Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence bonuses have on employee performance at PT. Xwz. The sub-variables studied in giving bonuses are performance, length of service, seniority, fairness and suitability. Meanwhile, employee performance is quality of work, quantity of work, punctuality, effectiveness and independence. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach aimed at 60 respondents where the entire population was used as a sample. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data. To test the questionnaire instrument or questionnaire, validity and reliability tests are used. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, a simple linear regression test was used with the results of giving bonuses having a positive effect, the correlation coefficient test with the results of giving bonuses had a strong relationship to employee performance, the coefficient of determination with the results of giving bonuses had an influence on employee performance while the rest was influenced by factors. other than the object under study, and the t test can be concluded that giving bonuses has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan merupakan kemampuan suatu perusahaan dalam memberikan jasa yang dapat memenuhi atau melampaui harapan pelanggan. komunikasi adalah proses pertukaran informasi yang dilakukan secara konsisten, terbuka, dan responsif, yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan pemahaman antara perusahaan dan pelanggan. Kepuasan nasabah merupakan hasil dari evaluasi kognitif dan emosional terhadap pengalaman mereka selama menggunakan jasa bank. Ketika kualitas layanan dan komunikasi yang diberikan sesuai atau bahkan melampaui ekspektasi nasabah, maka tingkat kepuasan pun akan meningkat.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu metode pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang nasabah Bank BNI Cabang Karawang yang telah menggunakan layanan bank, baik secara langsung maupun digital. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja terhadap nasabah yang dianggap mampu memberikan informasi yang relevan terkait kualitas layanan, komunikasi, dan kepuasan mereka terhadap layanan bank. Hasil regresi linear sederhana melalui uji F menghasilkan nilai Signifikansi sebesar 0.001 atau lebih kecil daripada 0.05. Hasil tersebut dapat dimaknai bahwa seluruh variabel independen pada model (Kualitas Pelayanan dan Komunikasi) berpengaruh serentak dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Temuan ini sekaligus mengonfirmasi bahwa hipotesis ketiga (H3) Sehingga masuk ke dalam kategori berpengaruh sedang bagi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Berpengaruh Sangat rendah bagi komunikasi, pada penelitian ini diterima atau terbukti. Kualitas Pelayanan dan Komunikasi dapat beriringan sekaligus atau serentak mempengaruhi Kepuasan Nasabah. kesimpulannya adalah Seluruh variabel independen pada model (Kualitas Pelayanan dan Komunikasi) berpengaruh serentak dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Kepuasan Nasabah),Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah.

Abstract

Hasil kerja berupa kualitas dan kuantitas yang berhasil dicapai oleh seorang perawat dalam menjalakan perannya disebut kinerja perawat. Namun dalam mencapai kinerja yang baik sangat ditunjang dengan fungsi manajemen SDM yang baik oleh institusi rumah sakit tempat perawat bekerja dimulai dari rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan partisipasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan fungsi manajemen manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap kinerja perawat di RS Bhayangkara Tk II Jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 87 orang dengan teknik Total sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan korelasi rank spearman. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Fungsi manajemen SDM di RS Bhayangkara TK. II Jayapura dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 43 orang (49,4%), baik sebanyak 36 orang (41,4%) dan kurang sebanyak 8 orang (9,2%). Kinerja perawat di RS Bhayangkara TK. II Jayapura sebagian besar memiliki kinerja dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 40 orang (46%), kinerja baik sebanyak 38 orang (43,7%) serta sedikit dengan kinerja kurang sebanyak 9 orang (10,3%). Ada hubungan bermakna antara fungsi manajemen SDM Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di di RS Bhayangkara TK. II Jayapura (pvalue= 0,000 < 0,05; r = 0,368). Semakin tinggi fungsi manajemen akan meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Fungsi manajemen SDM yang dilaksanakan dengan baik semakin meningkatkan kinerja perawat yang optimal. Kata kunci: Fungsi Manajemen, Kinerja, Perawat

Abstract

Background: Dysmenorrhea or menstruation is problem among many women, especially students. Therefore, non-pharmacological techniques are needed to reduce these problems.Objective: This study aim to effectiveness of efleurage massage and herbal drinks Curcuma Longa Linn and Tamarindus Indica in reducing menstrual pain among female students of Sultan Agung Islamic UniversityMethods: The research method uses quantitative nature with case studies, data collection using questionnaires and experimental tests. The number of respondents was 32 people with purposive sampling techniques, sample placement was selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria that had been set in accordance with the objectives of the studyResults: The results obtained if most respondents (37.5%) experienced moderate menstrual pain, while only 9.4% reported severe pain, highlighting the significant prevalence of dysmenorrhea among female students. Based on the Wiloxcon p value test, the Mann-Whitney test results showed a p-value of 0.013 (p <0.05), which indicated a difference in the level of menstrual pain between the control group using the hegemony group after being given the interventionConclusion: There is an influence of the effluent technique and the administration of curcuma longa linn - tamarimdus indica drink on menstrual pain before and after therapy.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang berbahaya dan menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi serius seperti penyakit jantung, stroke dan gagal ginjal. Meningkatnya pasien hipertesi karena banyak yang belum mengetahui bahaya penyakit hipertensi dan pentingnya melakukan pengobatan yang teratur dalam jangka panjang serta bahaya yang akan ditimbulkan jika tidak patuh minum obat. Tujuan penelitian:Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang hipertensi dan pengetahuan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi. Desain penelitian:Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini purposive sampling, dan uji menggunakan Chi-Sxquare. Hasil:Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 53 orang (53%), berusia 46 – 64 tahun (Dewasa Akhir) sebanyak 56 orang (74%), tingkat pendidikan SD 32 orang (42%), pekerjaan sebagai IRT sebanyak 39 orang (51%), dan sebanyak 35 orang (46%) menderita hipertensi rata-rata 7 hingga 10 tahun. Kesimpulan:Hasil uji statistik Chi-Square berdasarkan 76 responden didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (α < 0,05), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kepatuhan minum obat anti hipertensi di ruang casablanka Rumah Sakit Islam Harapan Anda Kabupaten Tegal. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Kepatuhan, Tingkat Pengetahuan

