Abstract

Curry fish catch by fishermen is quite abundant, kurisi fish contains protein between 5-20%, and fat is about 5% and is easy to lime (rot). Kurisi fish are utilized by fishing communities in the form of processed surimi and dried fish (salted fish). One alternative is the inhibitor of the decay process with preservation using old picung seeds (Pangium edule Reinw). The purpose of this study was to analyze the levels of preserved curry fish protein using old picung seeds. The research method was carried out experimentally using a factorial design, namely Factor I of fresh curry fish covered in 5 mm thick picung paste placed in a plastic container at 16 ℃ refrigerator temperature, Factor II fresh curry fish without coated with picung paste placed in a plastic container at 16 ℃, with 6 replications. The results showed control protein content of 6.71%, at a temperature of 16 ℃ for 32 hours; treatment with picung seeds 11.88%, at a temperature of 16 ℃ for 32 hours; etc. Results Analysis of factorial ANOVA test at a time factor has a significance value of 0.01, which means that there is an effect caused by a long time factor of observation. In the treatment factor has a significance value of 0.01 then there is the effect caused by the picung seed factor. Then the interaction between time factor and treatment factor has a significance value of 0.05, so there is an effect caused by the interaction between the time factor and the factor of giving picung seeds. Old picung seeds as an influential natural preservative can increase the shelf life, and be able to maintain the protein levels of fish curisi during the preservation period of 48 hours. Compared with 32 hours of preservative seedless curry fish preservation which experienced total decay and decreased protein content.Keywords: Preservation, old picung seed paste, Protein.ABSTRAKIkan kurisi hasil tangkapan nelayan cukup melimpah, ikan kurisi mengandung protein antara 5 – 20 %, lemak lebih kurang 5 % dan mudah lesis (busuk).Ikan kurisi dimanfaatkan masyarakat nelayan dalam bentuk olahan surimi dan ikan kering (ikan asin). Salahsatualternativpenghambat proses pembusukandenganpengawetan menggunakan biji picung tua (Pangium edule Reinw). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa kadar protein ikan kurisi hasil pengawetan menggunakan biji picung tua. Metoda penelitan dilakukan secara eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Faktorial yaitu Faktor I ikan kurisi segar dilumuri pasta picung setebal 5 mm yang ditempatkan dalam wadah plastikpada suhu kulkas 16 oC, Faktor II ikan kurisi segar tanpa dilumuri pasta picung ditempatkan dalam wadah plastikpada suhu kulkas 16 oC,dengan 6 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar protein kontrol 6,71%, pada suhu 16 oC selama 32 jam; perlakuan dengan biji picung 11,88%, pada suhu 16 oC selama 32 jam. Hasil Analisis uji ANOVA FAKTORIAL pada faktor waktu memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,01 yang berarti terdapat efek yang ditimbulkan oleh faktor lama waktu penyimapan. Pada faktor perlakuan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,01 Maka terdapat efek yang ditimbulkan oleh faktor biji picung. Kemudian interaksi antara faktor waktu dan faktor perlakuan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,05 Maka terdapat efek yang ditimbulkan oleh interaksi antara faktor waktu dan faktor pemberian biji picung. Biji picung tua sebagai pengawet alami berpengaruh mampu meningkatkan lama masa simpan, dan mampu mempertahankan kadar protein ikan kurisi selama masa pengawetan yakni 48 jam. Dibandingkan dengan pengawetan ikan kurisi tanpa biji picung selama 32 jam yang mengalami kebusukan total dan megalami penurunan kadar protein.Kata kunci: Pengawetan, Pasta biji picung tua, Protein

