Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gorontalo secara persial maupun simultan .Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang yang diperoleh proses deskriptif variabel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis inferensial regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengembangan Karir dapat di lihat dari Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan nilai positif yang berarti secara parsial pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, atau dapat dikatakan pengembangan karir dapat membuat kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Kemudian dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi didaptkan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 0,415 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Pengembangan Karir) terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja Pegawai) adalah sebesar 41,5%, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gorontalo, diperoleh bahwa hasil deskriptif variabel untuk Pengembangan Karir yang terdiri dari tiga indikator yaitu pelatihan, promosi dan mutasi, ketiga variabel ini terlihat bahwa masing-masing indikator memiliki instrumen yang berbeda-beda dengan mendapatkan persepsi yang berbeda dari setiap responden dengan hasil kategori baik. Dari ketiga indikator ini diketahui yang memiliki nilai mean tertinggi ada pada indikator pelatihan hal ini karena pelatihan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, tujuan dari pelatihan untuk mendorong kinerja pegawai agar menjadi lebih baik adanya pelatihan dapat membantu pegawai dalam meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan mereka dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pekerjaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Variabel likuiditas diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR) dan Quick Ratio (QR), variabel profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE), sedangkan variabel leverage diproksikan dengan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 17 perusahaan dengan periode observasi selama 5 tahun, sehingga diperoleh 85 data observasi. alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan, semua variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of human resources (HR) in the context of creative economy-based regional development in Indonesia. The shift towards creative economy-based management demands an increase in human resource competencies through relevant training and education. However, the main challenge faced is the skills gap of the workforce who still rely on conventional abilities. This study aims to analyze the HR transformation process, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and measure the impact of transformation on regional development. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used to explore the experiences of stakeholders. The results show that collaboration between the government, private sector and educational institutions is crucial in creating an ecosystem that supports innovation and creativity. Successful HR transformation can improve regional competitiveness as well as create new jobs. This article provides strategic recommendations for stakeholders to accelerate the HR transformation process in the creative economy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University, intakes of 2021 to 2023, with the sample determined using the Slovin formula. The research data used were primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was simple linear analysis with the aid of Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS 25). The results of this study indicate that soft skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. This means that the greater the mastery of students' soft skills, the greater their work readiness in facing the world of work.

Abstract

Abstract

Remaja ketika meninggalkan rumah untuk menetap di lingkungan baru dapat berpeluang mengalami kerinduan yang mendalam terhadap rumah atau homesickness di tahun pertama perpindahan. Homesickness dapat berdampak negatif bagi seseorang sehingga dibutuhkan pemberian dukungan sosial salah satunya dari teman sebaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana keterkaitan dukungan dari teman sebaya dengan santri yang mengalami homesickness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh santri MTs IGBS Darul Marhamah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan yang negatif dengan taraf sedang dan signifikan, antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan homesickness pada santri di MTs IGBS Darul Marhamah khususnya di tahun pertama. Ketika dukungan dari teman sebaya diperoleh para santri yang merujuk pada kenyamanan, kepedulian serta bantuan yang tersedia, memiliki peran untuk menurunkan tingkat homesickness yang dirasakan oleh para santri berupa keadaan emosional yang negative yang dikarenakan terpisah dari rumah dan figure terdekat. Selain itu dukungan informasi menjadi dukungan yang paling banyak dirasakan keberadaannya oleh santri. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan untuk santri dapat melakukan kegiatan atau hobi bersama dengan teman untuk menumbuhkan relasi yang positif di pesantren.

Abstract

The low quality of human resources, exacerbated by a lack of access to structured entrepreneurship education, is a critical barrier to the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Acknowledging education as a fundamental driver of change, this study aims to formulate a strategic model for MSME development by integrating educational approaches to improve the quality of human resources (HR) and foster village entrepreneurship areas in Gorontalo Regency. A descriptive explanatory research method was employed, utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for analysis. Data were collected through focus group discussions and structured questionnaires administered to a panel of 21 experts, including MSME practitioners, government officials, and educational experts. The AHP results indicate that expanding access to practical entrepreneurship education and training is a primary strategy, underpinning the top priority of market access (weight: 0.417). This is followed by the core factor of human resource quality (0.271), which is directly addressed through educational interventions. Technology and innovation (0.147), government affirmative policies (0.131), and infrastructure support (0.035) complete the hierarchy. Consequently, the key policy implications are deeply rooted in education. It is recommended that local governments collaborate with educational institutions and the private sector to develop curricula for ongoing community-based education and training programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap perilaku sportsmanship pegawai dengan mempertimbangkan peran budaya organisasi sebagai mediator, dalam konteks organisasi penyelenggara jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan di Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa sensus terhadap seluruh pegawai yang menjadi responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis partial least squares dengan bantuan perangkat lunak analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perilaku sportsmanship, namun memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku sportsmanship pegawai. Dengan demikian, budaya organisasi terbukti sebagai mediator penuh dalam hubungan antara komitmen afektif dan perilaku sportsmanship. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan perilaku sportsmanship pegawai sangat bergantung pada kekuatan budaya organisasi yang dibentuk oleh komitmen afektif. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup penguatan nilai-nilai budaya kerja yang terbuka, kolaboratif, dan menghargai kinerja, serta pengembangan program pelatihan, kegiatan membangun tim, dan sistem penghargaan yang mendukung perilaku positif di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This research aim to determine the effect of Receivables Turnover and Working Capital Turnover on Profitability in General Insurance Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling, and the number of samples consists of 9 banking companies. The data collection technique in this research uses secondary data from financial statement data published by General Insurance Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analiysis, and the data analysis method uses the SPSS 23 application. The test result using multiple linear regression shows that, partially, working capital turnover contributed to a negative and significant effect on profitability, meaning that the increase and decrease in working capital do not affect the profits received by the company. Receivables Tunover hand a positive and significant effect on profitability. Simultan eously, Accounts Receivables Turnover and Working Capital Trunover effected Profitability General Insurance Companies.

Abstract

This study researches the impact of item quality and Verbal (WOM) on buyer buying choices at Furniture UD Arafah in Gorontalo City. Essential information were assembled from the clients of Furniture UD Arafah, with an example size of 96 members decided utilizing the Slovin equation. The review decided an example of 96 respondents utilizing the Slovin recipe. Information gathered by means of polls were thoroughly surveyed through legitimacy and unwavering quality tests, old style suspicions, and different direct relapse investigation utilizing SPSS Form 20. The outcomes uncovered that both item quality and Verbal (WOM) decidedly affect purchaser buying choices at Furniture UD Arafah in Gorontalo City.
