial on 20 students of the Office Administration Education Study Program. The student response sheet consists of 6 components of eligibility, namely the format, relevance, attention, satisfaction, understanding of the material, and confidence in learning outcomes, where the overall assessment of students obtained an average eligibility result of 86.66% which can be interpreted that the digital textbook Introduction to Administrative Science and Management based on case studies is feasible and interesting to use in the learning process of the Introduction to Administrative Science and Management course.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of communication as a basis in the world of work, which plays a vital role in achieving individual and organizational goals. The inability to communicate effectively can hinder organizational performance, causing coordination difficulties, misunderstandings between colleagues, and decreased productivity. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The primary and secondary data used were obtained through purposive sampling. Observation and interview techniques were used to collect data, while data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model. The results and discussion here convey that by using the SPAN LAPOR application and the results of interviews with employees armed with this application, communication can run effectively between reporters and officials, making communication easier.

Abstract

Indonesian workers are the second largest contributor of foreign exchange after oil and gas. Therefore, it is important to empower the group of Indonesian workers working abroad. This is needed to address the issue of Indonesian workers working abroad. Empowerment of workers can be done through training programs that can provide education to workers according to their respective interests and needs, one of which is public speaking. Through public speaking, it will train self-confidence to appear in the public realm or to the wider community. Public speaking training was held in Selangor, Malaysia, which was attended by 26 participants from AOMI (Aliansi Organisasi Masyarakat Indonesia) and lecturers who are members of the PKM group from the Office Administration Education Study Program, Surabaya State University. This community service activity was carried out in the form of training with lecture methods and public speaking practices for workers who are members of AOMI Malaysia. The implementation of community service activities by the PKM Team received a very good response, which can be seen from the questionnaire response data of 46.2% stating good and 34.6% stating very good, as well as testimonials from Indonesian workers in Malaysia regarding public speaking training which were responded positively. So that the training participants were very enthusiastic to follow this PKM activity until it was finished and the training participants wanted to be able to carry out similar workshop activities in the future, in order to support the development of their communication skills in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang, menjadikan tantangan bagi daya saing penerimaan tenaga kerja dan kriteria tenaga kerja. Perguruan tinggi dapat menghasilkan generasi muda yang kompeten di bidangnya untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam dunia kerja. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yakni menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh penguasaan teknologi dan pengembangan soft skills terhadap kesiapan kerja. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode penenlitian eksplanatori. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran dengan menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai sig. 0,00 yang menunjukkan nilai sig<0,05. Hasil pengujian ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penguasaan teknologi dan pengembangan soft skills memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Hasil belajar dapat diartikan sebagai pencapaian yang harus diraih siswa dalam memahami materi yang telah diajarkan sebelumnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan disiplin belajar dan self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran teknologi perkantoran yang berlokasi di SMKN Mojoagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MPLB (Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis) yakni sebanyak 141 peserta didik, kemudian sampel dipilih dengan cara memakai teknik proportional random sampling, hingga didapat sampel dengan banyak 104 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar dan self-efficacy secara simultan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,1% terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui disiplin belajar dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of students at Surabaya State University particulary in the Office Administration Education toward individuals with physical disabilities. The research uses a descriptive qualititative approach through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results show that the majority of students have positive perceptions, expressing equality in rights and potential for individuals with physical disabilities in education. However, there are still shortcomings in terms of campus infrastructure. The findings highlight the importance of improving facilities and inclusive education to create a disabilty – friendly educational environment.