Abstract

Brahman cow (Bos indicus) is superior beef cattle and maintained by the wider community to meet the needs of meat in Indonesia. An effective way to accelerate breeding of Brahman cattle is using Artificial Insemination (IB). Purpose of the study to find out whether egg yolk thinner can maintain the spermatozoa motility of Brahman beef semen before it is frozen. This research was conducted at the center for Artificial Insemination (BBIB) Singosari Malang. This study used an experimental method from fresh spermatozoa samples from Brahman cattle. Spermatozoa motility analysis was calculated based on the average percentage after being given egg yolk tris at each test. Spermatozoa material uses fresh semen with differences in individual motility in the age of cattle 3 years, 4th and 5 years. The results of the study showed the mean spermatozoa motility of Bizzyard cow aged 3 years before freezing X ̅_1 = 57.8%, Ken Marcus aged 5 years X ̅_2 = 57.2% and Texan aged 4 years X ̅_3 = 57.4%. The mean value of spermatozoa motility decreases in proportion to the increase in the volume of the egg yolk thinner. Further research is needed regarding the role of egg yolk tris and its volume ratio to spermatozoa motility after freezing or post thawing.Keywords: egg yolk tris, Brahman cow, spermatozoa motilityABSTRAKSapi Brahman (Bos indicus) merupakan sapi pedaging yang unggul dan di pelihara masyarakat luas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan daging di Indonesia. Cara percepatan perkembangbiakan sapi Brahman yang efektif menggunakan Inseminasi Buatan (IB). Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui apakah bahan pengencer tris kuning telur dapat mempertahankan motilitas spermatozoa semen sapi brahman sebelum dibekukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan (BBIB) Singosari Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda eksperimental dari sampel spermatozoa segar  sapi Brahman. Analisa motilitas spermatozoa dihitung berdasarkan presentase rata-rata setelah diberi tris kuning telur pada setiap ulangan. Bahan spermatozoa menggunakan semen segar dengan perbedaan  motilitas individu pada umur sapi 3 th, 4th dan 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian nilai rerata motilitas spermatozoa before freezing sapi Bizzyard umur 3 tahun X ̅_1= 57,8%, Ken Marcus yang berumur 5 tahun X ̅_2 = 57,2% dan Texan yang berumur 4 tahun X ̅_3 = 57,4%. Nilai rerata motilitas spermatozoa semakin menurun sebanding dengan kenaikan volume pengencer tris kuning telur. Perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan mengenai peranan tris kuning telur serta rasio volumenya terhadap motilitas spermatozoa setelah di bekukan atau post thawing.Kata Kunci : tris kuning telur, sapi Brahman, motilitas spermatozoa

Abstract

Lulur is a traditional cosmetic preparation that has been prescribed from generation to generation to remove dead skin cells and dirt so that it can exchange air freely and make the skin brighter and whiter. Therefore this study aims to determine the results of temu ireng powder and glutinous rice powder from organoleptic test of women's skin. The research used the survey-quantitative descriptive method, ‘Temu Ireng’ variable and glutinous rice powder. The independent variables in this study were the amount of temu ireng powder and glutinous rice powder used in the ratio (14 g: 6 g), (10 g: 10 g), (8 g: 12 g). The dependent variable in this study is the finished result of the scrub which includes texture, color, stickiness of the aroma and after using the scrub and is followed by a sign test. From the results of descriptive analysis with the Sign Test X3 with comparison is the best proportion. Whereas in X1 the results of the Sign Test analysis showed that the X2 was 0.45 indicating that there was a change after use. Whereas in the X2 sample from the results of the Sign Test analysis, the X2 value was 2.45, this indicates that there were changes that occurred in the panelist's skin after use. And the sample X3 from the Sign Test analysis shows X2 of 4.05, this also indicates that there is a change.Keywords:Skin Scrub, Temu Ireng Powder, Sticky Rice Powder.ABSTRAKLulur adalah sediaan kosmetik tradisional yang diresepkan dari turun-temurun digunakan untuk mengangkat sel kulit mati,dan  kotoran sehingga pertukaran udara bebas serta membuat  kulit menjadi lebih cerah dan putih.Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil powder temu ireng dan powder beras ketan dari uji organoleptik terhadap kulit wanita. Penelitian menggunakanmetode survey-deskriptif kuantitatif, variabel temu hitam dan powder beras ketan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah powder temu ireng dan powder beras ketan yang di gunakan dengan perbandingan (14 g : 6 g ), (10 g : 10 g), (8 g : 12 g ).Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil jadi dari lulur yang meliputi tekstur, warna, daya lekat aroma dan setelah penggunaan lulur dan di lanjutkan dengan uji sign test (uji tanda). Dari hasil analisis deskriptif dengan uji Sign Test X3 dengan perbandingan adalah proporsi terbaik. Sedangkan pada X1 dengan hasil analisa Sign Test menunjukkan X2nya sebesar 0,45menunjukan bahwa terdapat perubahan setelah pemakaian. Sedangkan pada sampel X2 dari hasil analisa Sign Test  nilai X2 sebesar 2,45, hal ini menunjukan terdapat perubahan yang terjadi pada kulit panelis setelah pemakaian. Dan pada sampel X3 dari analisis Sign Test menunjukan X2 sebesar 4,05 hal ini juga menandakan bahwa terjadi pula perubahan.Kata kunci: Lulur Kulit, Powder Temu Ireng, Powder Beras Ketan.

