Abstract

Users of Apple's App Store applications are increasingly widespread among smartphone users. However, user responses to these apps vary widely. In addition, continuous developments in adding features and editing capabilities have led to the increasing complexity of using these applications. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of application users on Apple's App Store through reviews on the Google Play Store using the Random Forest method. This method was chosen to efficiently identify and group user responses into positive and negative categories. The dataset used in this study includes 5000 reviews, reflecting the diversity of opinions from actively participating users. The data preprocessing stage involves cleaning, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and lemmatization to ensure good data quality before sentiment analysis is carried out. Next, word weighting is carried out using the TF-IDF method to assign weight values to words that influence user sentiment. The research results show that the Random Forest method provides a high level of accuracy in analyzing user sentiment for Apple's App Store applications, with an accuracy of 86%, precision of 89%, recall of 81%, and f1-score of 85%. This research provides further understanding regarding user responses to Apple's App Store applications, and confirms the success of the Random Forest method in handling sentiment analysis on user review datasets on the Google Play Store.

Abstract

Kredit merupakan salah satu pembiayaan sebagian besar dari kegiatan ekonomi. Perkreditan merupakan kegiatan yang penting bagi koperasi, karena kredit merupakan salah satu sumber dana bagi koperasi. Sebelum dimulainya kegiatan pemberian kredit diperlukan suatu analisis yang baik dan seksama terhadap semua aspek perkreditan yang dapat menunjang proses pemberian kredit, guna mencegah timbulnya suatu resiko kredit dan timbulnya penyimpangan – penyimpangan yang salah satunya berupa kredit macet. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam memberikan kredit. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibuat maka diharapkan dapat membantu ketua koperasi dalam menganalisa kredit dan mengurangi tingkat kredit macet yang ada di koperasi. Ada 2 penerapan metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Maut dan Vikor. Untuk metode Maut terdapat 3 alternatif tertinggi yaitu peringkat ke-1 dengan data tertinggi adalah Alternatif A8 dengan nama Pratiwi Amalia memperoleh nilai 0,604 , Peringkat ke-2 dengan data paling tinggi selanjutnya adalah Alternatif A7 dengan nama Helmi Yanti memperoleh nilai 0,475 , peringkat ke-3 dengan data tertinggi selanjutnya adalah Alternatif A6 dengan nama Cut Arpiah Hasibuan memperoleh nilai 0,439 dan peringkat terendah adalah Alternatif A3 dengan nama Jimmi Hidayat memperoleh nilai 0,042. Untuk metode Vikor terdapat 3 alternatif tertinggi  yaitu peringkat ke-1 dengan data tertinggi adalah Alternatif A8 dengan nama Pratiwi Amalia memperoleh nilai 3,000 , Peringkat ke-2 dengan data paling tinggi selanjutnya adalah Alternatif A3 dengan nama Jimmi Hidayat memperoleh nilai 2,821 , peringkat ke-3 dengan data tertinggi selanjutnya adalah Alternatif A5 dengan nama Ali Husni memperoleh nilai 2,535 dan peringkat terendah adalah Alternatif A4 dengan nama Ikwanul Sabil memperoleh nilai 0,107. Jadi untuk penerapan 2 metode yang mendapatkan nilai alternative tertinggi yaitu A8 dengan nama pratiwi amalia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pemilihan amil zakat di masjid menggunakan metode MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai kriteria penilaian yang kompleks dan menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif. Data yang digunakan mencakup 10 alternatif calon amil zakat, yang dievaluasi berdasarkan lima kriteria utama: kejujuran, kepemimpinan, kompetensi, keterampilan, dan komunikasi. Dalam proses analisis, setiap calon amil zakat diberikan skor untuk setiap kriteria, yang kemudian dihitung menggunakan formula MOORA untuk mendapatkan nilai akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Joko Prayogo (A8) memperoleh nilai akhir tertinggi sebesar 0.3468, diikuti oleh Andriko Pramana (A10) dengan nilai 0.3313, dan Rizky Aditya (A9) dengan nilai 0.3118. Hal ini menandakan bahwa Joko Prayogo memiliki kualifikasi paling sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode MOORA adalah alat yang efektif dan efisien dalam proses pemilihan amil zakat. Metode ini tidak hanya memberikan hasil yang sistematis dan objektif tetapi juga meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian di masa depan adalah mempertimbangkan penambahan kriteria tambahan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih komprehensif

