Abstract

Kegiatan ekonomi sektor informal, salah satunya adalah perdagangan kakilima, di kota-kota besar di Indonesia berkembang sangat pesat. Terlebih salama krisis moneter yang menyebabkan banyak terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Hal ini pada gilirannya menambah pengangguran baru. Dalam usahanya untuk tetap mempertahankan kehidupan, banyak pekerja yang terkena PHK menjadi pedagang kakilima (PKL). Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai gambaran PKL yang beroperasi di Kota Bogor maka penelitian dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghitung besarnya omzet dan karakteristik PKL di Kota Bogor. Dengan diketahuinya omzet dan karakteristik PKL tersebut diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran keberadaan PKL dari sisi opportunity cost-nya yang dapat menjadi bahan masukan kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam menata PKL agar lebih baik lagi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metoda survei secara non-acak melalui metoda pengambilan sampel purposive. Yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah PKL yang berjualan pakaian, makanan-minuman, koran-majalah, barang dari kulit, plat dan barang cetakan, mainan anak, buah-buahan dan rokok. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai tengah dan simpang bakunya untuk kemudian ditarik kesimpulan umum mengenai jumlah PKL menurut jenis di Kota Bogor dan jumlah omzet yang beredar dalam waktu tertentu. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah uang yang beredar di sektor PKL berkisar antara Rp. 8 miliar sampai dengan Rp. 40 miliar per bulan. Sementara alasan terbesar menjadi PKL adalah karena desakan kebutuhan hidup, tidak ada pekerjaan lain dan akibat korban PHK. Mereka umumnya sudah bekerja menjadi PKL lebih dari 3 tahun, dengan tanggungan rata-rata 2,6 orang. Berdasarkan asal domisili, PKL kota Bpgpr mayoritas berasal dari Jawa Barat (71%). Dalam kegiatan shari-harinya mereka biasanya dikenakan pungutan liar sebesar Rp. 6.000,- per hari termasuk biaya sampah/kebersihan yang dibayarkan kepada petugas kebersihan.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of libraries in supporting the implementation of Tri Dharma in Higher Education is very important, as the heart in the human body, the library is the heart of an Higher Education. Therefore, libraries in tertiary institutions must be able to provide library materials needed by the users (students and academics) in accordance with the university program where they take shelter through the use of collections. Collection is the main element in a library, because with the availability of collections, library functions can be carried out in meeting information needs. Whether or not the quality and quantity of a library collection can be measured one of them through citation analysis. By using a citation analysis illustrated and explained how often a scientific work (student thesis) majoring in PAI at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training is quoted from the library collection. This type of research is a library research (research library) using a descriptive qualitative approach, which is describing events / problems as they are by looking at, reading and analyzing the citation collections of students majoring in PAI Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching UIN Imam Bonjol in 2017. The research results show citation analysis results from the use of thesis collections in the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang show that the cited list of educational books and Islamic education is well categorized and fulfilled, although there are a number of Islamic religion books categorized as less fulfilled.Keywords: Evaluation, Collection, Citation AnalysisAbstrak : Peran perpustakaan dalam menunjang terlaksananya Tri Dharma di Perguruan Tinggi sangatlah penting, sebagaimana jantung dalam tubuh manusia, perpustakaan merupakan jantung dari suatu Perguruan Tinggi. Oleh karena itu perpustakaan di perguruan tinggi harus dapat menyediakan bahan pustaka yang dibutuhkan oleh pemakainya (mahasiswa dan civitas akademika) sesuai dengan program perguruan tinggi tempatnya bernaung melalui pemanfaatan koleksi. Koleksi merupakan unsur utama dalam perpustakaan, karena dengan tersedianya koleksi maka fungsi perpustakaan dapat dilaksanakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Baik tidaknya kualitas dan kuantitas suatu koleksi perpustakaan dapat di ukur salah satunya melalui analisis sitasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis sitasi tergambar dan terjelaskan seberapa sering suatu karya ilmiah (skripsi mahasiswa) jurusan PAI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan disitir dari koleksi perpustakaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library riset) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mengambarkan kejadian/masalah apa adanya dengan cara melihat, membaca dan menganalisis sitiran koleksi skripsi mahasiswa jurusan PAI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Imam Bonjol tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menujukkan dari hasil analisis sitasi dari pemanfaatan koleksi skripsi di perpustakaan Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang menunjukan bahwa daftar pustaka yang disitir yaitu buku-buku pendidikan dan pendidikan Islam terkategori baik dan terpenuhi, walaupun ada beberapa buku Agama Islam yang terkategori kurang terpenuhi.Kata kunci : Evaluasi, Koleksi, Analisis Sitasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan StrategiPromosi Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Outsourcing Pada PT. Bintang Perkasa Surya WidyaLaksana.Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuantitatif, tahap uji yangdilakukan adalah: Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi,uji multikolinearitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan uji koefisiendeterminasi (R2). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kusioner, dan data valid yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 62 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel padapenelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Alat bantu pengujian yang digunakanadalah SPSS Versi 25.0, 2019.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) memiliki pengaruhnilai signifikansi sebesar 0,035 0,05 dan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,154 1,660) maka dapatdinyatakan variabel X1 memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap KepuasanPelanggan (Y), variabel Harga (X2) memiliki pengaruh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 0,05 danthitung lebih besar dari ttabel (7,750 1,660) maka dapat dinyatakan variabel X2 memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), variabel Strategi Promosi (X3)memiliki pengaruh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 0,05 dan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (5,102 1,660) maka dapat dinyatakan variabel X3 memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsialterhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) dan variabel X1, X2 dan X3 memiliki pengaruh nilai signifikansisebesar 0,000 0,05 dan Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (444,869 2,753) maka dapat dinyatakanvariabel X1, X2 dan X3 memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap KepuasanPelanggan (Y) serta variabel X1, X2 dan X3 memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar95,60% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 4,40% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti variabel biaya, tempat,distribusi, emosional dan lain lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini..Kesimpulan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Strategi Promosi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Outsourcing Pada PT. Bintang Perkasa Surya WidyaLaksana.

