Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana kualitas dari layanan (E-Service Quality) beserta layanan pengaduan (e-recovery service) yang ditawarkan oleh TikTok Shop dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan (E-Satisfaction) dan loyalitas (E-Loyalty) penggunanya. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, riset dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 400 responden Kota Batam yang pernah menggunakan TikTok Shop, dengan rentang usia dari 12 tahun hingga dewasa. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan layanan pengaduan berpengaruh penting terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna. Semakin baiknya kualitas yang ditawarkan oleh TikTok Shop, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, TikTok Shop harus senantiasa mempertahankan kualitas layanan serta pengaduannya agar pengguna selalu senang dan puas untuk melakukan pembelanjaan melalui TikTok Shop.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bulan Ramadhan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kepedulian social di lingkungan masyarakat. Seorang dosen mempunyai tugas pengajaran, penelitian dan juga pengabdian Masyarakat, dalam Pengabdian masyarakat dituntut dapat menselaraskan dengan kegiatan positif yang tepat sasaran sesuai dengan kepentingan. Sekolah Islam Nabilah Batam, dalam hal ini di bulan Ramadhan mengadakan Kunjungan dan Bakti Sosial ke Muallaf Center Hinterland di bawah Yayasan Batam Cendikia Madani, yang ada di Jambatan III Barelang, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau, pada hari Rabu, tanggal 12 April 2023 yang diikuti oleh 1 Direksi Sekolah Islam Nabilah, 10 Pengurus NPS ( Nabilah Peduli Sesama) dan guru serta 5 dosen UNIBA. Bantuan yang diberikan sejumlah 40 paket sembako dan uang Rp 50.000 x 40 orang mualaf di Mualaf Center. Kunjungan ini dengan tujuan membangun silaturahim dan memberikan bantuan sembako dan uang sebagai bentuk kepedulian social. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kunjungan Bakti Sosial ke lokasi. Dengan Kunjungan ini kita dapat meringankan beban pembiayaan hidup dan juga memberikan pengarahan keislaman dari tim Sekolah Islam Nabilah kepada saudara seiman di Muallaf Center, Jembatan III Barelang, Pulau Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Kata Kunci: Bakti Sosial, Kepedulian Sosial, Muallaf Center ABSTRACT The month of Ramadan has a positive impact on social awareness in the community. A lecturer has the duties of teaching, research and also community service. In community service, he is required to be able to align it with positive activities that are right on target according to his interests. Nabilah Batam Islamic School, in this case in the month of Ramadhan, held a Visit and Social Service to the Hinterland Muallaf Center under the Batam Cendikia Madani Foundation, which is at Bridge III Barelang, Batam City, Riau Islands, on Wednesday, April 12 2023 which was attended by 1 Director of the Nabilah Islamic School, 10 NPS (Nabilah Cares for Others) administrators and teachers and 5 UNIBA lecturers. The assistance provided was 40 basic food packages and IDR 50,000 x 40 converts at the Mualaf Center. This visit was aimed at building friendship and providing basic food assistance and money as a form of social concern. The method used is a Social Service Visit to the location. With this visit we can ease the burden of living expenses and also provide Islamic guidance from the Nabilah Islamic School team to fellow believers at the Muallaf Center, Jembatan III Barelang, Batam Island, Riau Islands. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this program is how to increase the knowledge and understanding of teachers at SLTP Negeri 26 Batam about research methodologies and improve the ability of teachers at SLTP Negeri 26 Batam in making research proposals specifically research class actions. The method used is to give lectures and presentations on the theory of research methodology to teachers at SLTP Negeri 26 Batam and provide a tutorial on how to make research proposals ranging from title making to research methodology. The results achieved in this program are participants having knowledge about making action research proposal. In addition, participants have also been able to understand the scope of the research proposal and the Participants have also been able to make research proposals specifically classroom action research. Keywords: Training, Research Methodology, Classroom Action Research   Abstrak.   Tujuan dari program ini adalah Bagaimana meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman guru di SLTP Negeri 26 Batam tentang metodologi penelitian serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru di SLTP Negeri 26 dalam membuat proposal penelitian khususnya pebnelitian tindakan kelas. Abstract

In the digital age, Generation Z (Gen Z) is deeply engaged with technology. This study explores Gen Z's motivations for excessive internet use, focusing on social media. Interviews with eight students showed that social media is used mainly for entertainment, communication, and social interaction, with Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp being the most popular. The research highlights financial and time management challenges affecting academic productivity. It provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and mental health professionals to address the benefits and challenges of Gen Z's digital lives.

