Abstract

Recurring visits to local tourist places are declining, which highlights the need for a deeper understanding of what draws visitors back. Revisit intention is said to be significantly influenced by the visitor experience, especially when it results in consumer pleasure. Using customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at tourist locations in Sukabumi Regency, this study attempts to examine the impact of tourist experience on revisit intention. In this study, a quantitative associative approach was used. A structured questionnaire was used to gather data from 150 tourists who were chosen through purposive sampling. SmartPLS 3.2.9 software was used to analyze the data using the Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The findings indicate that tourist experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Customer satisfaction also shows a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Moreover, the mediation analysis demonstrates that customer satisfaction plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between tourist experience and revisit intention. These results suggest that improving tourists’ overall experience can enhance satisfaction levels, which subsequently increases the likelihood of repeat visits to the destination.

Abstract

The rising number of educated unemployed graduates in Indonesia highlights the urgency of strengthening entrepreneurial intention among university students. Despite having academic qualifications, many graduates still prefer seeking formal employment rather than creating new businesses. This study aims to examine the effects of self-efficacy, digital literacy, and capital on entrepreneurial intention among students of the Entrepreneur Program in the Business Administration Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi during the 2021–2022 period. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving 96 students. Data were collected through structured online questionnaires measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, suggesting that students with stronger confidence in their abilities are more inclined to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Digital literacy also shows a significant positive influence, emphasizing the importance of technological competence and critical information management in supporting entrepreneurial readiness. In addition, capital comprising financial, human, and social dimensions significantly affects entrepreneurial intention. Simultaneously, self-efficacy, digital literacy, and capital explain 93% of the variance in entrepreneurial intention. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior, particularly the role of perceived behavioral control in shaping entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance on stock investment decisions, with financial behavior as a mediating variable, on young investors who are members of the stock community on the Twitter application. Using a quantitative approach and causality associative design, this study involved 210 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based online questionnaire and analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) through SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions, meaning that the higher the financial literacy, the better the investment decision. In addition, risk tolerance also has a significant positive effect, indicating that high risk tolerance encourages bolder investment decisions. Financial behavior is found to have a significant influence on investment decisions, indicating the importance of good financial behavior in improving the quality of investment decisions. Financial behavior is also proven to significantly mediate the relationship between financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions, strengthening the influence of both variables. This study confirms the importance of financial literacy and positive financial behavior for young investors to improve risk analysis skills, avoid illegal investments, and maximize investment profit opportunities. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of financial education and the formation of healthy financial habits among the younger generation.
