Abstract

This study aims to determine a) the effect of knowledge of the taxpayer for the small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar, b.) An understanding of self the assessment on small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar, c) the level of income of the taxpayer on small and medium enterprises in Makassar , d) the level of convenience in making a payment system of taxation to reporting tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in Makassar Tamalate District, analytical methods used are descriptive statistics were used to describe or give a picture of the object studied. The population in this study is small and medium businesses that exist Tamalate District Makassar. The results showed that, a) Knowledge taxpayer affect the reporting of tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in Makassar. b) understanding of self-assessment system does not significantly affect the reporting of tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in the City Makassar.c) The level of income of the taxpayer does not significantly affect the reporting of tax obligations on the small business sector and menenga in Makassar, .d ) Ease of doing the payment system of taxation significantly affect the reporting of tax obligations on small and medium enterprises sector in Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the policy enforcement of the Civil Servants’ discipline rules based on Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 on Discipline of Civil Servants of Transportation Department in Central Sulawesi. The research use descriptive qualitative research methods and the data collection techniques are observations, interviews, and documentations. Seven informants were taken by using purposive sampling. The theory used is the implementation model of George Edward III, communications, resources, disposition and bureaucracy structures. The result of the research indicates that Employee Discipline Policy Implementation in Department of Transportation, Central Sulawesi has not been optimal, with some aspects which influence it, namely: 1). The communication in employee discipline policy in Transportation Department has implemented well and consistent. 2). The resource of employee discipline policy implementation is not adequate in terms of quantity and quality of the employees. 3). Employees’ attitudes in implementing the discipline policy were optimal in comprehension and motivation about employee discipline. 4). Bureaucracy structure in the implementation of employee discipline policy has been adequate through standard operational procedures and good supervision.

Abstract

Abstract: Religious Education in the PAIS teacher environment who teaches full day school at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin City which includes First; Five daily prayer education. Second; Fast. Third; Reciting Al-Qur'an. Fourth; Aqidah and morals. Factors that support and hinder religious education in the family environment of PAIS teachers who teach full day schools at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin City consist of: Adequate educational background of parents is a supporting factor for their children. Availability of time is a supporting factor while Limited time is an obstacle. A good environment will be a support while a poor environment will be an inhibiting factor. The availability of facilities and infrastructure for studying at home will be a supporting factor. Meanwhile, limited facilities and infrastructure will be an inhibiting factor. Keywords: Education, Environment, Family, Fullday School, Religion. Abstrak: Pendidikan Agama di lingkungan guru guru PAIS yang mengajar secara fullday School  pada MAN 2 Model Kota Banjarmasin yang meliputi Pertama; Pendidikan shalat lima waktu .Kedua; Puasa. Ketiga; Membaca Al qur’an. Keempat ;Aqidah dan akhlak. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat  pendidikan agama di lingkungan keluarga guru guru PAIS yang mengajar secara fullday School   pada MAN 2 Model Kota Banjarmasin terdiri dari :Latar belakang pendidikan orang tua yang memadai menjadi faktor pendukung bagi anak anak mereka.Ketersediaan waktu menjadi faktor pendukung sedangkan keterbatasan waktu menjadi penghambat.Lingkungan yang baik akan menjadi pendukung sedangkan lingkungan yang kurang baik menjadi faktor penghambat.Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana belajar dirumah menjadi faktor pendukung.Sedangkan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana menjadi factor penghambatnya. Kata Kunci: Agama, Fullday School, Lingkungan, Keluarga, Pendidikan.

Abstract

his study aims to find out the rapport management strategies to mitigate rapport threatening behaviors in social media interactions and to find out the effectiveness of the strategies. The social media platform from which the data was obtained is Facebook. There are a number of rapport threatening behaviors on the social media platform which are insult, criticism, cynicism, mockery, profanity, accusation, challenge, and blasphemy. These acts and expressions are considered to be threats to rapport since they can cause verbal conflicts and dispute in the interactions. This study found that these threats can be mitigated by rapport management strategies which comprise of five types of domains. This study, however, only found three domains of strategies and one newly found strategy in social media context. Most of the strategies are evidently effective to mitigate the rapport threats and consequently maintain the harmonious situation of the social media interactions

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication today makes English one of the important things that must be learned from an early age in order to prepare future generations who will continue to face a world with various forms of progress. The importance of choosing and using the right methods and techniques in order to create maximum results, therefore this study aims to find out the methods and techniques in the introduction of English in Group B at PAUD Islam Terpadu Bintang Banjar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The subjects of this study are educators and students of Group B in PAUD Islam Terpadu Bintang and The object of this study is the method and technique of introducing English to Group B in PAUD Islam Terpadu Bintang. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in implementing the English language recognition program, teachers used 3 methods including: the TPR (total physical response) method, the sing and song method (singing and song), and the habituation method. Teachers also use 4 techniques including: listen and repeat techniques, listen and do techniques, question and answer techniques and modeling and demonstration techniques.