Abstract

One of the most common problems in fluid-sperm’s dilution is a decrease in spermatozoa’s motility. The study aims to analyze the effect of tris-egg yolk and andromed-diluent to the spermatozoa motility of FH (Friesian Holstein) cattle’s fluid-sperm before and after the freezing. This research uses the experimental method with a randomized block design. It consist of two treatments; P1 = FH cattle’s fluid-sperm that was thinned using a tris-egg yolk and P2 = FH cattle’s fluid-sperm that was thinned an andromed-diluent. There are 4 sample group fluid-sperm from 4 cattle and it acted out 4 times. The obtained data were analyzed using ANOVA test and post hoc test. From ANOVA test, it showed that there are a significant difference (P<0.01) between tris-egg yolk and andromed-diluent in the reaction of spermatozoa’s motility value. The percentage of spermatozoa motility of fluid-sperm before freezing process is 55% for each group; however tris-egg yolk thinners are more able to maintain the motility or impulses spermatozoa of the Holstein Friesian fluid-sperm compared to andromed-diluent after freezing.  The values of frozen spermatozoa’s motility with tris-egg yolk are 4.1±2.50 for first and fourth group and 42.5±2.89 for the second and the third group. While with andromed-diluent resulted 26.3±7.50 for the first group, 25.0±5.77 for the second group, 17.5±5.00 for the third group, and 18.8±7.50 for the fourth group. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengencer tris kuning telur dengan pengencer andromed terhadap motilitas spermatozoa semen sapi FH (Friesian Holstein) sebelum dan sesudah pembekuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri dari 2 perlakuan yaitu P1 =  semen sapi FH diencerkan menggunakan pengencer tris kuning telur dan P2 = semen sapi FH diencerkan menggunakan pengencer andromed, pada 4 kelompok sampel semen dari 4 ekor sapi dan dilakukan 4 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam (ANOVA) dan uji lanjut post hoc. Hasil analisis sidik ragam (anova) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) antara penggunaan pengencer tris kuning telur dengan pengencer andromed terhadap motilitas spermatozoa semen sapi FH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pengencer tris kuning telur maupun andromed sama-sama dapat mempertahankan persentase motilitas spermatozoa semen sebelum pembekuan dengan persentase masing-masing kelompok yaitu 55%, namun pengencer tris kuning telur lebih mampu mempertahankan motilitas atau daya gerak dari spermatozoa semen sapi friesian holstein dibandingkan dengan pengencer andromed setelah pembekuan. Nilai motilitas spermatozoa semen beku pada pengencer tris kuning telur pada kelompok 1 dan 4 yaitu 41,3±2,50 dan pada kelompok 2 dan 3 sebesar 42,5±2,89 sedangkan pada pengencer andromed pada masing-masing kelompok yaitu  26,3±7,50; 25,0±5,77; 17,5±5,00 dan 18,8±7,50.Kata Kunci: andromed, Bos taurus, motilitas spermatozoa, tris kuning telur.

