Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors influencing sharia digital banking utilization by using modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed online. The sample used in this study was 125 millennial respondents who used Jago Syariah Bank and Aladin Syariah Bank. In this study, the data is analyzed by using structural equation model analysis with the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, and consumer innovativeness positively and significantly affect sharia digital banking utilization. However, there are some variables that have no significant effect, which are, perceived usefulness and subjective norms.

Abstract

The primary issue addressed in this study is the need for effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes, particularly in Fiqh subjects at madrasahs. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model within the Merdeka Curriculum to improve student learning outcomes in madrasahs. The research employed a quantitative method, with participants comprising Fiqh teachers at Islamic Senior High Schools (MAN) and 10th-grade students in the religious studies program. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the application of the PBL model effectively enhances student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the comparison of pre-test and post-test results. At the first MAN, the average pre-test score of 74.8% increased to 88.2% in the post-test, showing an improvement of 13.4%. Similarly, at the second MAN, the average pre-test score of 75.2% rose to 87.5% in the post-test, with an improvement of 12.3%. This study concludes that the Problem-Based Learning model is effective in enhancing Fiqh learning outcomes among 10th-grade students in Islamic Senior High Schools, while also contributing positively to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in his or her ability to achieve the desired results in a particular context, in this case the readiness to teach through microteaching-1, which is mostly aimed at prospective teacher students, especially in this research, students of the Faculty of Islamic Religious Education study program Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Palangka Raya State Islamic Institute. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews with PAI FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya students who have carried out PM 1, direct observation and documentation analysis. Data analysis involves the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The findings from the research show that the self-efficacy of PAI FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya students is at a fairly good level, where they have high confidence in their teaching abilities. Students' teaching readiness is also at a good level, indicated by thorough preparation in implementing Teaching Practices-1 in creating teaching modules and the learning media used. There is a significant positive impact between self-efficacy and teaching readiness. Students with a high level of self-efficacy demonstrate better teaching readiness and are able to master teaching skills.

Abstract

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted elderly health, requiring regular medical check-ups to monitor their condition. This study examines the health examinations of the elderly at Posyandu Ngudi Waras, Semanggi RW XII, Surakarta, during the pandemic. The research aims to assess the frequency of health check-ups, key health indicators such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation, blood sugar levels, and body mass index, as well as the challenges faced in providing healthcare services for the elderly. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through medical records and interviews with healthcare providers and elderly participants. The results indicate that despite pandemic-related restrictions, routine health monitoring continued with adjustments to health protocols. The findings highlight the importance of community-based health services in ensuring the well-being of the elderly, particularly during health crises. Strengthening health programs for the elderly, enhancing accessibility, and improving awareness of preventive healthcare are essential for maintaining their quality of life.

Abstract

This research departs from the importance of increasing spiritual intelligence through the application of religious culture in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sampit. This study uses a qualitative method that produces descriptive data. The subjects in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampit totaling 7 people and the informants were 2 teachers of Islamic Religious Education, 1 homeroom teacher, and the principal. The results of this study indicate that the application of religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Sampit, namely (a) 3S (Smile, Greet, Greeting) can be realized by saying "Assalamualaikum" to students who are Muslim and saying "good morning" to students who are non-Muslims. (b) Congregational prayers are held in the mushalla 3 times in congregation. (c) Tadarrus Al-Qur'an is accustomed before starting PAI learning for about 5-10 minutes which is applied through teaching and learning activities in class and can be applied through PRIS extracurricular activities. (d) Dressing up to cover the aurat has been applied by female students who are Muslim because of the effect of the learning methodology applied through the application of tadarrus Al-Qur'an which requires them to dress to cover their aurat.

Abstract

Elderly health checks are an important part of efforts to maintain quality of life and prevent degenerative diseases that often occur in old age. This program is implemented at Posyandu Mawar, Pajang, Surakarta, with the aim of detecting early health conditions of the elderly and providing education related to healthy lifestyles. The activities include checking blood pressure, blood sugar, body mass index (BMI), and health consultations aimed at maintaining the overall physical condition of the elderly. The results of the examination showed that most of the elderly who participated in this program experienced mild to moderate hypertension and increased blood sugar levels. This program also succeeded in increasing elderly awareness of the importance of routine health checks and healthy lifestyle changes, including more regular diet and physical activity. As a preventive measure, periodic health checks at Posyandu are expected to reduce the risk of degenerative diseases and improve the overall quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, this health check program needs to be continuously supported and implemented sustainably

