Abstract

Objective: This research refers to the purpose of student organizations that function as a means for students to develop intellectual abilities and skills, so student interest talent development activities as part of the educational process can be carried out through student organizations. This is important because honing skills through self-habituation and fulfilling the needs of life can form a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the development of the time. Method: It was carried out by analyzing the research model of the influence between student leadership training, including Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM on CLEI (measurement of higher education learning effectiveness inventory) in this measurement method. This procedure was used to test multiple regression research models. Results: It was stated that the participation of students in the leadership training of Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM students had a partial and simultaneous effect on student learning ability through the measurement of student learning ability effectiveness inventory (CLEI).  Novelty: in this study is to measure the impact of participation in the level of student leadership training on students' learning abilities by using a variety of six learning abilities, including self-efficacy, organization and attention to learning, stress control due to time and environmental pressures, involvement in college activities, emotional satisfaction, and communication in learning adapted from a research questionnaire called inventory higher learning effectiveness (CLEI).

Abstract

Saat ini pelaksanaan kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih banyak yang bersifat konvensional menggunakan tes berbasis kertas padahal kurikulum menuntut pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Ada banyak pilihan aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan guru dalam melakukan proses evaluasi, salah satunya adalah aplikasi Classpoint. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi dan inovasi bagi guru-guru SMK, khususnya guru yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Akuntansi Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi menggunakan aplikasi Classpoint. Aplikasi ini menyediakan banyak pilihan pembuatan bentuk soal dan fitur koreksi otomatis yang dapat mempersingkat waktu pengkoreksian bagi guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi, demonstrasi dan pelatihan. Hasil pengabidan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru peserta dalam pembuatan alat evaluasi berbasis teknologi menggunakan Classpoint. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkataan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien menggunakan alat evaluasi pembelajaran yang tepat.

Abstract

Dampak yang paling signifikan dari perubahan IPTEK tercermin dalam bidang pendidikan karena adanya penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa e-book berbasis kontekstual pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Pajak untuk Kelas XII di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari define, design, develop dan disseminate. Karena peneliti berfokus untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar e-book berbasis kontekstual, maka penelitian hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop. Subjek uji coba terbatas adalah peserta didik Kelas XII Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran sebanyak 20 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh hasil validasi dari para ahli. Dari aspek materi, e-book mendapatkan nilai sebesar 86%, yang diinterpretasikan sebagai "Sangat Layak". Sementara itu, dari segi bahasa, e-book ini dinilai dengan skor 96%, juga dengan interpretasi "Sangat Layak". Validasi dari ahli grafis memberikan nilai sebesar 87%, yang kembali menunjukkan bahwa e-book ini memiliki kualitas grafis yang sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, e-book ini mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,66% dengan interpretasi "Sangat Layak", yang menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini siap digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini terletak pada kemampuannya untuk menghadirkan bahan ajar yang inovatif, yang tidak hanya relevan dengan kurikulum tetapi juga mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. E-book ini memberikan fleksibilitas bagi siswa untuk belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja, sesuai dengan ritme dan kebutuhan mereka. Selain itu, guru juga diuntungkan dengan adanya bahan ajar yang sudah tervalidasi dan berkualitas tinggi, yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung strategi pengajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif.

Abstract

Kurikulum di Indonesia saat ini menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada masing-masing sekolah untuk secara mandiri melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswanya. Kurikulum merdeka memerlukan sarana dan prasarana, termasuk modul pengajaran yang baik. Salah satu sekolah yang mengadopsi kurikulum ini adalah Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur. Permasalahan bagi mitra adalah para guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur belum mampu memanfaatkan modul pengajaran secara optimal. Hal ini masih terlihat pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang   mengacu pada buku teks. Di sisi lain, guru kurang mengoptimalkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakteristik siswanya. Kegiatan   dilakukan   dengan   metode deskriptif, dengan peserta guru di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur. Materi yang diberikan berupa   penyusunan modul ajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta   lebih memahami struktur modul pendidikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor pre-test ke post-test yang signifikan sehingga mencapai skor post-test sebesar 92,63. Peningkatan jumlah skor tersebut menunjukkan bahwa melalui materi pelatihan, metode dan pelaksanaannya, peserta mampu menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menyusun modul ajar pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa.

