Abstract

The role of influencers is influential among young people as a creative strategy in marketing beauty products. The spread of promotions through social media makes it easier for users to select the desired product. It is not uncommon for the country of origin label to trigger buying interest with the country's image attached to its consistency in product innovation. However, the intense competition in the Indonesian cosmetic market affects the position of imported cosmetic brands which also affects market share. So that many cosmetic brands are competing to market their products through relevant influencers as an effective and efficient marketing strategy. This study aims to examine the role of perceived quality in mediating influencer marketing and country of origin in increasing online purchase intention among university students in Sukabumi who use beauty products. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The sampling technique used the Probability samling method using proportional sampling calculation as many as 240 respondents. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with smartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that Influencer Marketing and Country Of Origin have a positive effect on Online Purchase Intention and Perceived Quality has a positive and significant effect in mediating the influence of Influencer Markering and Country Of Origin on Online Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, company size, leverage and capital intensity on profitability. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with associative descriptive approach. The sample technique used by analysing the company's financial statements for the last few years and the data analysis technique is Regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that PT Mandala Finance, Tbk has successfully built sales growth, company size, leverage, capital intensity and profitability in these decades. Sales growth shows that it has a positive significance value, which means that sales growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Company size has no significant effect on profitability. Leverage has a negative significant effect on profitability. Capital intensity has no significant effect on profitability. PT Mandala needs to make strategy adjustments to maintain stable sales growth, manage leverage wisely, and maximise the use of fixed assets in order to maintain optimal profitability. The integration of theory and previous research findings confirms that sustainable growth requires a balance between asset expansion, debt management, and efficient use of capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the workload and reward provision have on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kxp Cianjur. Respondents in this study were 40 people aimed at employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Cianjur. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. In this study, a normality test, simultaneous statistical test (F test) and partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive influence between Workload, Reward Provision and Employee Performance, with a result of 60,556> 2.84 which means that the F Calculation value is greater than the F Table. Meanwhile, partially Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the value obtained from the T Calculation result which is 5,587 greater than the T Table which is 1,687, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And the provision of rewards has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the results of the T count, which is 5.109, which is greater than the T table, which is 1.687, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Brand Ambassadors on purchasing decisions for Ultra Milk UHT milk products with Brand Awareness as a mediating variable. The focus of this study is Ultra Milk consumers in Sukabumi City using quantitative approach and descriptive-verification method. Data were obtained from 200 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique and analyzed using AMOS 29 software. The results of data processing show that brand ambassadors have a significant effect on brand awareness (C.R = 4.282 > 1.65 with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchase decisions (C.R = 2.977> 1.65 with a p-value = 0.003 <0.05). Then, brand awareness has a significant effect on purchase decisions (C.R = 5.412 > 1.65 with a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). In addition, brand awareness acts as an effective mediator in the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchase decisions (sobel test = 3.338> 1.65 with p-value= 0.000< 0.05). Thus, brand awareness is able to bridge the influence of brand ambassadors on purchase decisions among Ultra Milk consumers in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-confidence, training, and employee relations on employee performance at PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia II Sukabumi. A quantitative approach using descriptive and associative methods was applied, with data collected from 292 employees selected through simple random sampling. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS 27. The results show that all three independent variables significantly and positively affect employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The coefficient of determination indicates that these variables account for 58.9% of the variance in performance. These findings highlight the importance of psychological empowerment, technical training, and harmonious workplace relationships in enhancing company productivity.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of technical skills and soft skills development on employee competence at PD Alam Aneka Aroma Sukabumi. A quantitative associative method was applied to 35 employees. Data were analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results showed soft skills development significantly influenced employee competence, while technical skills had no significant impact. These findings highlight the crucial role of soft skills development in human resource improvement strategies