Abstract

Background Pregnancy is a woman's maturation process that requires adaptation to become a mother. This role change is not an easy thing and a companion or mentor is needed. Mentoring for pregnant women is done by optimizing human resources in the community. Method: The activity was carried out in Bandarharjo Village, North Semarang sub-district, Semarang City with 36 potential mentors. The activities were divided into 5 (five) stages, namely (1) Socialization, (2) competency improvement, (3) Practicum (4) Monitoring and evaluation. Results: The pre-test describes that most of the mentors have a low level of knowledge, namely 24 people (66.7%), have a bad attitude as many as 20 people (55.6%), and do not have good mentoring skills. Post-test data obtained, that most of the mentors have moderate knowledge, namely as many as 22 people (61.11%), 34 people (94.4%) have a good attitude and as many as 34 people (94.4%) have moderate skills. Conclusion: There is an increase in the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of mentors after being given training.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Heri Daya Integra Karawang, with the aim of knowing the effect of sales promotion online and purchasing decision factors, as well as analysis of the influence of promotions in sales promotions online on purchasing decisions at PT Heri Daya Integra Karawang. The total number of research respondents was 60 people who were selected using Purposive Sampling techniques. This research explains that online sales promotions are included in the good category, as well as consumer purchasing decision factors that are included in the good category. Apart from that, there is the influence of sales promotions online on purchasing decision factors by consumers of PT Heri Daya Integra Karawang, and according to the calculation results seen in the table, a simple correlation coefficient of r = 0.880 and a determination coefficient of R = 12 = 0.774 are obtained. got Tcount (14.08) >Ttable (1.67) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between online sales promotions on purchasing decision factors. And there is a significant test on a simple relationship obtained if Fcount (198.18) > Ftable (4.00) on a = 0.05 and significance value (sig.) < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), it can be concluded that online sales promotions have a significant and linear influence on purchasing decision factors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of Starbucks Karawang which continues to compete in the coffee retail business, Head of Corporate Communication PT Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk. (MAPI) said with brand awareness strong, Starbucks continues to improve its business and performance so that it remains afloat amidst high competition which not only comes from coffee, but also from other types of drinks. In facing this competition, Starbucks remains focused on customer satisfaction and strives to provide a greater variety of products and services by improving its brand image, promotion and product quality to increase customer loyalty. This research using quantitative methods with associative techniques was carried out in Starbucks Karawang with a population and sample of 100 Starbucks customers with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The research results show that there is an influence between Brand Image (X1), Promotion (X2), and Product Quality (X3) on Customer Loyalty (Y) of 73.4%, meaning that 73.4% of the variation in Customer Loyalty can be explained by variations in Brand Image (X1), Promotion (X2), and Product Quality (X3), the remaining 26.6% is determined by other factors outside Brand Image (X1), Promotion (X2), and Product Quality (X3)

Abstract

This research was motivated by wanting to know the extent to which factors influence employee performance at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia. One of the variables that researchers use to examine the influence of employee performance is company culture. The purpose of this research is to explain or explain the influence of company culture variables on employee performance. This research was carried out at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia from June to September 2023. The research method used was quantitative with associative techniques. The population at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia was 400 people. The samples taken were 80 people using the Slovin sampling technique. Based on the calculation results shown in table 4.5, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.767 and a determination coefficient of R = r2 = 0.588 were obtained. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (10.551 > t table (2.000) at  = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Corporate Culture and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the better the Corporate Culture will be followed by high Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.588 shows that 58.8% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by variations in Corporate Culture, the remaining 41.2% is determined by other factors outside Corporate Culture. Based on the results of calculations to develop an equation model In the regression between Company Culture (X) and Employee Performance (Y), the constant α = 3.041 and the regression coefficient β = 1.132 were obtained. Thus, the influence between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y can be expressed in a simple linear regression equation model as follows: Ý = 3.041 + 1.132 This shows that the regression equation model is significant. The linearity test results obtained Fcount (1.25) < Ftable (1.90) at  = 0.05. These results indicate that the regression equation is linear. Based on the test results above, the regression equation Ý = 3.041+ 1.132X can be used to explain the form of a linear relationship between Company Culture and Employee Performance. This relationship shows that there is a direction of change in the trend of respondent employee performance due to company culture.

Abstract

control oneself as an employee and high work discipline in the Jababeka Cikarang area, which is one of the promising areas and provides various types of work that they can have and contribute to earning a monthly income, is the aim of this research. Quantitative method of survey study with employee respondents who work in the Jababeka Cikarang area whose population not yet known, the accidental sampling technique is a technique for determining samples based on chance, by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. By analyzing the data, we look for the influence and relationship between the magnitude of the contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent. The results of the validity and reliability test of the instrument were declare valid and reliable, all data were normal and there was no heteroscedasticity. Self-efficacy and work discipline on employee monthly income achievements in the Jababeka Cikarang area have a moderate relationship and have a significant positive effect.