Abstract

Dengan adanya budaya populer Jepang melalui anime membuat remaja pecinta anime pada siswa di SMA Negeri 6 Palopo dapat mengenal budaya populer ini, seperti dari bahasa, gaya hidup, serta fashionnya. Anime dapat berpengaruh dalam perubahan perilaku seperti dengan fashion serta menjadi perilaku konsumtif dengan mengoleksi berbagai aksesoris anime, juga dapat membawa keuntungan bagi remaja pecinta anime, dengan membuka pikiran lebih luas dan membuat suatu dorongan motivasi terhadap diri seperti pesan moral dan berbagai pelajaran hidup yang diambil di dalamnya, serta diterapkan pada kehidupan nyata. Disamping itu juga dalam proses komunikasi terhadap remaja pecinta anime, dapat membangun komunikasi dengan baik antar sesama penikmat lainnya maupun dengan masyarakat, sehingga membuat suatu hubungan menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of Sustainability Report Disclosure, Green Accounting, and Company Size on the Quality of Financial Reports. The research involves a sample comprising non-primary and primary consumer companies in the energy, basic materials, raw materials, and non-cyclical consumer sectors during the period 2020-2022. The data under analysis is sourced from secondary data acquired through the official website www.idx.co.id or company websites, using purposive sampling as the sampling method. Research testing is conducted through multiple regression analysis. In this investigation, Sustainability Reports adhere to the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2016, covering economic, social, and environmental performance. The aim of presenting sustainability reports is to instill public trust and confidence among various stakeholders, indicating that the company prioritizes not only profit but also environmental concerns. Companies issuing Sustainability Reports are believed to create a positive impression on consumers, serving as evidence of corporate responsibility to shareholders and compliance with relevant regulations. Green Accounting is integrated into the Sustainability Report, while Company Size is measured by the total assets of the company. The study findings reveal that Sustainability Reports and Green Accounting positively impact the Quality of Financial Reports, whereas Company Size exerts a negative influence on the Quality of Financial Reports.

Abstract

This community service activity programme aims to provide understanding and training on business financial management through bookkeeping and accounting records to Embroidery Craft MSMEs. This event was held at the Embroidery Craft MSMEs located in Parang banoa Village, Pallangga Sub-district, Gowa Regency, Although the Embroidery Craft MSMEs produce various handicrafts and often organise training for craft making, they have not optimised their financial bookkeeping. This training is designed to introduce effective bookkeeping and accounting recording methods. In this training, the material will be delivered in two sessions: a theory session and a practical session, covering basic bookkeeping and financial recording techniques. The evaluation showed that this activity succeeded in transferring knowledge well, reflected in the ability of partners to carry out financial management, including recording income, expenses, and preparing financial reports. ABSTRAKProgram kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman serta pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan usaha melalui pembukuan dan pencatatan akuntansi kepada UMKM Kerajinan Bordir. Acara ini dilaksanakan di UMKM Kerajinan Bordir yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Parang banoa Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa, Meskipun UMKM Kerajinan Bordir memproduksi berbagai kerajinan tangan dan sering menyelenggarakan Pelatihan untuk pembuatan kerajinan, mereka belum mengoptimalkan pembukuan keuangan mereka. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan metode pembukuan dan pencatatan akuntansi yang efektif. Dalam pelatihan ini, materi akan disampaikan dalam dua sesi: sesi teori dan sesi praktikum, yang mencakup teknik - teknik dasar pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil mentransfer pengetahuan dengan baik, tercermin dari kemampuan mitra untuk melakukan pengelolaan keuangan, termasuk pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen tata kelola humas pada Dinas Komunikasi Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Gowa dalam media sosial Instagram dan Peran Humas Dinas Komunikasi Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Gowa dalam mempertahankan hubungan eksternal melalui media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan tiga cara pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan komunikasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah humas Dinas Komunikasi Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Gowa.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa humas pada Dinas Komunikasi Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Gowa dalam media sosial Instagram yaitu sebagai penghubung komunikasi (fasilitator) antara organisasi dengan masyarakat untuk penyampaian informasi kebijakan pemerintahan dan kegiatan pemerintah dan sebagai pendukung fungsi manajemen organisasi. Penggunaan media sosial yang efektif untuk memperngaruhi masyarakat serta mampu menghasilkan publisitas tinggi dalam waktu relatif singkat.
