Abstract

This research aims to examine the liquidity ratio at the Ao' Gading Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Ranting Balusu in the North Toraja Regency. This research's data analysis technique is the analysis of the liquidity ratio, which consists of the current ratio and the cash ratio .In 2018, the current ratio was calculated to be 3.51 %; in 2019, it was calculated to be 3.41 %; and in 2020, it was calculated to be 3.31 %. In 2018, the cash ratio was calculated to be 0.71 %, while in 2019 and 2020, it was calculated to be 1.04 % and 1.20 %, respectively. According to the rules set forth by the State Minister for Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, current ratio calculation findings indicate that it is not good, According to the decree of the State Minister for Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006, dated May 1, 2006, and the outcomes of the cash ratio calculation at Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, they are classified as not good. According to the assessment requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, the liquidity of the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu Civil Servant Cooperative is rated as poor based on the study conducted with several liquidity ratio formulas, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006 does not mean that it is illiquid but the cooperative does not optimize its current assets because its cash is still too small compared to its receivables even though its current assets are greater than its current liabilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare customer satisfaction with package delivery services at JNE and J&T Makale City in Tana Toraja Regency. This research utilizes a descriptive quantitative research method. A questionnaire was issued to consumers of JNE and J&T as part of the data collection technique. There were a total of 1,085 participants in this research, including 300 JNE customers and 785 J&T customers. Using the Slovin formula, the researchers drew the same number of samples from the whole population in each site, up to 75 people. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was used for data analysis in order to calculate the expected level of product or service qualities based on an analysis of total customer satisfaction. The results showed that J&T consumers were more satisfied with the delivery services than JNE customers, Therefore, the trustworthiness of the services offered by the Makale City JNT must be enhanced, J&T must increase the service quality in terms of assurances and physical evidence, as well as their responsiveness and sensitivity.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding whether or not there is an influence or relationship between working capital turnover and economic profitability at PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques that become the research reference, namely based on the financial ratio measurement scale and statistical analysis using SPSS version 16. The results show that there is a significant effect of working capital turnover on economic profitability as indicated by the t-test which is significant at 0.003 which is less than 0.05 or sig 0.003 < 0.05. t count > t table that is 5.506 > 2.571 then H 0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The correlation coefficient is 0.927, meaning that the relationship between working capital turnover (X) and economic profitability (Y) is very strong, which is in the range of 0.80 – 1,000 based on Pearson's provisions. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R 2) is 0.858. This means that working capital turnover (X) affects economic profitability (Y) by 85.8 % and the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase economic value through the utilization of household waste in Tondok Iring Village, Makale Utara District, Tana Toraja Regency. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, UKI Toraja. The processing of household waste by applying 3 (three) principles namely reduce (reduce), reuse (reuse) and recycle (recycle). The basis of this activity is so that the people of Tondok iring village can process and utilize household waste into a creative product with economic value. As for the specific uses for the people of Tondok Iring village, they better understand how to utilize household waste such as making from recycled materials used cans. used plastic jars, used plastic bottles, and used plastic cups into money storage (piggy banks), places to store stationery, and as flower vases. The target of this activity is aimed at the community of Tondok Iring Village to increase economic value by utilizing household waste.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments make all sectors vying to use the latest technology. No exception in the field of education, technology is a basic need to support the teaching and learning process. One example of the technology used by UKI Toraja is the UKI Toraja Ecampuz Academic Information System. This system has been in use since the end of 2018 until now. Since the use of the Ecampuz UKI Toraja Academic Information System, it has provided many benefits, especially for its users, namely lecturers, students and employees. However, a system is a man-made product, so nothing is perfect, neither is the academic system used by UKI Toraja. Based on this hypothesis, this study aims to audit the Ecampuz UKI Toraja Academic Information System using the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on the domains of Evaluating Governance, direction, monitoring (EDM), Align, Plan and Organize (APO), Build, Acquire, and Implement (BAI), Deliver, Service and Support (DSS), Monitor, Evaluate, Assess (MEA) so that the Academic Information System can support the progress of the University effectively and efficiently.The final result of this research is that the highest matrix value is 0.932 in APO7 and APO11, while the lowest matrix value is 0.546 at EDM4 and APO4. This means that in managing resources and quality at SIA UKI Toraja has been good but still lacking in optimizing resources and innovation at SIA UKI Toraja (Ecampuz)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on work discipline at the State Electricity Company (PLN) Persero Makale Area, Tana Toraja Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data obtained by direct interviews with related parties concerned with the problem under study and from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression and significance test using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of calculations with the t-test on the leadership variable, the result is counted as 4,454 > table 2,04227 and a significance value of 0.000 <0,05, so it can be concluded that the leadership variable affects work discipline. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 39,8% of leadership style influences work profession, and the remaining 60,2% is explained in other variables not included in the study, while the correlation between the loan interest rate variable and the demand for productive business loans is 0,631, meaning that the relationship between solid variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether social media Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attractions influence the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Fields Tourism Object. Data collection process techniques from this study are: Observation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the social media variables Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attraction influence the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Field Tourism Object. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that the social media variable Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attraction had an effect on the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Fields Tourism Object.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of ease of use of the application and customer experience on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace for students of the Faculty of Economics, Toraja Christian University of Indonesia. Data collection procedures from this study are: observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The results of calculations with the F test obtained the results of F count, 80.828 with F table 3.959. Based on the results of calculations with the T test on the ease of use variable, the results of T count (1.351) < T table (1.989) and on the customer experience variable, the results of T count (6.565) > T table (1.989). The conclusion of this study is that the ease of use variable does not affect purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace for students of the Toraja Christian University's economics faculty and the customer experience variable influences purchase decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and social media marketing instagram affect bouquet purchasing decisions at Barung Bouquet. The data collection procedures of this study are: Questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The partial test results (T test) show that the variables of purchasing decisions and social media marketing instagram affect the decision to purchase a bouquet at Barung Bouquet. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) show that the variables of product quality and social media marketing instagram affect the decision to purchase a bouquet at Barung Bouquet.
