Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa. Skala persepsi siswa, skala kemandirian sosial dan skala penyesuaian diri siswa diberikan kepada 95 orang siswa yang diambil secara purposive. Berdasarkan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan penyesuaian diri menjadi prediktor persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial (R2 = 0,152 ), begitu pula kemandirian sosial (R2 = 0,146 ), dan persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian sosial dalam penyesuaian diri siswa (R2 = 0,228). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian sosial dengan penyesuaian diri siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada konselor diharapkan mampu memberikan layanan informasi yang sesuai agar siswa mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya. Kata kunci : kemandirian sosial; layanan informasi social; penyesuaian diri; persepsi siswa ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between students' perceptions of social information services and independence towards student adjustment. The scale of student perceptions, social independence scale and student adjustment scale were given to 95 students taken purposively. Based on simple linear regression and multiple linear regression shows self-adjustment predictors of students 'perceptions of social information services (R2 = 0.152), as well as social independence (R2 = 0.146), and students' perceptions of social information services and social independence in student adjustment ( R2 = 0.228). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of social information services and social independence with student adjustment. This research has implications for counselors who are expected to be able to provide appropriate information services so that students are able to adjust to their environment. Abstract

Kepribadian tangguh merupakan karakteristik pribadi yang memiliki daya tahan terhadap suatu tekanan yang menyebabkan stres dan mampu menentukan respon yang efektif untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian tangguh dengan tingkat stres menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan organisasi pada anggota lembaga kemahasiswaan FIP UNNES tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif bersifat diskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan skala psikologis dalam pengumpulan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota random sampling dan diperoleh anggota lembaga kemahasiswaan sejumlah 150. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran kepribadian tangguh dan tingkat stres anggota lembaga kemahasiswaan se-FIP UNNES 2019 masing-masing berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 68.7% dan 74%. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment sebesar -0.625 (p<0.05) dengan = 0.159, sehingga nilai > , maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara kepribadian tangguh dengan tingkat stres anggota lembaga kemahasiswaan se-FIP UNNES tahun 2019. Hardiness is a personal characteristic that has a resistance to a pressure that causes stress and has capability to determine an effective response to overcome it. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hardiness with the level of stress facing academic and organizational demands on the students organization members of the FIP UNNES in 2019. This study applied quantitative method which was descriptive correlational using psychological scales in collecting the data. The sampling technique used quota random sampling and was obtained by 150 students organization members. Data analysis techniques were quantitative descriptive analysis and pearson product moment correlation. The result of this study showed that a representation of hardiness and stress levels of the students organization members throughout the FIP UNNES 2019, respectively in the medium category of 68.7% and 74%. The result of the product moment correlation analysis was -0.625 (p<0.05) with = 0.159, so the value of > . It can be concluded that there is a negative and significant relationship between the hardiness with the stress levels of students organization members of FIP UNNES in 2019

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemandirian dengan kematangan karir pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 55 dari populasi siswa berjumlah 65 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan saampel purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kemandirian dan skala kematangan karir. Adapun analisis data menggunakan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian dengan kematangan karir ( R=0,605, p=0,00<0,005). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian dengan kematangan karir. Semakin tinggi kemandirian maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir. Kata Kunci : Kemandirian, Kematangan Karir Abstract This research has a purpose to know the relationship between the independence with career maturity in high school student. This research used descriptive correlational. There are 55 sample of student taken from 65 population. The sampling technique used in study was purposive sampling. While the data collected using independence scale and career maturity scale. The data were analyzed using product moment. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the independence and career maturity (R=0,605, p=0,00<0,005). Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara aspek-aspek task-approach skills dengan aspek-aspek career decision making siswa. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan 142 sampel dari 240 siswa, diambil menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji hipotesis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menunjukan tingkat task-approach skills dan career decision making termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil analisis stiatistik inferensial menunjukan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara task-approach skills aspek standar dan nilai kinerja dengan rational career decision making (r=0,145; p=<0,05). Ada hubungan negatif antara task-approach skills aspek proses persepsi dan kognitif dengan impulsive career decision making(r=-0,155; p=<0,05). Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara task approach skills aspek standar dan nilai kinerja dengan dependent career decision making (r=0,200; p=<0,01), proses persepsi dan kognitif dengan dependent career decision making (r=0,177; p=<0,05), set mental dengan dependent career decision making (r=0,215; p=<0,01), dan respon emosional dengan dependent career decision making (r=0,173; p=<0,05). Dapat disimpulkan hubungan paling erat ditunjukkan oleh task-approach skills aspek set mental dengan dependent career decision making. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disarankan guru BK dapat memberikan pelayanan bidang karir secara sistematis dan berkesinambungan dimulai dari kelas X, lalu kelas XI, dan XII. Abstract The purpose of the research is to knowing and analyzing the relationship between aspects of task-approach skills with aspects of career decision making. This research used quantitative method with correlational approach. The samples were 142 out of 240 students taken by simple random sampling. The data analysis used descriptive quantitative analysis and hypothesis test with Person Product Moment correlation. The result of the descriptive analysis showed that the task-approach skills and the career decision making were included in the medium category. The result of the inferential statistical analysis showed that there was positive and significant correlation between the standard aspects of task-approach skills with performance value of career decision making (r=0,145; p=<0,05). There was negative correlation between the perception and cognitive process aspect of task-approach skills with impulsive career decision making (r=-0,155; p=<0,05). There was positive and significant correlation between standard aspect of task-approach skills with performance value of career decision making (r=0,200; p=<0,01), perception and cognitive process of dependent career decision making (r=0,177; p=<0,05), mental set with dependent career decision making (r=0,215; p=<0,01), emotional responses with dependent career decision making(r=0,173; p=<0,05). It can be concluded that the closest relation shown by mental set aspect of task-approach skills with dependent career decision making. Based on the result above, it is suggested to the BK teacher to provide a systematic and continuous career counseling services started from grade X, XI, and XII.
