Abstract

The light criminal case occurring in Indonesia required a legal breakthrough to solve. The emphasis on local wisdom in coping with light criminal case becomes one form of progressive law. The advantage of progressive law with the existence of local wisdom in each customary area resulted in the solution to the light crime occurring in Indonesia. The light crime handling was carried out based on local wisdom in Minangkabau people could be done in Peradilan Nagari (First Instance Court), in this case, by Kerapatan Adat Nagari (District Customary Meeting) (KAN).

Abstract

This research aims to develop physics learning media in the form of ripple tank on wave subject. One of the problems in education is the lack of facilities and infrastructure, so teachers are required to be creative in improving learning quality in the classroom, such as making props as one of the learning media. One of the interesting learning media that can overcome students’ boredom in learning is through props-making based learning. The method used in this study is research and development. The type of research used is the 4D model. The data in this study were collected in the form of a questionnaire given to content experts, media experts, teachers and 10th-grade students. The type of data generated is qualitative and quantitative data to determine the accuracy of the products, so that, it can produce physics learning media in the form of props that is valid for use based on the assessment of the content expert validator and the media expert validator with very accurate categories, and based on the assessment from teachers and students got scores with very interesting categories. This shows that the product developed can be used in learning to facilitate students in understanding wave subject.

Abstract

Student Creativity Program of "Lombok Rawit" standing for Latihan AmongBekso dan Karawitan (practicing dancing and playing gamelan) is motivated by a willto make the traditional Javanese gamelan music and dance as a means of therapy formentally retarded students. Through this program, the mentally retarded children areexpected to be familiar with the Javanese culture, while getting a therapy to reduceemotional and behavioral deviations. This program is implemented to the mentallyretarded children in Special School E Prayuwana Yogyakarta. There are 25 students inthe school. The training was conducted from April to July, 2014. The results achievedafter the training are (1) the increase of the value of the post-test is by 68%. This percentageis obtained from the tabulated results from the instrument, which show areduction in the number of occurrences. The characteristics of mentally retardedchildren are hyperactivity, fear, antisocial, etc. (2) The team of this program manage tohold a simple form of collaborative performances of gamelan and dance by thechildren. (3) The team also manage to compile teaching materials in the form of modulesand CD of gamelan and dance lessons for children so that it can be used widelyby teachers and therapists of mentally retarded children. Based on the results of theprogram, it can be concluded that the training of "Rawit Lombok" can be used as atherapeutic tool for such children. Based on the effectiveness of this program, theteam of the program try to do a follow up in the form of mentoring and socialization,so that a similar program can be applied to other mentally retarded children in otherschools.

Abstract

Religious character education is a learning process that teaches values to shape a virtuous and cultured character. Education based on religious values can develop a good personality, including learning chemistry by integrating Islamic values. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of chemistry questions integrated with religious values. This research used a research and development type with the ADDIE model. The study participants were all students in class XI IPA MAS Darul Ulum Banda Aceh through saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected using expert validation sheets and teacher and student response questionnaires for multiple-choice questions. The validation results show that out of the 20 questions developed, 4 of them are invalid, and 16 are valid. Based on the validation from experts and chemistry education practitioners, the chemistry questions integrated with religious values for the Acid-base Topic is a feasible assessment. The validity index, 0.9, was obtained using Aiken's scale, and the reliability index, 0.85, based on IRA (interrater agreement), is valid and reliable. Based on responses, most students and chemistry teachers agree that questions based on religious values can have an impact on the following: (1) increase interest and motivation in learning chemistry; (2) increase knowledge about the relationship between chemical concepts and religious teachings; (3) increase awareness to obey the creator; and (4) increasing confidence in the greatness of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. The purpose of character education in chemistry learning can be achieved by using test questions that are integrated with religious values.

