Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial technology (fintech), digital marketing, and financial inclusion on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In today's digital era, MSMEs face challenges in remaining competitive and relevant. This study seeks to understand how the use of fintech can provide easier access to financing sources and financial services, how digital marketing can enhance visibility and market penetration, and how financial inclusion can open opportunities for MSMEs that have been underserved by traditional banking services. The research methodology involves collecting data through surveys and interviews with MSME owners, as well as quantitative the data. The results show that the adoption of fintech and digital marketing has a significant positive impact on MSME business growth. Furthermore, financial inclusion plays a crucial role in supporting MSMEs' access to the financial services they need. The study concludes that a combination of fintech, digital marketing, and financial inclusion can be key factors in driving the growth and sustainability of MSME businesses. Therefore, the government and stakeholders are encouraged to provide the necessary support to enhance technology adoption and access to financial services for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) The influence of brand image on purchasing decisions. (2) The influence of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions. (3) brand image and online customer reviews influence purchasing decisions. The method used is a quantitative method using descriptive analysis. The population in this study are Lazada users in Kuningan Regency whose number is unknown. Sampling used the Lemeshow formula with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires and measuring them using an interval scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis assisted by IBM SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that (1) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. (2) Online customer review has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. (3) Brand image and online customer reviews simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menganalisis pengaruh trust, kualitas produk, dan customer digital relation terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada platform pembayaran digital. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 300 responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria: pengguna aktif platform pembayaran digital minimal enam bulan terakhir, berusia 18–45 tahun, dan melakukan transaksi minimal lima kali per bulan. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda, didukung dengan uji reliabilitas, validitas, serta uji asumsi klasik yang mencakup heteroskedastisitas, normalitas, dan multikolinearitas. Perolehan penelitian menampilkan bahwa trust, kualitas produk, dan customer digital relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek keamanan dan keandalan layanan, tetapi juga oleh kualitas produk yang unggul serta hubungan digital yang interaktif dan personal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya literatur pemasaran digital sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola platform pembayaran digital dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sutawinangun, Kecamatan Kedawung, Kabupaten Cirebon dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepatuhan serta kesadaran wajib pajak. Permasalahan rendahnya literasi pajak dan keterbatasan penggunaan teknologi digital menjadi tantangan utama. Melalui rangkaian sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta pemanfaatan aplikasi digital, masyarakat memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik tentang perhitungan dan pembayaran PBB. Dampak kegiatan ini terlihat dari peningkatan kepatuhan pajak, kepercayaan warga, serta terbentuknya Kelompok Kerja Pajak (KKP).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and value creation on the performance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), with competitiveness as a mediating variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory design. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The study population consists of 361 BUMDes in Kuningan Regency, with 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial orientation and value creation significantly influence competitiveness, which positively impacts BUMDes performance. However, the direct effect of entrepreneurial orientation on BUMDes performance is insignificant. These results highlight the importance of synergy between entrepreneurship, value creation, and competitiveness in BUMDes development. The study provides strategic recommendations to enhance BUMDes performance through training, technology-based innovation, and collaboration with various stakeholders

Abstract

Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah penjualan produk Facial Wash Wardah Lightening yang mengalami penurunan penjualan selama tiga tahun terakhir dari tahun 2021 – 2023 di beberapa toko swalayan seperti toko Terbit Toserba Kuningan, Fajar Babatan Kadugede dan Dhiva Cosmetics Kuningan. Maka dapat diartikan bahwa produk Facial Wash Wardah Lightening mengalami pertumbuhan yang negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis Pengaruh Digital Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Produk Facial Wash Wardah Lightening Di Kabupaten Kuningan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang pengguna produk Facial Wash Wardah Lightening di Kabupaten Kuningan. Instrument penelitian ini berupa penyebaran kuisioner (angket) secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah software SPSS 22.0. Hasil hipotesis yang diajukan menujukkan bahwa (1)Digital Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth dan Citra Merek secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (3) Electronic Word Of Mouth tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (4) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of academic service quality, campus facilities, and university image on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon. The population consists of all active students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business, totaling 4,166 students. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 390 students.Descriptive analysis shows that the quality of academic services at FEB UGJ is categorized as good, with an average score of 3.62, although there are several aspects that need improvement, such as the consistency of leadership policies. The assessment of campus facilities is also good, with an average of 3.78; however, the availability of computer facilities is still inadequate. The university's image received positive ratings in brand and social aspects, but its academic image needs enhancement. The average satisfaction score of students indicates a good result, but there is a need to increase student participation in extracurricular activities.Verificative analysis using multiple linear regression indicates that academic service quality, campus facilities, and university image have a significant influence on student satisfaction. The obtained regression model is Y = 0.250 + 0.603X1 + 0.270X2 + 0.442X3, where X1, X2, and X3 represent academic service quality, campus facilities, and university image, respectively. The t-test shows that all independent variables positively contribute significantly to the dependent variable.

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Sadina yang terletak di kabupaten Garut, saat ini tercatat memiliki 150 orang warga belajar dengan tujuan dapat terwujudnya masyarakat pembelajar, mandiri dan sejahtera. Umumnya warga belajar di dominasi oleh usia pelajar atau pemuda yang tidak mampu mengikuti dan menyelesaikan Pendidikan di jalur formal. Mereka belum memiliki keahlian lain untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada dirinya. Tidak ada motivasi untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupannya. Sikap pesimis dan pasrah menjadi sikap mental yang negatif dalam diri mereka. Berdasarkan analisis situasi tersebut, maka diperlukan pendampingan dalam menggagas ide rintisan usaha baru yang dituangkan dalam sebuah dokumen business plan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan asesmen untuk menstimulasi kompetensi diri sendiri melalui interview berbasis perilaku kejadian dan Brainstroming. Dengan pendampingan yang dilakukan, para peserta dapat mengidentifikasi kompetensinya, mengetahui strategi berfikir secara kreatif dan memiliki keahlian menyusun dokumen rencana bisnis dari mulai menghasilkan ide yang kreatif hingga kelayakan suatu bisnis.

Abstract

The layout is one of the factors that affect visitor satisfaction. Where a good design will be the face of the company itself. There is a layout problem in the Sehati minimarket location where the product arrangement displayed has not been neatly arranged. The display of goods is placed directly on the floor without using any shelves. One way to optimize the relationship between product group proximity and use of space or layout. This research uses Market Basket Analysis and Activity Relationship Chart method by measuring three kinds of quantitative measures, namely support (factor domination level), confidence (factor level) and the ratio of improvement (viability factor proximity) and relationship product proximity qualitatively. Results of data processing and analysis with the method of MBA and Tolls ARC approach there are several alternatives to the new layout improvement then selected on of the best choice by the management company with a value of 40, and some changes from the previous layout the product – the product that must be moved among product with value the smallest, and development with an enormous support value,(1) namely The Gelas products

Abstract

Abstract Currently, young man is the spearhead of economic improvement in the village or sub-district where they live. Today's youth organizations pay less attention to the entrepreneurial aspect in each of their activities. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to increase the entrepreneurial spirit for youth or youth managers in Cijoho Village. The methods used are knowledge transfer, discussion and question and answer as well as direct practice with Canva's business model. The results of this study are an increased understanding of the importance of entrepreneurs and understanding of creating a Canva business model.
