Abstract

The best employees are very important assets for the company, because of that sales companies need a system that can choose the best employees objectively and optimally so that they are right in choosing the best employees who will have an impact on the progress of the company. To be able to solve the problem the author conducted research using a Decision Support System using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method is part of the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), which requires a normalization process to be calculated. This method in detail calculates the weight of the value of each criterion. The final result of the research shows that the 10th alternative (A10) with a Preference Value of 0.1120 was chosen to be the best employee recommended in the selection of sales manager

Abstract

The head of the study program is a figure who plays an important role in the progress of each study program at a university. The head of the study program has a role in the decision-making process and in carrying out managerial policies. In addition, the head of the study program is also a person who is able to ensure the creation of a conducive atmosphere in the service process to students and also the scope of work in the study program. Therefore, awarding the head of the study program based on the performance shown is a form of appreciation for the performance given by the head of the study program. The process of evaluating the performance of the head of the study program is not only an assessment of the academic field but also an assessment of the managerial. In the process of evaluating the performance of the head of the study program, a computerized tool is needed or commonly called a Decision Support System. The decision support system also has several settlement methods that are used as a reference, one of the methods that can be used is the WASPAS method. In addition to the methods used to support decisions, there are also methods that can be used for weighting each assessment criteria such as the ROC method. In this research, we will use the ROC weighting method on the assessment criteria and the process of evaluating the performance of the head of the study program using the WASPAS method. The results achieved in the research are to obtain an objective and accountable process of evaluating the performance of the study program leader. In the research that has been carried out, it is found that the Head of the Study Program who gets the reward is the Head of the Study Program with alternative A2 and the preferred value is 0.958

Abstract

The problems that are often faced by the campus in the management of selecting the best students which are carried out once a year in a series of graduation events are the length of the process of calculating student data which is still done manually, criteria that have not been fulfilled optimally and are still based on value calculations alone, and processing is still manual. so that errors and data errors often occur which are quite fatal, subjective selection is still a common problem in the world of education so it is necessary to select outstanding students using a system. The system used is a decision support system that has the quality and logic of a method in a selective selection process with a high level of accuracy, while the method used is the MOOSRA method which is a decision support system method that is easy to understand and systematic stages that are easy to do. The results in this study were a student named Zainal as the owner of the highest score of 0.418397, accurate, efficient and effective results in the use of a decision support system made the selection process much more reliable

Abstract

Technological developments have occurred at this time. The rapid development of technology forces students to be wiser in using it. One of the functions of technology is to become a learning medium like a cell phone. HP, which has become an obligation for students, has given rise to ideas for experts to bring up many new applications, especially in the field of mathematics. The emergence of these various applications makes students confused to choose which one is feasible to choose. To solve this problem, a Decision Support System is needed. SPK is a computer-based system whose function is to assist parties or individuals who need it, especially in making a decision. SPK can function properly, if you use the method. The method used in Ono's research is the EDAS method. The EDAS method is a method that uses a formula or formula, where the decision is generated from positive and negative distances. Abstract

In selecting credit recipients, it is necessary to have a recipient selection system that can overcome the problem of bad credit that often occurs (loans that are not repaid by the debtor). Based on this problem, a decision support system is needed that helps identify the wrong recipient. The method used in this study is the Moora method and the Moosra method, namely the method for determining priorities. A decision support system is a computer-based system consisting of interacting components: a language system component, a knowledge system component, and a problem-handling system component, and uses data and decision-making models to create semi-structured problems. It solves structured problems and semi-structured problems. and assist in decision making. Abstract