Abstract

In education, digital transformation is accompanied by the need for new teaching media innovations to address the challenges of inadequate technical skills among accounting education students, particularly regarding the use of spreadsheets for financial statement preparation. This study aims to develop class multimedia textbooks in the form of spreadsheets integrated with QR Code videos and test their validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing student understanding and skills. This utilizes a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product was developed with text and visualization, supplemented by video tutorials accessed through QR Codes to enrich the learning experience. The textbooks were determined to have a very high level of purported validity through expert validation. Significant classroom implementation showed strong positive effects on student learning outcomes alongside positive perceptions toward ease of use and effectiveness. This research enriches the literature on the development of technological learning media in accounting education and demonstrates innovation in integrating print and digital media. Furthermore, this innovation supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, which aims for high-quality, inclusive, and adaptable education in the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0).

Abstract

This study addresses the limited variety and interactivity of assessments in vocational taxation learning, especially on the topic of Income Tax (PPh Article 21). Effective and engaging assessments are essential to support student motivation and understanding, particularly in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum and increasing digital integration in education. This research aims to develop a digital-based assessment using the Wordwall platform for 11th-grade students in the Accounting and Financial Institution program at SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya. The development used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and expert validations. The product was validated by assessment and graphic design experts and tested on a sample of 20 students from class XI AKL 2. Results show high feasibility, with validation scores of 93% (assessment expert) and 100% (graphic expert). Student responses were highly positive at 98%. The assessment effectively improved students’ conceptual understanding and motivation. Wordwall is recommended as an interactive and effective digital assessment alternative in vocational taxation education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who have taken finance-related courses but are not yet able to optimally manage their finances due to the contemporary Gen-Z lifestyle and their parents' socioeconomic conditions. This study aims to analyze the influence of Gen-Z lifestyle and parents' socioeconomic status on students' personal financial management, with locus of control as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative method. The research population consists of students from the Accounting Education Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University, who have completed the Financial Management or Intermediate Financial Accounting 1 courses, specifically from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts. Through the Slovin formula, the sample obtained amounted to 194 students using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results indicate that the Gen-Z lifestyle does not significantly affect students' personal financial management, while parental socioeconomic status has a positive and significant impact on students' personal financial management. Locus of control has also been proven to mediate the relationship between independent variables and personal financial management.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of work skills and family socio-economic status on work readiness, with entrepreneurial attitude as an intervening variable for Vocational High School graduates. A total of 179 graduates of Bima State Vocational School were the research sample, using a non-probability sampling approach, specifically for graduates from 2015 to 2022 who had not worked in their field of expertise for more than one year. The questionnaire instrument was designed based on research variables to collect research data. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that both work skills and family socioeconomic status do not play a substantial role in determining work readiness. On the other hand, having an entrepreneurial mindset has a noteworthy and positive effect on work readiness. Furthermore, it was observed that job skills and family socioeconomic status indeed influence work readiness, with entrepreneurial attitude serving as a key factor. The entrepreneurial mindset heavily shapes the work readiness of vocational high school graduates. Hence, the vocational education curriculum must emphasize the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and work readiness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of e-filing, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance. The population in this research is individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama North Sidoarjo. Determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method and the sample size was 100 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of respondents' answers from questionnaires that have been distributed. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously the ease of e-filing, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Partially, ease of e-filing, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. This means that the more taxpayers who use the e-filing system, the higher the awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions, the more individual taxpayer compliance will also increase.

Abstract

Proses dalam pendidikan masih menjadi masalah universal yang dihadapi suatu negara. Di era pandemi Covid-19 ini, dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk berinovasi dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang efektif. Salah satu yang dapat diaplikasikan adalah blended learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah blended learning berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi, untuk mengetahui apakah kecerdasan emosional secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi, untuk mengetahui apakah minat belajar secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh blended learning, kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar secara simultan saling mempengaruhi terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket dan dokumentasi dengan tehnik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh variabel bebas secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat, menunjukkan bahwa Variabel X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan, Variabel X2 tidak berpengaruh signifikan, dan Variabel X3 memiliki signifikansi memengaruhi. Sedangkan blended learning, kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.
