Abstract

Pada era digital yang terus berkembang, jaringan komputer menjadi fondasi vital bagi berbagai aplikasi dan layanan. Dalam konteks ini, protokol routing menjadi elemen penting dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalkan arus data di dalam jaringan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja protokol routing, pendekatan composite metric telah menjadi sorotan, mengintegrasikan berbagai parameter dalam pengambilan keputusan routing. Skripsi ini meneliti penerapan metrik komposit pada algoritma Link State Routing Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (LSR-EIGRP), menggabungkan keunggulan algoritma Link State dan EIGRP dalam sebuah framework yang kohesif. Penelitian ini melibatkan implementasi dan pengujian algoritma dalam simulasi jaringan yang realistis, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kehandalan, efisiensi, dan skaalabilitas. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa penerapan composite metric pada LSR-EIGRP memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja routing, dengan mengoptimalkan rute dan mengurangi overhead kontrol pesan. Penemuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam desain protokol routing yang adaptif dan efisien.

Abstract

According to the Marriage Law, a person who will get married must meet the requirements and marriage principles as stipulated in their respective religions and beliefs as well as the administrative requirements. However, sometimes marriage registration process is not fully fulfilled, which then leads to the cancellation of the marriage. Marriage annulment is the cancellation of a husband and wife relationship after the marriage contract is held. The cancellation process may be carried out by the religious court if the parties do not meet the requirements to carry out the marriage, as stated in Article 22 of Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. This study will analyze the decision to annul the marriage and its legal consequences at the Pandeglang Religious Court. The research used content analysis, which is to analyze descriptively the content of court decisions with a normative approach. The results of this study are that the panel of judges granted the application for annulment of marriage with legal considerations and the existence of obstacles to marriage because it was contrary to the principle of marriage itself, namely the principle of monogamy. The reason was the Petitioner's negligence and the manipulation of Respondent I and Respondent II in attaching the administrative requirements of their marriage, in which the marriage occurred when Respondent I still had a legal wife. The annulment of the marriage leads to legal consequences for the child, and the assets possed during the marriage, as well as third parties. Thus, the annulment of marriage does not have a retroactive effect on the position of the child and third parties.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kepercayaan dan promosi terhadap keputusan penggunaan dompet digital OVO untuk bertransaksi di tokopedia. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah unit analisis individu, yaitu pengguna aktif aplikasi tokopedia di wilayah Jakarta Barat yang melakukan transaksi dengan menggunakan dompet digital OVO. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 orang responden yang dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan OVO untuk bertransaksi di Tokopedia. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan promosi merupakan faktor penting dalam adopsi teknologi baru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa OVO perlu terus meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasinya, seperti mempercepat proses transaksi dan menyediakan lebih banyak pilihan pembayaran. Program promosi yang menarik dan relevan juga perlu terus dilakukan untuk mempertahankan dan menarik pengguna baru. Variabel kepercayaan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh tingkat kepercayaan yang sudah cukup tinggi di kalangan pengguna OVO yang menjadi responden.

Abstract

This study examines the Khidmah Tholabah program at Nurul Qur'an Praya Islamic Boarding School, an innovative model integrating community service into Islamic education. The research addresses three objectives: analyzing the program's conceptual foundations by blending Islamic pedagogy with service-learning theory, evaluating its sociological impact on local communities, and investigating student competency development. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 22 participants (4 administrators, 10 students, and 8 community members), participant observation across all program phases, and analysis of institutional documents and student reflection journals from March to April 2024. Findings reveal that the program's three-stage implementation framework successfully merges classical Islamic concepts like khidmah (service) and tarbiyah (holistic education) with experiential learning methodologies. Students developed enhanced religious understanding, teaching skills, and leadership capabilities through structured community engagement activities including Quranic instruction, Islamic lectures, and environmental clean-ups. The program strengthened community ties through reciprocal learning relationships and revived communal religious practices. The study’s originality lies in its detailed documentation of how traditional pesantren education can systematically incorporate service learning while maintaining religious authenticity. Key limitations include the single-site nature of the study and the relatively short observation period. The findings offer valuable insights for Islamic educators seeking to develop curriculum models that combine spiritual formation with social responsibility.

Abstract

AbstractReligious Court has authorities to examine and adjudicate cases such as istbat (marriage declaration) and has responsibility to give the best service they can provide for justice seekers on family law matters. This article is try to describe Serang Religious Court Judges’ opinions on marriage declaration upon siri marriage. From field research, it is found that the judges argued that marriage declaration is essentially needed to provide an opportunity for couples who were not registered. They conduct the registration/ declaration based on article 7 of the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) as long as the unregistered marriages fulfilled the whole conditions required based on Islamic marriage law.Keywords:Religious Court, marriage legalization, unregistered marriages, judges view AbstrakPengadilan Agama sebagai lembaga yang berwenang memeriksa  dan mengadili perkara istbat nikah, tentunya harus memberikan  pelayanan yang terbaik bagi pencari keadilan agar permasalahan nikah di  bawah tangan yang dilaksanakannya atau karena tidak punya akta nikah  dapat segera teratasi, sehingga problematika yang terkait hal-hal  keperdataan bagi pasangan suami istri dan anak-anak yang dilahirkan dapat terselesai­kan dengan baik. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pandangan hakim PA Serang tentang Itsbat Nikah karena nikah sirri, termasuk pelaksanaan dan bentuk itsbat nikah yang diitsbatkan  karena nikah siri di pengadilan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hakim Pengadilan Agama Serang berpandangan isbat nikah itu pada prinsipnya memberikan peluang kepada mereka yang tidak mencatatkan pernikahannya  dengan dasar Pasal 7 Kompilasi Hukum Islam (HKI), selama syarat dan rukun pernikahan dipenuhi maka dapat diisbatkan selama tidak menyulitkan pihak lain.Kata Kunci: Pengadilan Agama, Itsbat nikah, Nikah sirri, Pandangan hakim