Autoimmune diseases are caused by the failure of the immune system to attack the body itself. According to data from the US Department of Health and Human Services, more than 23.5 million Americans have an autoimmune disease, which is difficult to diagnose because of the variety of symptoms it presents. Therefore, the development of mechanisms to identify autoimmune disorders is essential. One of the developing technologies in this field is the use of expert systems in diagnosing diseases. An expert system is a system developed by experts using science-based technology. In order to use it effectively, proper methods are needed, such as the Bayes Theorem approach, described by Thomas Bayes, a priest. The Bayes Theorem approach explains the relationship between the probability of event A and event B based on available information. This study attempts to facilitate the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases by using an expert system and Bayes' Theorem technique. With a confidence level of 0.57 or 57%, the examination results show that the patient suffers from an autoimmune disease of the type Hemolytic Anemia (HA) based on the patient's input

Abstract

In the era of society 5.0, it is very influential on the education sector which is experiencing increasingly sophisticated technological changes, so that lecturers are expected to be able to combine learning with technology so that students' insight into technology is growing. However, in the case of a performance appraisal process, several problems often occur because the large number of lecturers will affect the time of the performance appraisal process. In assessing the performance of lecturers in the era of society 5.0, there are several criteria including Dynamic, Innovative, Number of Scientific Publishes, Discipline and Digital Skills. Therefore, the author applies a MABAC and ENTROPY method in order to find accurate and logical results. So with that, the author adopted a method and produced the highest ranking, namely on behalf of Dito Putro Utomo with a total value of 0.39925

Abstract

Sales is a job that aims to sell a product in the form of goods, services and others and provide the best service to consumers or buyers. Sales will work optimally if managed properly. The person who works to manage sales work is a sales supervisor. Sales Supervisor is someone who is responsible for managing the work procedures of each sales person under his control. A supervisor is required to be able to control every task implementation of a salesperson. If the company hires someone who is not qualified to be a sales supervisor, it will cause losses. So to determine the sales supervisor, a system is needed that will help select good and quality sales supervisor candidates according to the criteria set by the company. The right system to assist companies in making elections is SPK. Decision support system (DSS) is a system that is deliberately created to assist certain parties in making decisions with quality and objective results. SPK requires a method. In this study the method used is the EDAS method. The EDAS method has a function, namely to produce a ranking value by implementing mathematical formulations correctly according to the rules. The mathematical formulation is systematically arranged by experts and produces a ranking value which will eventually be assembled into an accurate decision. From the results of this study, a value of 0.5348 was obtained by Mandala as an alternative to B7, which is the best sales supervisor candidate

Abstract

The Open Unemployment Rate (OER) in Indonesia decreased in February 2024 to 4.82%, showing an improvement compared to February 2023. Despite the decline in TPT, there are still regions with TPT reaching 7.02%, which could potentially lead to negative consequences such as increased crime. Efforts to address TPT include increasing economic growth, developing the quality of education and training. This research utilises clustering in data mining. The number of clusters formed was 3 clusters with a DBI value of -1.685. This study uses K-Medoids clustering to group 38 provinces based on TPT. Of the 38 data, there is incomplete data so preprocessing is done using the "filter example" operator in rapidminer to eliminate incomplete data so that there are 34 data that will be used in this study (after preprocessing). The results show 4 provinces with the highest TPT (Riau Islands, DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten) with a percentage of 11.76%.

Abstract

Users of Apple's App Store applications are increasingly widespread among smartphone users. However, user responses to these apps vary widely. In addition, continuous developments in adding features and editing capabilities have led to the increasing complexity of using these applications. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of application users on Apple's App Store through reviews on the Google Play Store using the Random Forest method. This method was chosen to efficiently identify and group user responses into positive and negative categories. The dataset used in this study includes 5000 reviews, reflecting the diversity of opinions from actively participating users. The data preprocessing stage involves cleaning, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and lemmatization to ensure good data quality before sentiment analysis is carried out. Next, word weighting is carried out using the TF-IDF method to assign weight values to words that influence user sentiment. The research results show that the Random Forest method provides a high level of accuracy in analyzing user sentiment for Apple's App Store applications, with an accuracy of 86%, precision of 89%, recall of 81%, and f1-score of 85%. This research provides further understanding regarding user responses to Apple's App Store applications, and confirms the success of the Random Forest method in handling sentiment analysis on user review datasets on the Google Play Store.