Abstract

PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) is a company engaged in Banking Services and has a variety of products and services such as; Savings Products, Credit Cards, Credit Facilities, Banking Transaction Services, Cash Management Services, Bancassurance, Bank Guarantees, Export Import Facilities, Foreign Exchange Facilities and Electronic Banking. BCA experienced fluctuations in Return On Assets (ROA), Asset Structure Variables, and Capital Structure Variables (DER) in Quarters 1, 2,3, and 4. From 2014 to 2021, Variable Size increased in succession from 2014 to 2021. Research Objectives : Analyzing the effect of Profitability (Return On Assets) on Capital Structure (DER), Asset Structure on Capital Structure, Company Size (Size) on Capital Structure (DER), and Profitability (Return On Assets (ROA), Asset Structure and Company Size ( Size) jointly affects Capital Structure (DER). Novelty (Novelty): Based on several previous studies, several factors whose results are inconsistent so need to be reviewed. The author chooses Profitability (ROA), Asset Structure, and Company Size as independent variables , which affects Capital Structure as the dependent variable Research Methods: The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and uses an SPSS 23 software for windows Conclusion: BCA can generate sufficient profit to finance its operations, and does not need to increase the amount of debt so as to prioritize internal funding through retained earnings and maintain a low debt ratio. In addition, companies must balance the benefits of using debt and the costs incurred to achieve an optimal capital structure.Keywords— Asset Structure, Company Size, Capital Structure, andReturn On Assets

