Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas proyek perluasan jalan Muara Padang-Muara Sugihan di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Infrastruktur jalan memainkan peran penting dalam menghubungkan daerah pedesaan dengan pusat-pusat ekonomi regional. Pembangunan jalan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan aksesibilitas, memfasilitasi pengangkutan produk pertanian dan perikanan, serta menurunkan biaya transportasi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, berdasarkan teori Gibson, untuk menilai efektivitas proyek. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas jalan sangat bergantung pada kondisi fisik jalan, yang membutuhkan pemeliharaan yang konsisten. Meskipun demikian, perluasan jalan secara signifikan meningkatkan aksesibilitas regional. Studi ini merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas bahan konstruksi, meningkatkan upaya pemeliharaan rutin, melibatkan masyarakat setempat, dan memperkuat strategi mitigasi risiko banjir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak peningkatan infrastruktur jalan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kecamatan Talang Kelapa, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Infrastruktur jalan yang memadai berperan penting dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi ekonomi, terutama di daerah strategis seperti Talang Kelapa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dengan data primer melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari sumber resmi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda dan teknik statistik lainnya, dibantu oleh software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas jalan secara signifikan meningkatkan perekonomian lokal, dengan dampak positif pada lapangan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat. Perbaikan infrastruktur juga meningkatkan akses ke layanan pendidikan dan kesehatan, serta menurunkan biaya transportasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perumusan kebijakan pembangunan infrastruktur yang efektif di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements have significantly impacted various fields, including marketing. This article examines the emergence of new technologies in the marketing industry and their influence on companies' strategies. The aim of this research is to develop a framework that understands the role and benefits of new technologies in shaping the future of marketing. In this study, researchers investigated various technologies that are on the rise in marketing, such as artificial intelligence, advanced data analytics, location-based marketing, and the application of blockchain technology in marketing campaigns. The researchers analyzed how these technologies have helped companies improve efficiency, target audiences more precisely, and create more personalized customer experiences. In addition, this article also discusses the challenges faced by companies in adopting and integrating new technologies in their marketing strategies. Technological advancements often bring new complexities and paradigm shifts, which can affect the way companies interact with consumers and the market as a whole. Therefore, the researcher proposes a framework that can help companies in understanding and addressing these challenges more effectively. The results of this research show that new technologies have opened up new opportunities in marketing, increased campaign creativity, optimized data management, and expanded brand reach globally. However, to take full advantage of the potential of this technology, companies must understand market shifts, consumer behavior, and industry trends. This article also explores how technology will further transform marketing, urging businesses to proactively adapt and integrate innovations.

Abstract

One of the challenges in construction activities is occupational safety. Every work process often involves the use of heavy equipment, heavy and dangerous building materials, and the height of the building structure, which can increase the risk of work accidents. The number of work accidents in the last five years shows a reasonably high increase, with 32% of work accidents in Indonesia coming from the construction sector. This study aims to identify potential hazards and risks of work accidents, conduct risk assessments, and provide control efforts for the dangers in the Al-Bakrie Grand Mosque construction project in Bandar Lampung. The method used is HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control). The hazard identification is based on literature studies, field observations, and interviews. Risk assessments are carried out to determine how high the risk is by filling out questionnaires by respondents, namely the frequency level questionnaire and the severity level questionnaire. The questionnaire was then processed using the severity index method and risk matrix sourced from PUPR Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The results of the analysis show that 35 hazard variables have the potential to cause work accidents. The risk assessment results obtained a low-risk category of 31 (88%) and a medium-risk category of 4 (12%). Control efforts must be carried out to eliminate or even reduce the risk of work accidents in the project by the control hierarchy, namely elimination, substitution, technical control, administrative control, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Abstract

This study aims to assemble cucumber strain candidates based on the diversity of fruit skin color. This research was conducted at Celeban Teaching Factory of Agricultural Development Polytechnic Yogyakarta-Magelang campus, Yogyakarta, Indonesia from February to June 2023. The research object consisted of two cucumber varieties as parental and two first derivatives or First Offspring lines from reciprocal crosses of two parental lines. The research method used a single-plant experiment by planting and observing each plant of the cross. The crossing was carried out by the double-cross method reciprocally to obtain two numbers of derivative plants, for each number planted as many as 80 plants so that there was a population of 160 derived plants and eight parental plants for each parental strain as a comparison. The parameters in this study included the intensity of green leaf color, the basic color of the fruit skin, the intensity degree of the basic color of the fruit skin, the tip shape of the fruit, the base form of the fruit and the cut of the crosscut fruit. The research’s results from the observed population obtained a diversity of fruit skin colors classified into 4 clusters of the candidate lines, namely bright yellow, bright green, medium green, and dark green fruit skin clusters.

