Abstract

The deep learning model, as proposed by Abdul Mu`ti, emphasizes a mindful, meaningful, and enjoyable learning experience, allowing students not only to memorize but to deeply understand and internalize the material. This study aims to examine the implementation of the deep learning model in the context of primary and secondary education in Indonesia through a literature review method. Based on the analysis of various recent sources, it was found that this model contributes positively to enhancing critical thinking skills, active participation, and student engagement in the learning process. However, several challenges in its implementation were also identified, including limitations in infrastructure, teacher readiness, and the constraints of the traditional curriculum that hinder flexibility. This article offers recommendations to support more effective deep learning implementation, particularly by strengthening teacher training and providing adequate facilities. With the right support, this model holds great potential to optimize the quality of education in Indonesia, preparing a highly competitive generation.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Pancasila Education in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Negeri 8 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Using a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews, the research reveals that project-based learning methods enhance students` independence and active participation in the learning processs. Projects such as creating videos on nationalism enable students to apply Pancasila values in real-world contexts. However, limited resource support from the education authorities poses significant challenges. Pancasila Education teacher, Ms. Nadya Kartika Putri, emphasized the importance of project-based evaluation to comprehensively assess students` understanding. This study highlights the need for collaboration between schools and policymakers to improve learning effectiveness. In conclusion, the Merdeka Curriculum positively impacts students` understanding of Pancasila values, through better support is necessary for optimal implementation.

Abstract

The implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka” (MBKM) program requires an integrated and adaptive information system to manage academic activities efficiently. This study aims to develop a web-based MBKM Management Information System at Universitas Prima Indonesia using the Scrum framework. The system supports structured registration, reporting, assessment, and verification processes involving students, academic advisors, department heads, and MBKM administrators. Technologies used include React.js and Next.js for the frontend, Express.js for the backend, and MySQL for the database. A key contribution of this research is the application of the agile Scrum methodology to accommodate the dynamic nature of MBKM policies, ensuring iterative development and user-centered design. Internal testing using Black Box methods indicates high functionality and usability. The resulting system enhances efficiency, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration. This study demonstrates how agile practices can be effectively applied to develop scalable academic systems that support national education reforms.

Abstract

Pencak silat is a form of traditional martial arts that has high cultural and philosophical values in Indonesia. However, in South Tangerang City, the development of pencak silat faces significant challenges. This study aims to identify and analyze the obstacles faced in the development of pencak silat in this area, focusing on the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as the lack of lesson time in schools. Through in-depth interviews with five figures from various martial arts institutions, namely Deni Asmara from Tapak Suci, Ahmad Maulana from Perguruan Silat Al Qoyyum, Fitrah Febri Salam from MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan, Gufron from Pencak Silat Padjajaran Cimande, and Delima Bungsu Andy, Chairman of IPSI Kota Tangerang Selatan, this research reveals that limited infrastructure and inadequate educational support are the main obstacles. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for stakeholders in formulating pencak silat development strategies in the city.