Abstract

One of the goals of community empowerment is to support regional development through improving the quality of human resources and the wise and responsible use of natural resources towards competitive advantage in local, regional and global competition. Community empowerment is carried out through the Garut Institute of Technology Real Work Lecture program in an effort to increase and foster a sense of student empathy for the conditions of society and its environment, in order to be able to solve problems experienced by the community. With the plan to have a Water Tourism Village in Wanasari Village, Group 3 KKN students participate by carrying out various work programs such as making signposts for directions and naming several location points on Google maps as a way to make it easier to find the location of a Water Tourism Village in the future. Implementation of each work program in preparing for the Water Tourism Village, students always involve the community in order to increase the participation, knowledge and skills of the community. The implementation of the activities of each work program is divided into four method stages. The first stage is location observation and problem identification, the second stage is problem solving formulation, the third stage is implementation of activities in the field, the fourth stage is evaluation and monitoring for corrections and improvements to program sustainability. Activities are carried out after students hold hearings with village officials and community leaders, so that the priority scale of activities is determined based on the conditions and potential that exist in the Wanasari Village community. As many as 41% of the total 3,902 residents of Wanasari Village gave a good response to the Group 3 KKN Student work program.

Abstract

This study examines the thoughts of Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani, a great Banten scholar who lived in 1813-1897 AD. The aim is to find out about his thoughts on several legal issues, especially those related to family law. This study is fully literary using the content analysis method as an analytical tool. This study concluded that Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani tended to follow the Shafi’i school. This can be seen from his thoughts when discussing family law issues, ranging from marriage contracts, marriage conditions, guardians and witnesses, to divorce problems and its legal consequences. When discussing the position and role of a husband in a household, al-Bantani stressed that a husband is a leader in his household. He is obliged to fulfill all the needs of his wife and children, especially those related to food, clothing, residence, education and other needs. Al-Bantani’s thoughts were subsequently adopted into positive law in Indonesia, especially in Law No. 1/1974 concerning marriage and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), which become his biggest contribution in the development of National Law.

Abstract

In contemporary religious fatwas, the term emergency (dharurat) often appears, such as health emergencies (dharurat al-shihhiyah), cultural civilization emergencies (dharurat al-tsaqafiyah), and so on, all of which are aimed at dealing with certain emergency issues that are really urgent (mulji'ah). This paper tries to analyze the MUI Fatwa Number 33 of 2018 concerning the Measles-Rubella Vaccine. According to LPPOM MUI, this vaccine contains an element that is considered haram (unlawful) in Islam. Because of this, the use of the vaccine raises the question of whether or not it is religiously permitted. After conducting a comprehensive study, MUI, through the MUI Fatwa Number 33 of 2018, stated that even though the Rubella Measles Vaccine contains haram elements, its use is permitted. This permission, as this research concludes, is based on reasons of emergency. Such because until now there has been no other vaccine that is classified as halal  (lawful) that can be used against the measles diseases. Thus, the use of the vaccine is deemed essential and urgent in the interests of the next generation of Muslims in Indonesia and the safety of the life of the wider community.

Abstract

Understanding the rights and obligations of husband and wife and carrying them out in a balanced manner is the main pillar for creating a family that is sakīnah mawaddah wa rahmah (peaceful, harmonious, and prosperous). Unfortunately, these rights and obligations are often ignored, resulting in various problems in the household. This research aims to find out the views of Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani regarding the rights and obligations of husband and wife as written in his book 'Uqūd al-Lujain fī Bayāni Huqūq al-Zaujain. Apart from that, this research also tries to draw out the relevance of this view to changes in the attitudes of women members of the Da'arul Asy-ariyah taklim assembly towards their husbands in their daily household life. This research uses qualitative methods with a socio-empirical approach. The results of this research show that the study material of the 'Uqud al-Lujain book, which contains the rights and obligations of husbands and wives, has a positive influence on the mothers who are members of the study, which is marked by changes in the attitudes and behavior of wives towards their husbands from previously being disrespectful, disobedient and lacking respect for their husbands to being wives who are obedient, respectful and appreciative of their husbands. This positive attitude then makes household life more harmonious, serene, and peaceful so that a sakīnah mawaddah wa rahmah family atmosphere can be created.

Abstract

The success of a university is influenced by the implementation of performance measurement. Performance at the university can be seen in terms of finance and non-finance. One of the most widely used indicators to determine the success of a university is in its research dimension. Where rankings are based on research to assess the performance of a university do not reflect the overall quality of the university as in the field of teaching. For this reason, it is necessary to apply performance measurements that can assess several existing dimensions, one of which is the balanced scorecard (BSC) approach. By applying the right performance measurement, eating will be able to create improvements in all fields that lead to the realization of Good University Governance. This literature aims to present information about performance measurement at universities both in terms of measurement indicators and what methods are used in performance measurement. The constraints and benefits of performance measurement are also described in this literature. Lack of understanding of the purpose and process of using the Performance Measurement System is the biggest obstacle in the successful implementation of university performance measurement. Pressure from external parties such as stakeholders and cultural differences within the university make performance measurement not work properly.
