Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe human relations, physical work environment, and work ethic. Then to analyze the effect of human relations, physical work environment on employee work ethic at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri Sukabumi Regency. This study uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The population is all employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri totaling 58 people using saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, the measurement of this study using a semantic differential scale. In this research analysis technique, namely using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, research model testing (F test), and hypothesis testing (T test). Based on the results of the study, it is obtained that the relationship between the variables of Human Relations and the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.874, including the criteria for a very strong relationship, the magnitude of the influence of Human Relations on Work Ethic is 0.667, and the magnitude of the influence of the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.615 or 76.4% while the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The development of time and technology has an impact on human life, especially in today's business world. Business growth in the culinary sector such as cafes and restaurants. In the city of Sukabumi, the growth of this type of catering business is quite high. The growing business in the culinary world will lead to increasingly fierce competition, with a variety of increasingly diverse food and beverage menus that can offer new product innovations in unique types and flavors as well as services and good facilities. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the company's innovation strategy and product uniqueness on increasing competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and initiative approach. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method where 50 café and restaurant owners in Cikole District, Sukabumi City were selected as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study based on the simultaneous test (F-test) and partial test (T-test) show that innovation strategy and product uniqueness have a significant effect on increasing competitive advantage. The results of the correlation test with SPSS version 25 show that the innovation strategy and product uniqueness have a value of 0.880 in increasing competitive advantage, which means that these results have a “very good” influence and a positive relationship. The results of the test of determination with innovation strategy and product uniqueness in increasing competitive advantage are 77.5%, while the remaining 22.5% is due to the influence of other factors outside this study.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh strategi kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank BNI KCU Sukabumi. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana sebagai teknik analisa data, dengan jumlah responden sejumlah 33 orang yaitu dengan menggunakan survey melalui kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank BNI KCU Sukabumi. hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpenguh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Total pengaruhnya sebesar 76,8%  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini .Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Nasabah

Abstract

R Research aim: This research aimed to determine the effect of perceived quality and value on the Intention to subscribe. Design/Methode/Approach: Quantitative method with survey research model Research Finding: The results of the study show that perceived quality and perceived value have a significant effect on intention to subscribe Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study shows that perceived quality and perceived value are very effective in making subscription decisions for video-on-demand applications Practitioner/Policy implication: Perceived quality and perceived value play a role in increasing subscription interest. To increase interest in subscribing, companies must improve the quality of features in the application. Research limitation: Variable selection only uses two independent variables: perceived quality and value.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of job training, career development, and job rotation on employee performance at the Augusta Pelabuhan Ratu Hotel. The study employs quantitative methods, analyzing data collected from 40 employees. The findings indicate that while career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job training and job rotation do not have a significant individual impact. However, the combined effect of all three variables shows a statistically significant influence on employee performance, suggesting that a holistic approach to human resource development is crucial for improving overall employee effectiveness in the hospitality sector.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized coffee shops (MSME) in Sukabumi City face increasingly intense competition, necessitating effective business strategies to boost sales volume. This study examines the effects of business innovation strategies and product differentiation strategies on the sales volume of MSME coffee shops in Sukabumi City. A descriptive-associative method with a quantitative approach was employed; the sample comprised 114 MSME owners selected via saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and F and t tests using SPSS. The results indicate that both business innovation and product differentiation strategies have positive and significant effects on sales volume. The regression analysis yielded a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.517, meaning that 51.7% of the variation in sales volume is explained by these two variables, while the remaining 48.3% is attributable to other factors outside this study. These findings underscore the importance of implementing innovations in processes, products, and organization, as well as creating differentiation in products, services, and brand image to enhance competitiveness and sales of MSME coffee shops in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Manusia tidak akan pernah lepas dari rasa ingin memiliki baik itu sifatnya kebutuhan maupun keinginan. Era kemajuan teknologi saat ini seakan-akan semakin mendukung hasrat manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan maupun keinginan. Dengan melesatnya perkembangan teknologi cara manusia memenuhi hasratnya pun berubah dengan menggunakan teknologi. Salah satu dampak yang paling dirasakan akibat adanya disruptive innovation ini adalah adanya marketplace yaitu tempat yang mempertemukan penjual dan pembeli secara digital. Penggunaan marketplace dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terus meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan angka transaksi yang makin tinggi yang memengaruhi manusia untuk melakukan pembelian secara mendadak (impulse buying). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh big five personality dan self control terhadap impulse buying pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhamnmadiyah Sukabumi dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 115. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa big five personality berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying dan self control memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap impulse buying secara parsial. Secara bersama-sama variabel big five personality dan self control berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promosi jabatan, insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri Kota Sukabumi. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 117 orang ditujukan kepada karyawan PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Dalam penilitian ini dilakukan Uji normalitas, Uji statistik secara simultan (Uji F) dan Uji statistik secara parsial (Uji T). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif secara simultan antara Promosi Jabatan, Insentif dengan Kinerja Karyawan, dengan hasil 35.598 > 3.07 yang artinya nilai F Hitung lebih besar dari F Tabel. Sedangkan, secara parsial Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil T Hitung yaitu sebesar 7.188 lebih besar dari T Tabel yaitu sebesar 1.981, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini buktikan dengan nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil T Hitung yaitu sebesar 3.782 lebih besar dari T Tabel yaitu sebesar 1.981, dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan kemajuan teknologi menuntut perusahaan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia secara efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Person-Organization Fit, dan Lingkungan Kerja dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan di CV. King Salman Sukabumi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif, data dikumpulkan dari 38 responden melalui kuesioner 34 item berbasis skala Likert. Hasil menunjukkan korelasi ganda yang sangat kuat (r = 0,959) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,920, yang mengindikasikan 92% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Uji F mengonfirmasi pengaruh simultan yang signifikan (Fhitung = 130,727; p < 0,05). Uji t memperlihatkan pengaruh positif signifikan dari Gaya Kepemimpinan (t = 13,637) dan Lingkungan Kerja (t = 4,233), sedangkan Person-Organization Fit berpengaruh negatif signifikan (t = -4,368) terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta keselarasan nilai antara karyawan dan organisasi, sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan dianjurkan mengintegrasikan faktor-faktor ini dalam kebijakan sumber daya manusia untuk optimalisasi kinerja secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital platform–based transportation has reshaped employment patterns in Indonesia, particularly for motorcycle ride-hailing drivers. This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of GrabBike drivers in Sukabumi City. A quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods was employed. Data were collected from 95 active GrabBike drivers using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results show that intrinsic motivation does not have a significant effect on driver performance, indicating that internal factors such as personal needs, expectations, independence, and optimism are insufficient to directly improve performance in platform-based work settings. In contrast, extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, highlighting the dominant role of external factors such as company policies, incentive systems, working conditions, supervision quality, and interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, the simultaneous test reveals that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation together significantly influence driver performance. These findings suggest that performance in the context of digital labor platforms is largely driven by organizational and system-level factors rather than individual motivation alone. Therefore, improving driver performance and sustainability requires transparent policies, fair incentive mechanisms, and supportive working conditions within platform-based partnerships such as Grab.