Abstract

The use of chlorpyrifos pesticide as an agricultural pest exterminator if excessive and carried out continuously can have a large negative impact on biotic and abiotic life. Fish as one of the environmental bioindicators of pesticide contamination, because the gill organs will receive chemical effects in taking oxygen in pesticide-contaminated water ponds. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of damage to the gill tissue of carp (Cyprinus carpio) exposed to the pesticide chlorpyrifos at various concentration levels. This research was carried out at the Punten Freshwater Cultivation Installation, Batu City, East Java. Using the experimental method with concentrations of acute toxicity treatment (LC50) namely K1 0.25 ppm, K2 0.30 ppm, K3 0.35 ppm, K4 0.40 ppm, K5 0.45 ppm. The research data were analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and graphs. The results of the preliminary acute toxicity test (LC50) were in the range of K1 0.25 ppm and K2 0.30 ppm. Furthermore, Alizarin Red staining was performed to give color to the gills. The results of acute toxicity test (LC50) Total percentage of damage at a concentration of 0.25 ppm 22.28% and a concentration of 0.30 ppm 77.54%. Damage to gill tissue exposed to the pesticide chlorpyrifos showed an acute level occurred at a concentration of 0.30ppm, where the higher the concentration, the higher the gill damage.Keywords: Chorphyrifos Pesticide, Cyprinus carpio,  Precentage of DamageABSTRAKPenggunaan pestisida klorpirifos sebagai pembasmi hama pertanian bila berlebihan dan dilakukan secara terus menerus dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif yang besar bagi kehidupan biotik dan abiotik. Ikan sebagai salah satu bioindikator lingkungan tercemar pestisida, karena organ insang akan menerima efek kimiawi dalam mengambil oksigen pada kolam perairan yang tercemar pestisida. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kerusakan jaringan insang ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio) yang terpapar pestisida klorpirifos pada berbagai level konsentrasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Instalasi Budidaya Air Tawar Punten, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Menggunakan metode eksperimen dengankonsentrasi perlakuan toksisitas akut (LC50) yaitu K1 0,25 ppm, K2 0,30 ppm, K3 0,35 ppm, K4 0,40 ppm, K5 0,45 ppm. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dalam bentuk Tabel dan Grafik. Hasil uji pendahuluan toksisitas akut (LC50) berada pada kisaran K1 0,25 ppm dan K2 0,30 ppm. Selanjutnya dilakukan pewarnaan Alizarin Red untuk memberi warna pada insang. Hasil uji toksisitas akut (LC50) Total presentase kerusakan pada konsentrasi 0,25 ppm 22,28% dan konsentrasi 0,30 ppm 77,54%. Kerusakan jaringan insang yang terpapar pestisida klorpirifos memperlihatkan tingkat akut terjadi pada perlakuan konsentrasi 0,30ppm, dimana semakin tinggi konsentrasi akan semakin tinggi kerusakan insang.Kata kunci : Pestisida Klorpirifos, Cyprinus carpio, Kerusakan Insang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving herbal ingredients on the muscle formation of the tendons of the Madura bullock cattle (Bos primiginius). The method used in this study was carried out by surveys and measurements in the field. Sampling of locations and cattle using purposive sampling, namely bulls are taken at locations that have potential for bullocks. The vital statistics were calculated using the incidental sampling method. The results showed that the provision of herbal concoctions of temu lawak, temu ireng, turmeric, black coffee ginger, galangal, and ginseng can increase stamina so as to speed up running cows, then herbal medicine is significant in the formation of tendon muscles. It is proven that the formation of muscle tendons is correlated with increasing running speed as evidenced by the results of increasing running speed of 17.15/second within a distance of 221 meters so that it can be concluded that herbal medicine is significant for the formation bovine tendon muscles.Keywords: Jamu Herbal, Madura Kerapan Cow, Tendon MusclesABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ramuan herbal terhadap pembentukan otot tendon sapi kerapan Madura (Bos primiginius). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey dan pengukuran di lapang. Sampling lokasi dan ternak sapi menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sapi kerapan diambil pada lokasi yang potensial sapi kerapan. Data dihitung statistik vital menggunakan metode insidental sampling. Hasil didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian ramuan herbal temu lawak,temu ireng, kunyit, jahe kopi hitam, lengkuas,dan gingseng dapat menambah stamina sehingga mempercepat lari sapi, maka jamu herbal signifikan dalam pembentukan otot tendon hal ini terbukti bahwa pembentukan otot tendon berkolerasi dengan penambahan kecepatan lari dibuktikan dengan hasil bertambahnya kecepatan lari 17.15/Detik dalam jarak 221 Meter sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa jamu herbal signifikan terhadap pembentukan otot tendon sapi kerapan.Kata kunci : Jamu Herbal, Sapi Kerapan Madura, Otot Tendon