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of firm size, ROA, and leverage on the capital structure of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this research includes all food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 reporting period. The results were obtained both simultaneously and partially. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, resulting in 18 companies as research samples. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS, where the data were tested with the coefficient of determination test (R²), F-test, and t-test at a 5% significance level (0.05). In addition, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and classical assumption tests were also conducted, including tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The SPSS output showed that the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic was 0.132, with residual data having a significance value of Asymp. Tolerance for the three independent variables greater than 0.10, and VIF values below 10, indicating no multicollinearity. The significance values for the independent variables were X₁ (size) = 0.338, X₂ (ROA) = 0.201, and X₃ (leverage) = 0.183. The Durbin-Watson (DW) statistic was 1.873, compared to the Durbin-Watson significance table with N = 90 and three independent variables (K = 3). The regression coefficient (β₁) was 0.003. The regression coefficient (β₂) was 0.042. The R² (R Square) value was 0.937. Variable X₁ (size) had a t-value of 0.084 < t table 0.67735 and a significance value (Sig.) of 0.933 > 0.05. Variable X₂ (ROA) had a t-value of 0.442 < t table 0.67735 and a significance value (Sig.) of 0.659 > 0.05. Variable X₃ (leverage) had a t-value of 10.490 < t table 0.67735.

Abstract

Using corporate governance as a moderating variable, this study attempts to examine the effects of firm size, institutional ownership, family ownership, and gender diversity on tax aggression. This study uses quantitative methods. The IDX-registered mining and CPO enterprises make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed by the researcher to choose the sample gathering strategy. Through documentation and a review of the literature, the researcher gathered data for this investigation. The data analysis approach employs hypothesis testing, data quality testing, and descriptive statistics based on the goals of the research. The study's findings provide important new information about the variables influencing tax aggressiveness in the corporate setting. First, the study shows that tax aggression is highly influenced by the size of the company. Second, corporate tax aggression is significantly shaped by institutional ownership. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that family ownership affects tax aggression. Findings, however, indicate that management decisions about tax aggressiveness are not significantly impacted by gender diversity. It's interesting to note that the effects of corporate governance differ according to the independent variables that are measured. Corporate governance cannot increase the impact of gender diversity or family ownership on tax aggression, but it also cannot increase the impact of firm size. Corporate governance, however, has the power to amplify institutional ownership. These findings provide in-depth insight into the complexity of factors that influence tax aggressiveness practices in companies and can be a basis for developing management strategies and company policies in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the impact of digital marketing and celebrity endorsers on consumer purchasing interest in Wardah Brand Products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling and the number of samples in this research is 110 respondents. The data were analyzed using Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results of this research show that digital marketing and celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in Wardah Brand Products. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers who will study similar problems.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Job characteristics on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency (2) Organizational culture on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency (3) Quality of superior-subordinate interaction on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency (4) Job characteristics, organizational culture and Quality of superior-subordinate interaction together on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency as many as 44 people. The technique in taking this sample used the total sampling technique (overall sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the population is less than 100, the entire population is used as a research sample. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job characteristics have a significant positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency (2) Organizational culture has a positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency (3) The quality of superior-subordinate interaction has a positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency (4) Job characteristics, organizational culture and the quality of superior-subordinate interaction together have a positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membuat pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan implementasi pemasaran pengrajin kain untuk meningkatkan omzet usaha di Indonesia. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bersifat partisipatif, di mana pengrajin kain tidak hanya menjadi objek pengamatan, tetapi juga mitra dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan meningkatkan omzet usaha. Pelatihan pemasaran pengrajin kain untuk meningkatkan omzet usaha sangat penting untuk dilakukan dan dalam masa depan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keuntungan usaha. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai latihan pemahaman mengenai pemasaran digital dan pengembangan produk.

Abstract

The study looks at the link between salary, job satisfaction and employee performance in an SME in Demak Regency, Indonesia. Employing quantitative methods and multiple linear regression, information was collected using a census approach on 100 workers from CV Soerasi Mandiri. Results support that employee performance is strongly influenced by both their salary and job satisfaction. Salary motivates people from the outside by making them feel the job is fair and inspiring them to try harder, yet job satisfaction helps people work harder, feel happier and value their organization. Because the adjusted R² value is 0.779, these two variables, together, explain much of the differences in performance. These results underscore the practical importance of compensation and workplace satisfaction in sustaining individual productivity, especially in business environments that rely on high employee responsiveness, brand representation, and service quality. The study offers actionable insights for human resource management practices in dynamic sectors, including those increasingly shaped by digital interaction and consumer-facing roles.
