Abstract

MSME Tirtasari Raka Rayi, owned by a housewife, started a business in early 2020 that produces healthy drinks. The healthy drink produced are suitable for all ages by utilizing natural ingredients derived from agricultural products. They are called Sarkajo, Jeniper Mint, Sarkurma and Sargunies. During the Covid-19 pandemic, people's movements for outdoor activities is limited. It effects in a tremendous on all life aspects, including the economic activities of Tirtasari Raka Rayi MSMEs. In sales, the partner depends on incoming orders and still use offline or direct selling. On the other hand, the business legality is not owned by the partners. The method used by the community service team is personal assistance to partners who are housewives, such as product and marketing innovation and business legality. MSME Tirtasari Raka Rayi got the following results: 1) product innovations other than healthy drinks. It is frozen food: a) steamed and fried race chicken, b) gepuk beef, c) firecracker lungs; 2) online marketing of healthy drinks and frozen food products using social media: Whats Apps and Instagram; 3) business legality as an entrepreneur: Entrepreneurial Registration Number (NIB) and Small Medium Business License (IUMK). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the pandemic period is an opportunity for partners who are housewives. The opportunity is to improve and develop the busess by adapting and innovating. Thus, the Covid 19 pandemic is a challenge and opportunity for MSME business development.

Abstract

BUMDes Subur Makmur sendiri berada di dusun santren desa pulorejo kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Jombang yang memiliki banyak unit usaha dan salah satunya yakni unit usaha Kebon Dolanan. Unit Usaha ini dikelola oleh remaja karang taruna desa Pulorejo yang berfokus pada pengenalan permainan tradisional lewat outbond. Hanya saja sampai ini masih banyak kendala yang membuat unit Kebon Dolanan belum menunjukkan adanya perkembangan yang signifikan. berkaitan dengan Manajemen usaha yang berupa manajemen SDM belum dijalankan mitra dengan baik, Selain itu pemahaman serta ketrampilan SDM berkaitan dengan tugas sebagai fasilitator outbont masih minim, belum memaksimalkan media teknologi informasi sebagai sarana promosi dalam pemasarannya dan fasilitas permainan yang terbatas. tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Pertama, meningkatkan kapasitas layanan baik melalui; 1) Pelatihan Training Of Trainer; 2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan Pemasaran; 3) Pendampingan penyusunan Company Profile; 4) Penambahan Produk layanan berupa permainan tradisional dan peralatan outbond; 5) Menciptakan lingkungan yang menarik di kebun dolanan. Program ini menghasilkan: 1) Peningkatkan kemampuan menjadi fasilitator sebesar 87,%; 2) Meningaktnya pemahaman pemasaran sebesar 62% ; 3) Pengunjung yang melakukan reservasi meningkat sampai 45 % dibanding sebelumnya; 4) Bertambahnya fasilitas permainan sebanyak 5 Permainan; 5) Bertambahnya spot-spot menarik di Kebon Dolanan.

Abstract

Golden Indonesia 2045 marks a historic moment when Indonesia age reaches 100 years. The Minister of PANRB noted that the country will experience a demographic bonus with 70% of productive age population and 30% of non-productive age. The demographic peak bonus is estimated to occur in the 2030s, where 68% of Indonesia's population will be productive age. This opportunity demands an important role from the younger generation, which is expected to bring positive changes to Indonesia. Adolescence is a unique period, namely the transition period for children to adulthood. Physically they are healthy, but there are several groups who have emotional risks and free associations such as smoking, alcohol, health problems, sexuality, violence, and so on. Bulangkulon Village located in Benjeng District, Gresik Regency is not free from adolescent health problems, one of which is that there are several adolescents who experience serious health problems including stroke, hypertension, cholesterol, gout, and kidney failure and even death. The purpose of community service activities is to increase the effectiveness of Karang Taruna Prabumerjaya Youth Posyandu organization with the Development of Youth Posyandu Management in Bulangkulon Village by the cadre formation of Bulangkulon Village Posyandu members and to improve the quality of healthy life of Bulangkulon Village teenagers. The methods used in community service activities include: a) preparation stage, b) implementation of training stage for Youth Posyandu cadres and Karang Taruna Prabumerjaya to be able in using health equipment and c) evaluation stage. The results is cadres to be able to implement the use of health equipment directly in checking the physical health of teenagers in Bulangkulon Village. It is hoped that for the sustainability of Youth Posyandu cadre program, it can continue to regenerate and develop by involving the village, Ponkesdes and the entire Bulangkulon Village community.