Abstract

The design of roads and other constructions requires attention to the subgrade. In Indonesia, clay soils are quite common and tend to have low bearing capacity. To increase the bearing capacity of clay soils, it is necessary to carry out soil improvement and stabilization measures. Soil stabilization can be done by adding stabilizing materials such as lime and marble powder. Before stabilizing the soil, it is necessary to test soil characteristics such as testing water content, unit weight, Atterberg limit, specific gravity, sieve analysis and hydrometer. This research was carried out to obtain the most optimum composition of the stabilization mixture. This research used lime additives with compositions of 1.5% and 3%, respectively, marble powder was added with compositions of 3%, 6% and 9%. After that, a compaction test is carried out to determine the optimum water content and maximum dry weight. After getting the results from the compaction test, the soil bearing capacity can be analyzed using the Unconfined Compression Test. The test results showed that the addition of 3% lime and 9% marble powder resulted in a significant increase in compressive strength and shear strength values in clay soil. Closed-molded test specimens show an increasing trend in compressive strength values better than open-molded specimens.

Abstract

The purposive of this study to determine the influence of third-party funds and capital adequacy ratio to profitabilitas at Bank Riau Kepri Batam city. The data usedin this research is secondary data such as monthly financial statement Bank Riau Kepri Batam city for a periodof five years from 2012 to 2016. The sample used probability sampling method in which all of the population has a chance to be a sample of 60 observations. The method of analys in this study using multiplelinier regression. The result showed that the partial of third-party funds and significant effect on profitabilitas of 0,000 and capital adequacy ratio significant on profitabilitas of 0,013. Simultaneously, third-party funds and capital adequacy ratio significantly positif on profitabilitas. Rated R Square of 81,0%. this shows the value of variabel third-party funds and capital adequacy ratio are able to explain the profitabilitas amounted to 81,0%.

Abstract

Matahari Department Store is a retail company in Indonesia which is the owner of a department store chain. The Sun became one of the most famous shopping malls in Indonesia provides convenience for the public to shop all needs. this research aims to know the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction towards the promotion of PT Matahari Department Store Keprimall. The samples on this research as much as 100 respondents using the technique of sampling accidental sampling. As for the variables used the quality of the products (X 1), promotion (X 2) as free and customer satisfaction variable (Y) as a variable. Technique of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression method. The results of this study showed that the quality of the products, the promotion of a positive effect towards customer satisfaction in PT Matahari Department Store.

Abstract

More modern market make it easy for consumers for fulfil his life needs. Swalayan is a form of modern market that are much in demand by consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and place on purchasing decisions. Where independent variables are price and place, influence purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population used in this study is the consumer of Swalayan Jodoh Center Batam, with a sample of 100 respondents used as consumers of Swalayan Jodoh Center Batam. The sampling method uses purposive sampling methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient (R2), f test and t test. The data from this study were processed using SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study are price has a negative and not significant influence on purchasing decisions, place has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneous results, price and place have a significant influence on Swalayan Jodoh Center Batam purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Business developments In the era of globalization, led to the increasingly fierce competition among the competitors. in the face of the company should be able to improve its performance in a move to penetrate the market. In order for the company's targets to be realized, competent human resources are needed in increasing the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique for this research is non probability sampling with quantitative analysis methods. The sample used in this study were 259 respondents from PT Jovan Technologies in Batam City and the data were collected through questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the t test show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that compensation, work discipline and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Smartphones today are a mandatory requirement for everyone. Because it becomes a necessity, there is a lot of demand and supply in the community, because there are many enthusiasts there are also many manufacturers of competition in the world of communication tools. This research is a descriptive quantitative study to determine whether the brand image, product quality, word of mouth, on the purchasing decision of Samsung in Batam city. The population in this study are consumers who buy Samsung. The sample used is purposive sampling with lemeshow formula which has 100 respondents and is processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science). The partial test results show that the brand image variable is not significant to the purchase decision, while the product quality and word of mouth variables are significant to the purchase decision. And the results of simultaneous testing of Brand Image, Product Quality, Word Of Mout have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.