Abstract

Customary law is a collective value system that originates from local wisdom and is passed down from generation to generation within indigenous communities. This study aims to examine the role of Ammatoa customary law in the Kajang tribe community in South Sulawesi as an ecological mechanism based on spirituality and social structure. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, this study examines relevant scientific literature on the structure of customary law, the values of Pasang ri Kajang, the principle of kamase-mase, and the Patuntung belief system. The results of the study show that Kajang customary law not only regulates social relations but also protects the environment through customary prohibitions, the division of sacred zones, a social sanction system based on siri’, and collective governance led by Ammatoa. This system reflects living law and operates effectively without state intervention. Customary law has proven to be more adaptive and adhered to because it is based on moral and spiritual legitimacy, not formal legal coercion. Additionally, these findings indicate that synergy between customary law and state law is feasible to strengthen national conservation policies that are ecologically just. Therefore, customary law must be substantively recognized as a partner in sustainable environmental governance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen dan pemberdayaan Perpustakaan Masjid Jamik Curup dalam meningkatkan literasi dan pengetahuan keagamaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), dengan melibatkan jamaah dan pengelola masjid dalam proses identifikasi permasalahan serta pemanfaatan aset komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Masjid Jamik Curup berpotensi menjadi pusat pembelajaran yang efektif, namun memerlukan penguatan pengelolaan dan pemberdayaan. Lokus kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh tim PKM meliputi: 1) pembersihan ruangan perpustakaan; 2) pendataan ulang dan pemetaan koleksi; 3) pembuatan visi dan misi perpustakaan dalam bentuk standing banner; 4) pembuatan buku induk perpustakaan; 5) pembuatan mading istilah-istilah perpustakaan; 6) penyusunan struktur organisasi perpustakaan; dan 7) pelatihan manajemen perpustakaan masjid. Melalui penerapan metode PAR dan ABCD, keterlibatan komunitas dan optimalisasi aset lokal terbukti menjadi kunci dalam memperkuat peran perpustakaan masjid sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan pengembangan spiritual masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Keterampilan kerja, Penilaian kerja, Fasilitas dan Pengembangan karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Cahaya Marine Indonesia di Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Cahaya Marine Indonesia di Batam sebanyak 210 orang. Sampel berjumlah 138 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data diperoleh dengan menggunanakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat uji SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keterampilan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Penilaian kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterampilan kerja, penilaian kerja, fasilitas dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cahaya Marine Indonesia di Batam.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang bagi mahasiswa dalam mengelola informasi keislaman berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi Islam (IPII) IAIN Curup terkait literasi keislaman digital, strategi yang mereka terapkan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam konteks transformasi digital. Menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan desain sequential explanatory, penelitian melibatkan 73 mahasiswa sebagai responden angket dan beberapa informan kunci untuk wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman literasi keislaman digital berada pada kategori tinggi (skor 3,87), strategi pengembangan literasi digital berada pada kategori tinggi (3,68), sedangkan variabel kendala berada pada kategori sedang (3,18). Analisis kualitatif memperlihatkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu memanfaatkan media digital, namun belum optimal dalam aspek evaluasi dan produksi konten keislaman digital. Tantangan utama mencakup keterbatasan akses sumber ilmiah Islami, minimnya pelatihan digital, serta dominasi konten populer non-akademik. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan ekosistem literasi digital keislaman melalui integrasi kurikulum, pelatihan teknis, intervensi perpustakaan digital, dan kolaborasi akademik. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi literasi digital pada pendidikan tinggi Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek dalam balanced scorecard seperti aspek keuangan, aspek pelanggan, aspek bisnis internal, dan aspek pertumbuhan pembelajaran. Peneliitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah PT Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri selama periode 2018 - 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek keuangan, aspek pelanggan, dan aspek pertumbuhan pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Sedangkan  hasil pengukuran pada aspek bisnis internal menunjukkan hasil yang tidak baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Al-Qur'an memorization program in improving the quality of memorization of students at the Darul Ikhlas Dalan Lidang Islamic Boarding School. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis involving the tahfidz supervising teacher, students in the tahfidz room, and the boarding school management. The results showed that the implementation of tahfidz was carried out in a structured manner through a combination of tasmi', ziyadah, halaqah, talaqqi, and muroja'ah methods. The tahfidz program is divided into two categories, namely special tahfidz (kamar tahfiz) with a target of 3 juz per semester and tahfidz as a subject (Qur'an Hafadz) which is mandatory for all students. The evaluation system is carried out through tasmi' before moving juz and monthly exams. Despite challenges such as differences in student abilities, consistency of memorization, and target pressure, the boarding school implemented solutions in the form of mixed halaqah coaching, intensive guidance, routine evaluation, and a controlled discipline system. This structured and consistent implementation contributes to improving the quality of students' memorization, both in terms of fluency, accuracy of tajwid, and long-term memorization resilience.