Abstract

The disruption of the 4.0 era leading to the Society 5.0 Era has created a new order that is more focused on society. The problems faced by the people of Bulangkulon Village are serious health problems faced by teenagers aged 18-26 years and early marriage and divorce. These problems are a shared responsibility of the community that must be resolved. The purpose of Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) is to design and build a digital service management information system (SIM) so that teenagers in Bulangkulon Village can participate in services at the Rembulan Posyandu which improves the documentation process for physical and mental health checks, as well as training and mentoring for cadres to increase their capacity. The implementation method consists of socialization, FGD training, mentoring and partnerships. The results of the implementation of the activities are 1) coordination of program implementation with partners and stakeholders; 2) dissemination of programs and TTG and procurement of facilities and infrastructure: website and website usage training; 3) Recruitment - Selection and training for Rembulan Posyandu Cadres: a) organizational management; b) use of basic health check equipment; c) psychological first aid; d) adolescent sexual reproduction; e) socialization of drug abuse prevention; 4) sustainability of the Posyandu Rembulan program with the existence of a digitalization and counseling guidebook. The impact of the activity is an increase in the capacity of Posyandu Rembulan cadres, namely the average ability and skills of: 70% in the use of basic physical health check equipment and knowledge related to Posyandu Remaja, 50% related to the Posyandu Rembulan website and SIM, 35% knowledge and skills of peer counselors and an increase in quantity of 236% in the number of Posyandu Rembulan cadres. Thus, Posyandu Rembulan can become a Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa (LKD).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai lapangan Dinas Perhubungan Terminal Joyoboyo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis data ditunjukkan dengan statistic dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas kerja, serta secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan disipin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SDIT Permata Surabaya sebanyak 33 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistic dengan alat bantu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa secara parsial komunikasi interpersonal dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya diketahui bahwa secara simultan komunikasi interpersonal dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah lemah karena disebabkan variabel-variabel yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain motivasi, lingkungan kerja fisik dan kompetensi.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effects of workload, work environment, and work conflict on work stress among employees. The analysis unit in this study consists of 36 employees. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using statistics with the help of SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the data analysis using the t-test, it is known that partially, workload has a significant effect on work stress, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work stress, and work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Meanwhile, based on the results of the data analysis using the F-test, it is known that simultaneously, workload, work environment, and work conflict significantly affect work stress. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to pay attention to the work environment conditions in order to reduce employees' work stress.

Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia is very high and widespread in both state-owned and private companies. The government has made various efforts to prevent acts of corruption that can hinder the growth and continuity of national development. One of the efforts made is through the implementation of an anti-bribery management system based on ISO 37001:2016. The purpose of the internship is to find out the implementation of the anti-bribery management system at the PTPN XI head office. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, FGD, and documentation using interactive data analysis techniques (data reduction, data presentation, and concluding). SMAP's external audit results show that there are 3 minor findings related to the scope of application of the anti-bribery management system which is currently limited to the head office, while for existing business units that have not implemented an anti-bribery management system based on ISO 37001:2016, the decree is not implemented. the Whistle Blowing System (WBS) management team where the complaint center is only managed by one person which will allow for manipulation of complaint data and the bribery risk identification process and not all subsections are identified for bribery risk, risk assessment is only carried out based on the business process of the work unit in general and less specific PTPN XI has implemented an anti-bribery management system in the head office environment as evidenced by the SMAP audit process which is carried out consistently every year to realize good corporate governance.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu dari 17 Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, yaitu SDG 3 tentang kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Satu abad kemerdekaan Indonesia tahun 2045, memiliki jumlah populasi produktif yang tinggi pada tahun 2030, sehingga penting untuk mempersiapkan kualitas remaja sebagai generasi penerus. Masa remaja adalah fase kritis yang ditandai dengan perubahan fisik, emosional, dan sosial. Untuk menghadapi tantangan bonus demografi, kualitas remaja perlu ditingkatkan melalui edukasi kesehatan, kesadaran diri, dan keterampilan hidup. Desa Bulangkulon menghadapi berbagai masalah remaja seperti pernikahan dini, masalah kesehatan serius, dan perceraian, yang menunjukkan perlunya intervensi. Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif. Prosesnya mencakup identifikasi masalah lewat survei, pemetaan pemangku kepentingan, perencanaan, implementasi program, dan evaluasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan. Dalam tahap identifikasi, diperoleh kesepakatan penting bahwa Posyandu Remaja perlu mengembangkan manajemen digital. Melalui model hexahelix, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, media, akademisi, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk mendukung remaja. Pelaksanaan program mencakup pelatihan manajemen, penggunaan alat kesehatan dasar, pengadaan sarana prasarana, dan penyediaan website interaktif untuk layanan informasi. Kegiatan mencakup pelatihan tentang kesehatan reproduksi, kesehatan mental, dan pencegahan penyalahgunaan napza. Keberhasilan program PKM diharapkan dapat mendukung pencapaian 6 dari 17 SDGs, yaitu peningkatan kesehatan, pendidikan berkualitas, kesetaraan gender, pengurangan ketimpangan, pengembangan komunitas yang berkelanjutan, dan kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Buku panduan dan rencana kerja tahunan akan menjadi pegangan untuk keberlanjutan Posyandu Remaja di masa depan.