Abstract

Booking cinema tickets online has become an important part of the consumer experience in the entertainment industry. This journal presents the evolution of online cinema ticket booking systems, with a focus on technology, security, speed and user experience. With the development of technology, information security has become a crucial aspect that needs to be considered. This relates to the need for security and privacy in the exchange of sensitive information such as cinema ticket booking data. And threats to the confidentiality of customer data and online transactions are also increasing, requiring effective security methods. The application of steganography techniques using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm in the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method for cinema ticket ordering applications emerged as a solution for hiding secret information in image images. The Vigenere Cipher method was chosen because of its ability to encrypt text using a longer key than the Caesar Cipher method. This makes Vigenere Cipher more resilient to brute force attacks. This research aims to implement the application of the Vigenere Cipher in the LSB method of steganography in a cinema ticket ordering application. The focus of the research involves increasing the level of security in the storage and exchange of sensitive information, especially related to online cinema ticket purchase transactions. The method used in this research uses the Vigenere Cipher implementation in the LSB steganography method on image images. So the LSB method is the most popular steganography method. By exploiting the weaknesses of human visual senses in observing changes a little in the picture. The method is to replace the LSB bits of the pixel with message bits. This process involves inserting confidential data into the cinema ticket image without reducing the visual quality of the image. Evaluation is carried out on the strength of encryption, hiding capacity and integrity of the steganography image. The research results show that the application of Vigenere Cipher in the LSB method of steganography in cinema ticket ordering applications can significantly increase the level of information security. The process of inserting secret data was successfully carried out without significantly sacrificing image quality. However, this research also identified several challenges and limitations that need to be considered in its practical implementation.

Abstract

Limbah sayuran adalah hasil dari aktivitas pertanian, yang berasal dari  tanaman dengan kandungan bahan organik dan nutrisi yang melimpah. Di sisi lain, limbah cair dari produksi tahu mengandung unsur organik seperti karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak, sehingga dapat menjadi pilihan efektif untuk mengelola sampah organik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu fermentasi dengan variasi volume EM4 dari limbah cair sayuran dan limbah pada cair tahu terhadap kandungan C-Organik, nitrogen, pH dan C/N. Pupuk organik cair dari limbah sayuran dan limbah cair tahu dengan variasi waktu fermentasi (10 hari, 13 hari dan 16 hari), dan volume  Bioaktivator EM4 (50 ml, 60 ml dan 70 ml). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar C-Organik tertinggi didapat pada waktu fermentasi 13 hari dengan volume Bioaktivator EM4 60 ml yaitu 11,1%, kandungan nitrogen yaitu 0,99% dan untuk C/N yaitu 11,2%. Dari hasil kandungan yang diperoleh didapat volume Bioaktivator EM4 dan waktu fermentasi terbaik yaitu, pada waktu fermentasi 13 hari dengan volume Bioaktivator EM4 60 ml dan sudah memenuhi persyaratan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian (Permentan) No: 261/KPTS/SR.310/M/4/2019. Hal ini dikarenakan pada waktu fermentai 13 hari sudah menghasilkan kadar pupuk terbaik dari masa fermentasi 16 hari. Kata Kunci:EM4, Limbah Sayuran, Limbah Cair Tahu, Pupuk Organik Cair.

Abstract

Quality education is not solely determined by academic performance but also by the mental and emotional well-being of students. One effective approach to improving such well-being is through mindfulness. This study aims to analyze the implementation of mindfulness in education, particularly in the Indonesian context, and its impact on students' mental health, academic performance, and social skills. Using a meta-analysis method, this research integrates findings from various empirical studies published between 2015 and 2024, focusing on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based programs. The results indicate that mindfulness significantly reduces anxiety (Cohen’s d = 0.78), improves focus, and enhances students’ social skills (Cohen’s d = 0.72), although its impact on academic performance is moderate (Cohen’s d = 0.54). These findings highlight the potential of mindfulness programs in fostering holistic education. However, challenges such as teacher training and cultural adaptation need to be addressed. This study recommends integrating mindfulness into Indonesia’s educational system to create a balanced, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment.