Abstract

Penggunaan varietas unggul merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman bawang merah. Varietas merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bawang merah. Suatu varietas dikatakan adaptif terhadap kondisi lingkungannya apabila pertumbuhan dan produktivitasnya tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata dibandingkan dengan kinerjanya di daerah penanaman asalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi hasil beberapa varietas bawang merah di Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2024 di Kecamatan Kalasa, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan varietas (V): V1 = Katumi, V2 = Kuning, V3 = Pikatan, V4 = Gempita Agrihorti, V5 = Kramat 1, dan enam kali ulangan, sehingga diperoleh total 30 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Gempita Agrihorti (V4) menunjukkan parameter pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada umur 1-2 minggu setelah tanam (MST). Sementara itu, varietas Katumi (V1) secara konsisten menunjukkan kinerja terbaik pada beberapa parameter, meliputi bobot daun segar per rumpun, bobot biomassa segar per rumpun, bobot biomassa kering per rumpun, dan total padatan terlarut. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan varietas adaptif lain dan jenis pupuk yang cocok untuk budidaya di dataran rendah, seperti di Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

The morphological similarity of bulb characteristics among shallot varieties can determine the genetic relatedness between them, which is valuable for selecting potential parent varieties in plant breeding programs. This study utilized eight qualitative and three quantitative bulb morphological characteristics to analyze the relatedness of eleven elite shallot varieties in Indonesia. The aim of this research was to determine the genetic relatedness of eleven shallot varieties (Kuning, Gempita, Pikatan, Kramat-1, Pancasona, Katumi, Bima Brebes, Trisula, Violetta 1, Maja Cipanas, and Ambassador 2) based on the identification of eleven morphological bulb characteristics using the UPOV (2008. Relatedness analysis was conducted using cluster analysis with OriginPro 2022 software to determine similarity values that aid in data grouping. The results showed that at 0 - 25% morphological similarity, there were two main clusters; at 50% morphological similarity, there were seven sub-clusters; and at 75% morphological similarity, there were eleven clusters, each consisting of a single variety. Among the eleven shallot varieties, some exhibited high similarity values ranging from 61% to 71%, such as Gempita Agrihorti and Ambassador 2 Agrihorti, Violetta 1 Agrihorti, and Kramat 1. This high similarity may be due to the use of the same parent varieties, Maja Cipanas and Trisula, in the breeding process. Kata kunci: bawang merah, kekerabatan, karakter morfologi umbi.

Abstract

Cabai rawit galur RCR 22 merupakan cabai jenis Capsicum frutescens. Benih galur RCR 22 mengalami penghambatan dalam perkecambahan sehingga perlu dikaji mengenai cara pematahan dormansinya. KNO3 berfungsi sebagai stimulan fisiologis yang membantu memecahkan dormansi benih, mempercepat imbibisi air, dan merangsang metabolisme dalam proses perkecambahan. Kajian dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari efek perendaman KNO3 terhadap tingkat perkecambahan benih cabai RCR 22. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu konsentrasi KNO3 (0, 2,5 /l, 5 g/l, dan 7,5 g/l sebagai faktor pertama dan lama perendaman (1 detik, 30 menit dan 60 menit sebagai faktor kedua. Perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Data diuji menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Jika hasil menunjukkan pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test pada taraf 5%. Perlakuan KNO3 2,5 gr/l dan durasi perendaman 60 menit menunjukkan adanya interaksi nyata dan menunjukkan hasil terbaik dengan rerata tertinggi pada beberapa variabel, yaitu kecepatan tumbuh sebesar 3,33%, indeks vigor 34,00%, keserempakan tumbuh 46,44%, daya berkecambah 86,67%, tinggi tanaman 8,97 cm, dan panjang akar 7,87 cm

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh zeolit di lahan suboptimal terhadap kemampuan menahan lengas tanah dan hasil dua varietas bawang merah. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kebun Sempu, Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Oktober Desember 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor 1 sebagai main plot adalah varietas bawang merah (B) yang terdiri : Crok kuning (B1) dan Bima Brebes (B2). Faktor 2 sebagai sub plot adalah Takaran Zeolit ( Z ) yang terdiri : 0 ton.ha-1 (Z0), 5 ton.ha-1 (Z1), 10 ton.ha-1 (Z2), 15 ton.ha-1 (Z3) dan 20 ton.ha-1 (Z4). Faktor 3 sebagai Sub sub plot adalah ukuran Zeolit (P), yang terdiri : 10 mesh (P1), 20 mesh (P2), dan 40 mesh (P3), Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar lengas (titik layu permanen, kapasitas lapangan, kemampuan menahan lengas tanah), tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per rumpun, bobot segar umbi dan daun per hektar, bobot kering jemur matahari per hektar, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun. Data tanah dianalisis deskriptif dan data tanaman dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan DMRT 5 %.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan takaran Zeolit secara deskriptif mampu meningkatkan kadar lengas (titik layu permanen, kapasitas lapang dan kemampuan menahan lengas tanah). Perlakuan takaran zeolit nyata berinteraksi dengan varietas. Peningkatan takaran zeolit terhadap varietas nyata berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar umbi dan daun per hektar, bobot kering jemur matahari per hektar, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun.

Abstract

This research was aimed to study the effected moringa leaf extract to productivity and quality of shallot. The research was implemented at Sendangtirto, Berbah, Sleman for AugustDecember 2018. The research used random block design by 3 replications. The treatment was concentration of moringa leaf extract (K) i.e K0= control (0 %), K1= 2 %, K2= 4 %, K3= 6% dan K4= 8 %. Observation was conducted to plant height 2-5 week after planting, leaves number 2-5 week after planting, bulb number, fresh and dry weight per clumps, fresh and dry weight per cluster, fresh and dry bulb weight per hectare, weight of save bulb, bulb diameter harvest index and total dissolved solids. The data obtained was analysed by variance analysis with 5% level of significance. The results of research showed that increased the increasing concentration of moringa leaf extract didnt affected significantly to productivity and quality of shallot, except affected significantly to leaf number 3 and 5 weeks after planting.