Abstract

The population of east javan langur (Trachypithecus auratus) the number in nature continues to decrease, rehabilitation is one way to preserve the population. This study aims to compare the daily activity before and after release the east javan langur. To approach the aim of the study, the researcher used focal animal sampling and scans sampling and noted with Instantaneous Sampling then calculated the percentage.  Data of the observation obtained by recording the daily activities of east javan langur in the barn or in the nature  includes the movement activity (walking, running, jumping and climbing) break time activity (sit back, sit alert, standing, sleeping, prone and supine),  agononistic social activity ( sound, chase, and snatch the food, hit and fight),  grooming activity (allo-grooming and auto-grooming) eat, drink, urination and defecation. The finding of this research showed that the presentation of daily activities of east javan langur in the barn is first, the break time activity (42, 9%), second, eat and drink activity (24, 1%), grooming (18.6%), movement (8.2%), social agonistic (3.3%), urination and defecation (2.3%) and  sexual (0.6%).  Then for the daily activities in the nature, movement (34.6%), break time activity (29.0%), eat and drink (22.7%), grooming (8.7%), urination and defecation (0.9%) and sexual (0%). The tentative conclusion before the high released activity in the nature is the break time activity. the highest activity of east javan langur presumed freedom of location area to doing activity like movement, temperature intensity, feed abundance and the presence of the opposite sex.Keywords: Javan Langur, Comparison of Activity, FactorABSTRAKPopulasi Lutung Jawa (Trachypithecus auratus) jumlahnya di alam terus menurun, salah satu usaha pelestarianya dengan melakukan rehabilitasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbandingan aktivitas harian sebelum dan sesudah pelepasliaran Lutung Jawa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Focal Animal Sampling dan Scan Sampling dengan pencatatan Instantaneous Sampling kemudian dihitung persentasenya. Data pengamatan diperoleh dari pencatatan aktivitas harian lutung jawa di kandang maupun di hutan meliputi aktivitas bergerak (berjalan, berlari, melompat dan memanjat), aktivitas istirahat (duduk rileks, duduk waspada, berdiri, tidur, menelungkup dan terlentang), aktivitas sosial-agonistik (bersuara, mengejar, merebut makanan, memukul dan berkelahi), aktivitas grooming (allo-grooming dan auto-grooming), makan, minum, urinasi dan defekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase aktivitas di kandang yakni istirahat (42.9%), makan dan minum (24.1%), grooming (18.6%), bergerak (8.2%), sosial agonistic (3.3%), urinasi dan defekasi (2.3%) dan seksual (0.6%). Untuk aktivitas harian di hutan yakni bergerak (34.6%), istirahat (29.0%), makan & minum (22.7%), grooming (8.7%), urinasi dan defekasi (0.9%) dan seksual (0%). Kesimpulan sementara sebelum dilepasliarkan aktivitas tertinggi dalam kandang adalah istirahat. Setelah dilepasliarkan aktivitas tertinggi di hutan bergerak bebas. Tingginya aktivitas lutung jawa diduga kebebasan luasan lokasi untuk bergerak, intensitas suhu, kelimpahan pakan dan adanya lawan jenis.Kata kunci : Lutung Jawa, Perbandingan Aktivitas, Faktor

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the age of limousine cattle (Bos taurus) with the quality of spermatozoa at the Singosari Center for Artificial Insemination, Malang. The research method experimentally used limousine cattle aged three, five, and 12 years. Limousine cattle semen collection was carried out directly in the field using a set of artificial vaginal tools to obtain optimal sperm quality. Data were analyzed by IVOS II in order to include spermatozoa concentration, consistency, and motility of spermatozoa. The results showed that the lowest spermatozoa abnormality values were found in males aged five years with a mean value of 3.7333, and males aged three years with an average value of 5.0101, the highest spermatozoa abnormality values were found in males aged 12 years with a mean value of 6.4377. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the highest spermatozoa abnormality value is for a male aged 12 years, and the lowest is for a male aged five years. Keywords: Artificial Insemination (AI), Effect of Age, Abnormality, Spermatozoa, Limousine Cattle   ABSTRAK Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan umur sapi limousin (Bos taurus) terhadap kualitas spermatozoa di Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan Singosari Malang. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen menggunakan sapi limousin umur tiga, lima tahun dan 12 tahun. Penampungan semen sapi limousin dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan menggunakan seperangkat alat vagina buatan guna mendapatkan kualitas spermatozoa optimal. Data dianalisis dengan IVOS II agar meliputi konsentrasi spermatozoa, konsistensi, motilitas spermatozoa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai abnormalitas spermatozoa terendah terdapat pada pejantan yang berumur 5 tahun dengan nilai rerata 3.7333, dan pejantan yang berumur 3 tahun dengan nilai rerata 5.0101, nilai abnormalitas spermatozoa tertinggi terdapat pada pejantang yang berumur 12 tahun dengan nilai rerata 6.4377.  Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai abnormalitas spermatozoa tertinggi yaitu pejantan umur 12 tahun dan nilai abnormalitas spermatozoa terendah yaitu pejantan umur 5 tahun.  Kata kunci: Inseminasi Buatan (IB), Pengaruh Umur, Normalitas, Abnormalitas Spermatozoa, Sapi     Limousin.