Abstract

This research examines various learning models implemented in secondary schools in different countries and their impact on the quality of education. In the context of globalization and rapid changes in the world of work, education is expected to develop skills relevant to future challenges. This research analyzes seven main learning models that have been proven effective in various countries, namely competency-based models, project-based learning, flipped classroom, inquiry-based learning, collaborative learning, problem-based learning, and technology-based models. Each model has its own characteristics and advantages, and is applied based on local needs and context. Competency-based models, for example, focus on developing students' practical skills needed in the world of work, while flipped classroom and technology-based models provide flexibility in material delivery and allow for more interactive learning. This study uses a literature study approach to collect data and information related to the implementation of these learning models. The results show that the implementation of the right learning model can improve students' motivation, engagement and learning outcomes. Other important factors are infrastructure readiness, teacher training, and education policy support for learning innovation. In Indonesia, the adaptation of these models can improve the quality of education at the secondary school level, provided that there are supporting policies and training for educators. This research provides recommendations for the development of more innovative and skills-based education policies to prepare young people for global challenges.

Abstract

Banyaknya potensi sumber daya manusia dengan minimnya sumber daya alam yang terdapat di sekelurahan Semayan menyebabkan masyarakat banyak yang memilih untuk tidak ikut dalam dunia prekonomian yang sifatnya pemberdayaan, namun di lingkungan ini tim melihat potensi yang sangat unggul dalam bidang pendidikan seperti banyaknya bangunan-bangunan sekolah mulai dari tingkat TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA. Akan tetapi banyak siswa yang masih kurang bisa dalam membaca, dan kurangnya minat dalam lierasi membaca. Tujuan dari KKN ini yaitu, Untuk meningkatkan pendidikan di masyarakat (siswa-siswi) di SD dan MI Kelurahan Semayan, Mahasiswa KKN UNIQHBA bertasipasi terhadap masyarakat dalam kegiatan Sosial Budaya, dan Keagamaan, membangun generasi muda yang religius dalam Bidang Pendidikan dan Seni Budaya di Kelurahan Semayan, untuk memberikan aspirasi dan potensi kepada masyarakat lingkungan pancor. Pada pelaksanaan KKN UNIQHBA di Kelurahan Semayan ini kami menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Kami melaksanakan kegiatan KKN ini selama 45 hari, mulai dari tanggal 26 Agustus sampai dengan 09 Oktober tahun 2024 yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Semayan. Subyek pada kegiatan KKN ini sekelurahan Semayan yang terdiri dari 5 Lingkungan yaitu Lingkungan Pancor, Lingkungan Propok, Lingkungan Semayan, Lingkungan Kekere Barat, dan Lingkungan Kekere Timur. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan teknik Observasi, dan mewawancarai sebagian masyarakat lingkungan sekelurahan Semayan. Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Qamarul Huda Badarudin melaksanakan KKN yang ditempatkan di kelurahan Semayan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa berjalan dengan lancar dari program kerja dalam Bidang pendidikan, Bidang Sosial Budaya, dan Bidang Keagamaan yang telah kami susun sehingga manfaat yang kami dapatkan dari kegiatan KKN ini yaitu berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan pendidikan di masyarakat (siswa-siswi) di SD dan MI Kelurahan Semayan, kami dapat berpatisipai terhadap masyarakat dalam kegiatan Sosial Budaya, dan Keagamaan, mewujudkan generasi muda yang religius dalam Bidang Pendidikan dan Seni Budaya di Kelurahan Semayan, memberikan aspirasi dan potensi kepada masyarakat lingkungan pancor.

Abstract

The increasing urbanization and climate change in South Tangerang City have intensified the frequency and impact of natural disasters. Therefore, effective disaster mitigation strategies are essential to protect communities and reduce potential losses. This study examines the role of citizenship education (Pancasila and Civic Education - PPKn) in addressing climate crisis challenges and disaster preparedness. By integrating disaster risk reduction (DRR) into the PPKn curriculum, this research highlights the importance of equipping students with knowledge and skills to actively participate in disaster prevention and management efforts. The methodology employed is a literature review analyzing government reports, disaster data from the South Tangerang Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), and related academic literature. The findings reveal that, despite various mitigation efforts by the local government, gaps remain in public awareness and active community participation in disaster preparedness. The PPKn curriculum, enriched with DRR materials, can play a crucial role in bridging these gaps by educating the younger generation about disaster resilience. This study emphasizes the need for collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and society to foster a strong culture of preparedness. Integrating disaster mitigation strategies into education not only strengthens community resilience but also aligns with national goals for disaster risk reduction. Reforming the PPKn curriculum can significantly contribute to enhancing the resilience of South Tangerang City residents in facing climate change challenges.
