Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi serta era globalisasi pada saat sekarang ini, sudah terlihat jelas bahwa terjadinya pergeseran nilai-nilai moral disebabkan antara lain salah dalam memahami dan menggunakan teknologi yang berakibat negatif dalam prilaku manusia itu sendiri sehinggah terjadinya pergeseran moral yang baik menjadi tidak baik terkhusus dilembaga-lembaga pendidikan yang menjadi cikal bakal generasi penerus bangsa ini Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui materi pendidikan agama islam yang disampaikan ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung di SMP Raden Rahmat Wonokromo Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran  pendidikan agama Islam kepada siswa, mengetahui kondisi moral siswa secara objektif, mengetahui usaha dari optimalisasi pendidikan agama islam terhadap pembentukan moral siswa dan mengetahui problem yang dihadapi dan upaya dari pemecahannya. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bahwa keadaan moral siswa diketahui tergolong sangat baik berarti pendidikan agama islam sangat berperan penting terhadap pembentukan moral siswa.

Abstract

Morphology plays a crucial role in students' language acquisition. This study delves into the distinctions between inflectional and derivational morphemes, aiming to enhance comprehension of these concepts. By investigating word creation processes and observed alterations, the study illustrates the profound impact of prefixes and suffixes on words, shedding light on their significance in language learning. Students frequently require clarification when distinguishing between inflectional and derivational morphemes during learning. To enhance comprehension of this subject, this present study initially investigated the definitions and subcategories of these two terms outlined in various literary sources. Next, it provided a concise overview of the critical distinctions between inflectional and derivational morphemes. These analyses aim to determine the word created by derivational morphemes, the word formed by inflectional morphemes, the process by which the specified word is formed, and the types of observed alterations. The author implements the descriptive qualitative approach. It will discover that each morpheme possesses its function and influences the base word's meaning, word class, or grammatical function. This study illustrates the impact of prefixes and suffixes on words.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of instructing derivational and inflectional morphemes at SMP Al Islah Surabaya to improve students' comprehension and its application to the English language. It aims to enhance students' vocabulary acquisition, reading comprehension, and writing skills by employing an effective curriculum and specific instructional methodologies. The present study employs a mixed-methods methodology, integrating quantitative language proficiency evaluations with qualitative observations of classroom interactions and student remarks. Initial results suggest that providing direct guidance on derivational and inflectional morphemes substantially impacts students' linguistic proficiency and apply grammatical principles with greater effectiveness. It emphasizes the significance of including morphology education in the language learning curriculum. It offers practical suggestions for teachers to cultivate a more profound morphology awareness among SMP Al Islah students and improve English language competency.

Abstract

Abstract. This community service activity is motivated by the rapid advancement of AI in education and the need for teachers to adapt to changing times. Many teachers are still unprepared and less responsive in utilizing AI optimally. Teachers’ understanding and digital skills need to be balanced with digital etiquette. The use of AI is not only about technical proficiency but also ethical considerations. Training on optimizing AI as a learning assistant should be accompanied by digital etiquette intervention. The aim of this community service is to improve teachers’ understanding and skills in using AI, as well as to integrate digital etiquette into teaching practices. The community service method used is the drill and practice model with the ORPAER cycle (observe, reflect, plan, action, evaluation, reflect). The results show an increase in the integration of AI in terms of teachers’ understanding and skills in learning activities. Additionally, teachers’ awareness of digital etiquette when utilizing AI has also improved. Teachers’ digital etiquette needs to be nurtured and developed. This community service succeeded in enhancing teachers’ proficiency both technically and ethically. Teachers need to participate in similar training and continuously improve their understanding, including practical ethics. As role models for digital etiquette, teachers must possess responsibility and morality in utilizing AI. Ethics apply not only in the virtual world but also in the real world. Abstrak. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya kemajuan AI di bidang pendidikan dan kebutuhan guru untuk adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Banyak guru yang masih belum siap dan sigap memanfaatkan AI secara optimal. Pemahamana, keterampilan digital guru perlu diimbangi dengan etiket digital. Pemanfaatan AI tidak sekedar kecakapan teknis tetapi juga etis. Pelatihan optimaliasi AI sebagai asisten pembelajaran perlu diintervensi dengan etiket digital. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan AI serta mengintegrasikan etiket digital dalam praktik pembelajaran. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakna adalah model drill and practices dengan menggukan siklus ORPAER (observe, reflect, plan, action, evaluation, reflect). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pada integrasi AI pada aspek pemahaman dan keterampilan AI dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu kesadaran guru terhadap etiket digital dalam memanfaatkan AI juga meningkat. Etiket digital guru perlu ditumbuhkembangkan. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berhasil meningkatkan kecakapan guru dari segi teknis dan etis. Guru perlu mengikuti pelatihan sejenis dan meningkatkan pemahamannya secara berkelanjutan, termasuk etika praktis. Guru berperan sebagai teladan etiket digital maka guru harus memiliki tanggung jawab dan moral dalam memanfaatkan AI. Etika tidak hanya di dunia maya tetapi juga di dunia nyata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan multimedia interaktif Articulate storyline dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN [nama sekolah/sebutkan jika relevan], dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 32 orang.  Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, hanya 28,13% peserta didik yang mencapai ketuntasan, meskipun terjadi peningkatan dari pertemuan pertama (59,89%) ke pertemuan kedua (65,15%). Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan signifikan: 71,80% peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan dengan rata-rata capaian 83,30%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Articulate storyline efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa. Perbaikan strategi pembelajaran melalui refleksi antar siklus berperan penting dalam pencapaian hasil yang optimal. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa penerapan dua siklus pembelajaran dapat mendukung pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