Abstract

In fish farming, it is necessary to pay attention to the difference in concentration between the environmental media and body fluids to maintain osmoregulation. Factors that affect the growth and survival of fish, in addition to feed, are water quality. Temperature can affect fish activity in growth, respiration, and reproduction. The high temperatures can reduce dissolved oxygen and affect the appetite of fish. The optimum temperature for fish appetite is 25 C – 35 C. This study aimed to compare the effect of different feed frequencies on the growth and survival of carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) at UPT BBI Sukorejo Gondang legi. The research method was direct practice in the field using a RAK, consisting of three treatments, namely: T1 = fed one time/day (pk 07.00), T2 = fed two times/day (pk 07.00 and pk 17.00), and T3 = fed three times/day (07.00 pk, 12.00 pk and 17.00 pk) with six replications. The results showed a significant difference in the feeding frequency, which differed from the carp's growth rate and survival. This study concludes that the frequency of feeding significantly affects the growth and survival of carp, where the best survival is the third treatment.   Keywords: feed efficiency, growth and survival of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio L)   ABSTRAK Budidaya ikan memerlukan perbedaan konsentrasi dari konsentrasi cairan tubuh dan media lingkungan hidup agar osmoregulasi bisa pertahankan. Faktor yang berpengaruh pada kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan mas adalah pakan, kualitas air, dan suhu. Suhu berpengaruh pada aktivitas ikan di proses pertumbuhan, pernapasan, serta proses reproduksi. Suhu paling sesuai untuk makan ikan berkisar 25 ᵒC – 35 ᵒC. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan antara pengaruh pemberian pakan dengan frekuensi  berbeda terhadap kelulushidupan dan pertumbuhan ikan mas yang ada di UPT BBI Sukorejo Gondang legi. Penelitian ini bertempat di BBI Gondang Legi di bulan juni-juli 2021. Penelitian dilaksanakan memakai pratik langsung lapangan memakai RAK dengan  tiga perlakuan berikut : P1 = diberi pakan 1 kali/hari (pk 07.00), P2 = diberi pakan 2 kali/hari (pk 07.00 dan pk 17.00) dan P3 = diberi pakan 3 kali/hari (pk 07.00, pk 12.00  dan pk 17.00) dengan enam kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka laju pertumbuhan 95.00 dan kelangsungsan hidup 147.00 bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan terhadap frekuensi pemberian pakan yang berbeda terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan laju pertumbuhan ikan mas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu dengan frekuensi pemberian pakan berbeda maka akan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelulushidupan serta pertumbuhan  ikan mas. Kelulushidupan paling baik ada diperlakuan ke tiga. Kata kunci : Efesiensi Pakan, Pertumbuhan dan kelulus hidupan Ikan Mas (Cyprinus carpio L)

Abstract

The customer service team functions to accommodate questions and answer questions experienced by application users. There are times when the number of questions that are accommodated is so large that the existing customer service team does not handle them. Ignored or unanswered questions can reduce customer satisfaction levels. For this reason, we need a system that can help automate customer service activities so as to avoid unanswered customer questions. A chatbot is a service powered by a set of rules and sometimes artificial intelligence, which interacts with users via a chat interface. Chatbot will be built within the iOS prototype application and will use the Natural Language Processing (NLP) platform, Dialogflow. This platform will later process and scan every question given by the customer so that by implementing this feature the customer service team can work more effectively because some of the manual activities have been automated. The results of this study are that the chatbot system created can reduce the frequency of questions by Solo application users by up to 92.82%. Thus, it is hoped that the customer service team can work more effectively and strategically, and can increase customer satisfaction.