Abstract

Rekrutmen merupakan proses penting untuk mengisi posisi staf legal yang bertanggung jawab atas berbagai permasalahan hukum di perusahaan. Tugas utama staf legal adalah melindungi perusahaan dari risiko hukum, baik internal maupun eksternal. Umumnya, posisi ini berada di bawah kepala staf hukum atau chief legal officer, dan sering kali juga memimpin tim hukum tingkat bawah.Penelitian ini menerapkan dua metode dalam proses seleksi, yaitu MAUT dan ARAS. Dengan metode MAUT, tiga kandidat terbaik adalah: A2 (Joseph Martin Sinulingga) dengan nilai 0,654; A7 (Handika Priadi Siregar) dengan nilai 0,625; dan A8 (Mailinda) dengan nilai 0,578. Sementara itu, metode ARAS menghasilkan tiga peringkat teratas yaitu: A6 (Daniel Napitupulu) dengan nilai 0,70; A8 (Mailinda) dengan nilai 0,59; dan A9 (Zaky Maulana) dengan nilai 0,55.Dengan demikian, perbandingan dua metode ini menunjukkan bahwa kandidat terbaik versi MAUT adalah A2, sedangkan menurut ARAS adalah A6. Perbedaan hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode seleksi dapat mempengaruhi keputusan akhir dalam proses rekrutmen staf legal.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that mainly attacks the parenchyma, tuberculosis can also be transmittedto other parts. Including meningens, kidney, bone and lymph nodes. Until now, there has not been a singlecountry that is free of Tuberculosis. The mortality and morbidity due to Tuberculosis germs in the world arealso high. In 2009, in the world, there were 1.7 million people who died of Tuberculosis (600,000 of themwomen) while there were 9.4 million new cases of Tuberculosis (3.3 million of them women). One-third ofthe world's population is infected with Tuberculosis, where most Tuberculosis sufferers are of productive age(15-55 years). To reduce the number of pulmonary Tuberculosis events, there needs to be high motivationfrom the patients themselves and the need for support from family and the surrounding environment. Thepurpose of this study was to identify the effect of family support on motivation to recover in patients withpulmonary Tuberculosis in the Kronjo District Health Center, Tangerang-BantenRegency. This research method was a quantitative study using a descriptive analytic design with a crosssectional approach, which is a study that methods to study the dynamics of the correlation betweenindependent variables and dependent variables. The sample in this study was Tuberculosis patients who wereon outpatient treatment for the past four months at the Puskesmas District of Kronjo, Tangerang-BantenRegency as many as 55 people.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan teknologi komputer yang canggih telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia di setiap lapisan masyarakat. Organisasi harus memiliki sistem informasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya dalam mencapai efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja. Diharapkan pengolahan data akan menjadi lebih mudah dengan adanya sistem informasi data kependudukan. Kantor Kelurahan Karang Baru masih menggunakan pengelolaan data secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengelolaan data penduduk berbasis web ini, diharapkan pegawai akan lebih mudah menyelesaikan tugas mereka dan penduduk akan mendapatkan pelayanan yang lebih cepat dan lebih baik.

Abstract

TThis study aimed to compare the performance of various Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures, including LeNet, ResNet, AlexNet, GoogleNet, VGGNet, and the proposed model, in medical image classification for disease detection. The proposed model was developed by adding additional layers and fine-tuning the hyperparameters in the ResNet architecture to enhance its ability to extract complex features. The training and testing processes were conducted using an augmented X-ray image dataset to increase the data diversity. The results indicate that the proposed model achieved the highest testing accuracy of 76.33%, surpassing other models in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Although there are some limitations in specificity and the Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC), the proposed model still demonstrates better generalization ability, with an AUC-ROC score approaching an optimal value. These findings suggest that the proposed model has advantages in medical image classification and holds potential for further development to enhance disease classification accuracy.

Abstract

Cash Social Assistance (BST) is assistance in the form of money provided to poor, disadvantaged, and/or vulnerable families affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. The amount of Cash Social Assistance is IDR 600,000/family/month. This Cash Social Assistance is a social safety net program of the Ministry of Social Affairs intended for poor and vulnerable families affected by Covid-19. This program is a special assignment assistance from the President. Social assistance for areas outside Jabodetabek is provided in the form of money, while for the Jabodetabek area it is provided in the form of basic necessities. The provision of BST assistance does not include recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH), Staple Food Cards, and Pre-Employment Cards. To obtain the Cash Social Assistance (BST) funds, the government has set several criteria for which families can be determined and are entitled to receive the Cash Social Assistance (BST). These criteria will later help government agencies in determining which residents can be selected to receive the Poor Family Assistance Fund. Therefore, a government agency must have a Decision Support System for Cash Social Assistance (BST) recommendations using the Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, with the existence of a decision support system for determining Cash Social Assistance (BST) it is expected to run well, be on target, and be received by the entitled people. Thus, decision makers can compare the performance between the old system and the decision support system for determining BST funds using the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method without having to re-request data on families who will be given Cash Social Assistance (BST) funds.

Abstract

In an increasingly saturated smartphone market, brand differentiation through technical specifications has become a core strategy for attracting diverse consumer segments. This study proposes a machine learning approach to uncover underlying brand strategies by leveraging smartphone specifications and market pricing across multiple regions. We utilize unsupervised clustering algorithms (K-Means, DBSCAN) to segment devices based on technical features, followed by supervised classification models (Random Forest, XGBoost) to identify and interpret brand-driven design strategies. The dataset comprises smartphones released in 2024–2025, including attributes such as RAM, camera specifications, processor type, battery capacity, and launch prices in Pakistan, India, China, USA, and Dubai. Our findings reveal distinct clusters that align with different pricing tiers and show clear brand positioning patterns. Feature importance analysis using SHAP highlights battery capacity, screen size, and processor type as critical variables influencing brand classification. This study provides valuable insights for both manufacturers and consumers in understanding competitive product strategies within the global smartphone market.

Abstract

Tanjung Medan Village is a village located in the District of West Blade, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province. Tanjung Medan village itself has a lot of agricultural commodities that are obtained, both palm oil, rubber, even rattan and many more incomes that can be obtained in this area. However, with conditions that are too far from urban access, the results obtained are not optimal but can only be used for daily needs. Thus, to overcome the problems faced by the people of Tanjung Medan, we are coaching the use of digital marketing for the people of Tanjung Medan Village, which aims to increase family income. The higher the income, the more prosperous the people are.
