Abstract

Demam yang mengakibatkan kejang  pada anak dimana keadaan ini merupakan  gangguan neurologik pada anak yang berusia 6 bulan - 5 tahun. Ibu memerlukan pengetahuan lebih tentang kejang demam pada anak karena dapat membantu anak mengatasi masalah penyakitnya, hal ini adalah peran penting yang harus ada pada seorang ibu. Ibu juga harus menjadi siaga ketika anak mengalami kejang demam. Tujuan penelitian yaitu melihat hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Sikap Ibu dengan Kejadian Kejang Demam Pada Anak Di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo Sawahan. Desain pada penelitian yaitu observasi analitik dengan cross sectional. Instrumen adalah kuesioner telah dimodifikasi. Teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling, populasi sejumlah 60 responden dan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil analisis data yaitu uji spearman-rank dan ada hubungan  pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu tentang kejadian kejang demam pada anak di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo Sawahan dengan nilai p = 0,014 (p0,05) dan r = 0,345. Penelitian ini menjadi sumber informasi dalam melakukan penelitian selanjutnya dan menjadi pedoman pembelajaran serta menambah wawasan dan informasi mengenai pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang kejang demam.

Abstract

Physical activities yang merupakan gerakan tubuh yang melibatkan otot dan membutuhkan energi, telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting dalam menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental pada populasi lansia. Kota Malang, yang mengalami pertumbuhan populasi lansia yang signifikan, memiliki potensi untuk menjadi lingkungan yang mendukung aktivitas fisik dengan berbagai fasilitas olahraga dan komunitas yang ada. Namun, faktor-faktor seperti urbanisasi dan tingkat stres yang tinggi di lingkungan perkotaan juga dapat berkontribusi pada tingkat kecemasan yang lebih tinggi pada lansia. Selain itu physical activities merupakan salah satu  faktor dalam menurunkan Anxiety pada Lansia.  Physical Activities tidak hanya berkontribusi pada ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga memberikan dampak praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia di Indonesia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui physical activities sebagai  faktor dalam menurunkan anxiety pada lansia. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 50 lansia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner physical activity scale for elderly (PASE)  untuk physical activity dan untuk anxiety menggunakan kuesioner Skala HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Analisis dilakukan secara univariat untuk melihat deskriptif statistik data penelitian dan analisis bivariat dengan korelasi spearman rank dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 16 uji spearman-rank didapatkan p-value 0,013. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa physical activities sebagai faktor menurunkan anxiety pada lansia di Kota Malang

Abstract

Social interaction problems often arise in elementary school children as a result of various events, one of which is the influence of social development in the surrounding environment. Efforts to improve social interaction skills in elementary school children are carried out by providing group playdough activities, aimed at developing social skills and fostering awareness of the existence of others and their social environment. This study aims to evaluate the impact of playing with plasticine (playdough) in groups on the social interactions of elementary school children. The research design uses a Pre-Experimental approach with a One-Group Pre-Post Test Design. The population involved in this research included 47 elementary school children at EBF. Al-Amal Baucau, Timor-Leste, with sampling carried out using the Simple Random Sampling method, so that 42 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Data was collected through observation sheets, and data analysis was carried out using the Marginal Homogeneity test using SPSS software. The research results showed that before receiving group playdough therapy, the majority of respondents (81.0%) had social interaction in the low category. After receiving therapy, the majority of respondents (64.3%) showed improvement to the moderate category. The Marginal Homogeneity Test produces a p-value of (0.000) (0.05), there is a significant influence of group playdough on the social interactions of elementary school children at EBF. Al-Amal Baucau, Timor-Leste. Future researchers are advised to explore other therapies that can further improve social interactions in elementary school children.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a threat to all people in the world. High mortality and morbidity rates cause anxiety for most people. The purpose of this community service is to provide public knowledge in managing anxiety amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this community service is the lecture and discussion method. The target for this community service is 60 nursing professional students. The presentation of the material is carried out online through google meet. Anxiety is measured to find out how much anxiety is felt by students. Results. The results of measuring anxiety in nursing profession students found that most of the students had anxiety in the moderate category (55.00%). These results indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic has a real impact on student anxiety. This is due to the fear of being exposed to Covid-19 at any time. It is very important to carry out health education to the community to help the community overcome health problems or minimize the risk of health problems, including anxiety problems due to the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pressure from modern environment that many can lead to mental disorder. The mental disorders exist because it exceeds the individual psychological endurance. One healing efforts undertaken by the Mental Hospital is making the garden is good to motivate patients. However, in general the design of the garden is still monotonous and can only be enjoyed visually. Should the patient require the involvement of the experience of space, so it is necessary to reorder function better room like gardening area or play area. The purpose of this research is to create a healing garden design that can treat patients with mental disorders in the area of drug. The case study is applied to the area of drugs at the Mental Hospital Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. This is because garden have not potentially on healing in people with mental disorders by drugs. The research method is qualitative with a three-pronged approach, namely the science of architecture, agriculture, and health sciences. Architectural approaches that achieved with the design process begins with reviewing social issues, led to the idea-concept to realize the plans to get the site plan. Agricultural science approach to the choice of plants and processing, and health sciences approach to evaluate the existing design to patient involvement. Targets are resolved in this study is to examine the problems in the garden psychiatric hospital by producing a draft in the form of working drawings garden. The conclusion of this study is the concept of eco-friendly garden design according to user needs a mental hospital with the concept of healing gardens or garden or healing garden therapies that can improve the patient's recovery

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, the central government has given policies for all local governments so that the activity process is carried out from home. However, burnout can occur because this is a psychological symptom such as physical, emotional, mental fatigue and depression that can occur in worker. The purpose of the study was to determine the description of the potential for burnout of workers in employee at UNITRI during the pandemic. The research design used a quantitative description. The population of this study were all 35 employee staff at UNITRI with  purposive sampling, in order to obtain a research sample of 18 respondents. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive test. The results showed that almost all 15 respondents (83.3%) had moderate burnout potential. Future researchers are expected to conduct similar research by exploring the determinant factors of the potential for worker Burnouts.

Abstract

The online problems impact from online learning faced by students if not handled immediately will lead to the impact of mental disorders and psychosocial problems that are bigger and more serious. The aim of this study is to conducted early detection of mental disorders and psychosocial problems in nursing students who run online clinical practices during the COVID-19 pandemic at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang. This research uses descriptive research with a cross-sectional study approach. That is, data between the independent and dependent variables collected at the same time. The population in this study were all students at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang, class of 2016, as many as 276 people. Sampling in this study is the total sampling technique is the overall sampling technique. This research used Chi square analytics to test the hypothesis. Result of this study shows that gender is significantly associated with psychological problems (p = 0.038), while gender has no relationship with the use of psychoactive use (p = 0.789), and PTSD (p = 0.551). It is concluded that mental disorders and psychosocial problems (i.e., psychological problem, psychoactive use, PTSD and unidentified psychologicaly) were prevalent among nursing students who run online clinical practice at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. Students’ gender are associated with psychological problems, while has no associated with psychoactive use and PTSD. This study recommend that faculty authority, health professionals, and other professional related to mental health should play an important role for the prevention and earlier recognition of and intervention for psychosocial problems in nursing students who run online clinical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic.
