Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the impact of Store Atmosphere on Repurchase Intention at Pojok Kopi Café in Indralaya. This study seeks to enhance the understanding of how different dimensions of the store environment influence customers' intentions to make repeat purchases. This study aims to provide valuable insights that can be applied practically and contribute to academic knowledge in the fields of Store Atmosphere and Repurchase Intention. Methodology/approach: This research was conducted at Kafe Pojok Kopi, Indralaya involving 100 respondents as the object of study. This study also uses quantitative methods and is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. Results/findings: This study found that Cleanliness, Music, Temperature, and Layout significantly affect Repurchase Intention. Scent, lighting, and color do not significantly influence Repurchase Intention. Store Atmosphere significantly influences Repurchase Intention. Conclusion: The study found that cleanliness, music, temperature, and layout significantly affect repurchase intention at Kafe Pojok Kopi, while aroma, lighting, and color do not. Future research should include factors such as price, location, and service to provide broader insights. Limitations: Other variables should be considered in future studies to address the problems that are the background of this study, such as price. This is because the results of the study could not answer the background of this study. Contribution: This study aims to guide Café Pojok Kopi in innovating its store atmosphere and illustrates how the store environment significantly influences repurchase intentions. The findings will support practical applications and academic advancements in this area.

Abstract

Psikologi perkembangan anak usia dini adalah ilmu pengetahuan yang mempelajari tentang perkembangan mental, fisik, kognitif, bahasa, moral, dan sosio-emosional anak serta tumbuh kembang anak secara lebih spesifik. Anak-anak usia dini berada pada masa keemasan (golden age). Masa ini disebut masa keemasan sebab pada usia ini terjadi perkembangan yang sangat menakjubkan dan terbaik sepanjang hidup manusia. Perkembangan yang menakjubkan tersebut mencakup perkembangan fisik dan psikhis. Dari segi fisik anak mengalami perkembangan yang sangat luar biasa, mulai dari pertumbuhan sel-sel otak dan organ tubuh lainnya sampai perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar seperti berjalan, berlari, melompat, memanjat, dan sebagainya. Perkembangan fisik lainnya yang tidak kalah pentingya adalah perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus yang merupakan kemampuan melakukan koordinasi gerakan tangan dan mata, misalnya menggenggam, meraih, menulis, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This research aimed to assess the educational abilities of teachers in terms of planning learning activities, implementing the teaching process, and making efforts to increase student motivation in learning. The research employed a qualitative approach to gather data through interviews, observations, and document collection. The data analysis process encompassed information reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The subjects who became informants were the principal, his deputy, and educators. The results indicate that educators’ pedagogical expertise in compiling learning activities is evident in their preparation of the lesson plan. However, several teachers often do not bring it, so the learning objectives are not achieved optimally. When learning, teachers demonstrate an understanding of the material by studying the textbook’s contents. However, problems still exist in class management, and there is a lack of discipline regarding time usage. To increase students' enthusiasm for learning, teachers create opportunities for active participation by utilizing information and communication technology, establishing effective communication with them, and conducting reflection to enhance the quality of learning.

Abstract

Introduction: This systematic literature review, guided by PRISMA guidelines, evaluates the effectiveness of Moringa oleifera leaf extracts in reducing blood glucose levels in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Method: Literature was searched in PubMed and Google Scholar using keywords including “Moringa oleifera,” “leaf extract,” “alloxan-induced diabetes,” and “blood glucose.” From 472 identified articles, 9 studies met inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Results: Nearly all studies reported significant reductions in blood glucose levels following administration of Moringa oleifera leaf extracts at effective doses ranging from 200–800 mg/kg body weight over 14–28 days. Key mechanisms include protection of pancreatic β-cells from oxidative stress, enhanced insulin secretion, and improved insulin sensitivity. Both aqueous and ethanolic extracts exhibited antihyperglycemic effects, with aqueous extracts demonstrating faster onset and ethanolic extracts providing more sustained outcomes. Conclusion: These findings support the potential of Moringa oleifera leaf extracts as a natural antidiabetic agent in preclinical models. However, further research is required to standardize extraction methods, dosages, and molecular mechanisms to facilitate clinical translation in humans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi beragama siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Angkola Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan perspektif sosiologi pendidikan, yang memandang sekolah sebagai ruang sosial tempat terjadinya proses internalisasi nilai dan pembentukan sikap sosial siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan siswa, observasi kegiatan pembelajaran serta interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekolah, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap toleransi beragama siswa telah berkembang dengan baik, yang tercermin dalam perilaku saling menghormati perbedaan keyakinan, tidak diskriminatif, menghargai pelaksanaan ibadah, serta mampu bekerja sama secara harmonis dalam keberagaman. Guru PAI berperan secara sentral sebagai teladan, pembimbing, dan mediator melalui keteladanan sikap inklusif, pembinaan dialogis, serta penanaman nilai-nilai Islam moderat yang berlandaskan prinsip rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan penumbuhan toleransi beragama di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh sinergi antara peran guru, budaya sekolah yang inklusif, dan pengalaman sosial siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Pendidikan Islam, Toleransi

Abstract

Kinerja guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Agung Batin dipengaruhi oleh faktor kompetensi guru dan fasilitas sekolah yang memadai. Kompetensi yang meliputi aspek pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, serta dukungan sarana prasarana yang lengkap, menjadi kunci keberhasilan pembelajaran. Namun, realitas di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan belum optimalnya penguasaan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan fasilitas sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Agung Batin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimental tipe ex post facto dengan desain explanatory survey. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 guru, ditentukan melalui teknik disproportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert lima tingkat yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier, uji-t, dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 3,855 > ttabel 0,279. Fasilitas sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan dengan thitung 3,681 > ttabel 0,279. Kompetensi guru dan fasilitas sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung 17,085 > Ftabel 3,19. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan serta penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, guna menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif, inovatif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi pendidikan.