This community service initiative took place at Pondok An Nahdloh, an Islamic boarding institution in Selangor, Malaysia, particularly serving the educational requirements of children of Indonesian migrant workers. Despite the integration of religious and general language training, students encounter difficulties in acquiring derivational and inflectional morphemes due to linguistic interference, inconsistent pedagogical approaches, and restricted access to resources. To address these issues, the project applied a multilingual and contextualized teaching approach that incorporated contrastive analysis, translanguaging strategies, and the use of familiar cultural and religious contexts. Materials suitable for various age groups were created, comprising interactive games, organized exercises, and digital resources like flashcards, quizzes, and augmented reality experiences. Furthermore, capacity-building workshops were conducted for educators and community people to guarantee sustainability. The project results indicated higher student skill in morpheme application, heightened motivation for language acquisition, and improved teacher effectiveness in providing consistent instruction. This approach cultivated a sustainable language learning environment, enhanced community engagement, and advanced the overall empowerment of the pesantren.

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities for early childhood education. However, many Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) in Indonesia still face limitations in utilizing digital media for learning. This community service project aimed to develop and implement an AI-based educational game, “Si Robot Pintar,” designed to improve children’s critical thinking and foster positive character traits through Islamic values. The research used the ADDIE development model, involving needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The program was carried out in three pesantren in East Java, engaging early childhood students, teachers, and parents. Results showed significant improvements in children’s problem-solving ability, creativity, and character building, especially in honesty, cooperation, and responsibility. Teachers and parents also reported greater engagement and easier facilitation of learning. This project demonstrates that integrating AI technology with Islamic education can provide an effective and innovative approach to strengthening early childhood education in pesantren.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Gawai merupakan media komunikasi yang tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak positif, melainkan juga negatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kecanduan gawai terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan didukung metode korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data berupa kuesioner/angket yang disusun menjadi butir-butir pertanyaan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada TK Dharma Wanita dan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0.3 berada pada rentang 0.5 - 0.7 pada setiap butir pertanyaan. Selanjutnya uji reliabilitas yang diperoleh pada variabel perilaku kecanduan gawai dan perkembangan bahasa sebesar 0.776 dan 0.771 dengan kategori tinggi, sehingga butir pertanyaan pada instrumen penelitian dinyatakan valid dan reabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana, hasil yang diperoleh yakni perilaku kecanduan gawai berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini dengan total pengaruh 20.7% di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi guru dan orangtua dalam mendidik anak usia dini di era digital.ABSTRACT : Gadgets are communication media that not only have positive but also negative impacts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of device addiction behavior on early childhood language development in Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research supported by a correlational method using random sampling techniques. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire / questionnaire which is arranged into item questions using a Likert scale. The research instrument used had passed the validity and reliability test at TK Dharma Wanita and was declared valid with a significance value greater than 0.3 in the range 0.5 - 0.7 on each question item. Furthermore, the reliability test obtained on the variable of device addiction behavior and language development was 0.776 and 0.771 with the high category, so that the questions on the research instrument were declared valid and reliable. This study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques, the results obtained are that device addiction has a negative effect on language development in early childhood with a total effect of 20.7% in Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is expected to be used as a source of information for teachers and parents in educating early childhood in the digital era.

Abstract

Bullying in early childhood is a serious issue that negatively affects children’s social and emotional development. At this stage, children may act either as perpetrators or victims, both of which can influence character formation, emotional regulation, the ability to build social relationships, and the development of prosocial behavior. This study aims to examine the relationship between bullying behavior and social-emotional development in early childhood. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed. The sample consisted of 398 early childhood students from one early childhood education institution, selected through a total sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Spearman’s correlation test, cross-tabulation, and ordinal logistic regression. The findings indicate that most children fall into the low category of bullying and the moderate-to-high category of social-emotional development. Spearman’s correlation test revealed a significant positive relationship between bullying and social-emotional development (p = 0.001; r = 0.177). Furthermore, ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that social-emotional development significantly affects the level of bullying (p = 0.007; parameter estimate = 2.818). These results suggest that bullying behavior is significantly associated with the social-emotional development of early childhood students.