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lansia merupakan kelompok usia di atas 60 tahun yang sedang mengalami proses penuaa, sehingga akan mengalami perubahan fungsi tubuh termasuk sistem muskuloskeletal yang dapat menurunkan kekuatan otot. Latihan keseimbangan ditujukan untuk memperkuat otot tungkai bawah sekaligus meningkatkan kemmapuan sistem vestibular dalam menjaga stabilitas tubuh. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan keseimbangan terhadap keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri dari 16 lansia yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi keseimbangan, kekuatan otot, data demografi dan SOP balance exercise. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berusia 61-76 tahun (37,5%) dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki (62,5%). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan peningkatan kesimbangan, dimana kategori normal naik dari 56,3% menjadi 81,3% setelah intervensi. Pada kekuatan otot, kondisi awal seluruh responden berada kategori sedang (100%), kemudian meningkat menjadi 25% normal dan 75,0% sedang. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai p kesimbangan =0,02 dan nilai p kekuatan otot p=0,05 Kesimpulan: Latihan keseimbangan berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot pada lansia. ABSTRACT Background: Aging in individuals over 60 years is accompanied by physiological changes, particularly in the musculoskeletal system, which may lead to decreased muscle strength. Balance exercise is a simple intervention aimed at strengthening the lower limbs and enhancing vestibular function to maintain postural stability. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of balance exercise on postural balance and lower extremity muscle strength in older adults. Methods: A quantitative study with a one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted on 16 elderly participants who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection tools included balance observation sheets, muscle strength assessments, demographic data, and a standardized balance exercise protocol. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was applied for statistical analysis, with significance set at p < 0.05. Results: Most respondents were 61–76 years old (37.5%) and male (62.5%). After the intervention, the proportion of participants with normal postural balance increased from 56.3% to 81.3%. Regarding muscle strength, all participants were initially in the moderate category (100%), but post-intervention 25% improved to normal and 75% remained moderate. The Wilcoxon test showed significant improvements in both postural balance (p = 0.02) and muscle strength (p = 0.05). Conclusion: Balance exercise significantly improves postural balance and muscle strength in the elderly. This intervention can be recommended as a practical strategy to reduce the risk of falls and maintain functional independence among older adults.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how appropriate are the LKPD (student worksheet) teaching materials in learning to write explanatory text with social content for class VI students, which were developed based on media experts, material experts, teachers and students? The aim of this research is to describe the suitability of LKPD (Students' Worksheets) teaching materials in learning to write explanatory texts with social content for elementary/MI students. The research method used in this research is the research and development method (Research & Development). The research subject for this product development is the validator. The research subject for this product development is the validator. The assessment is carried out by filling in the validation sheet provided, the validator in this research is the supervisor. Apart from that, the subjects of this research were class VI students at SD Negeri 397 Padang Laru. The object of this research is the Student Worksheet (LKPD) in learning to write explanatory texts with social content for class VI students at SD Negeri 397 Padang Laru. The instruments used to obtain research data use non-test instruments and test instruments. The results of this research indicate that Student Worksheets (LKPD) are suitable for use in improving explanatory text writing skills by class VI students at SD Negeri 397 Padang Laru, Kab. Mandailing Christmas for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Apart from that, the results of testing LKPD (Students' Worksheets) teaching materials in learning to write explanatory texts with social content in class VI of SD Negeri 397 Padang Laru, Kab. Mandailing Natal for the 2024-2025 Academic Year shows that before the LKPD development process it was in the adequate category and then increased to good after the LKPD development process in class VI of SD Negeri 397 Padang Laru, Kab. Mandailing Christmas for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

Abstract

Hipertensi, atau tekanan darah tinggi, merupakan kondisi ketika tekanan darah sistolik mencapai ≥140 mmHg dan diastolik ≥90 mmHg. Apabila tidak mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat, hipertensi dapat menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi, termasuk kecemasan. Salah satu bentuk penatalaksanaan nonfarmakologis yang dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah sekaligus mengurangi kecemasan adalah terapi relaksasi otot progresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi tersebut terhadap tekanan darah dan tingkat kecemasan pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest–Posttest. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Plupuh II pada 28 Februari–8 Maret 2024 dengan populasi seluruh lansia yang menderita hipertensi. Sampel berjumlah 27 orang diperoleh melalui teknik total sampling. Variabel yang diukur meliputi tekanan darah dan tingkat kecemasan. Pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan menggunakan tensimeter manual dan stetoskop, sedangkan tingkat kecemasan dinilai menggunakan kuesioner Geriatric Anxiety Scale (GAS). Kelompok eksperimen menerima intervensi terapi relaksasi otot progresif selama tujuh hari, dua kali sehari, masing-masing selama 30 menit. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann–Whitney. Hasil Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p tekanan darah sebesar 0,196 (pretest) dan 0,001 (posttest), serta nilai p tingkat kecemasan sebesar 0,012 (pretest) dan 0,001 (posttest). Perbedaan signifikan (p<0,05) ditemukan pada nilai posttest antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Terapi relaksasi otot progresif terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah dan mengurangi kecemasan pada lansia hipertensi. Oleh karena itu, intervensi ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai bagian dari asuhan keperawatan nonfarmakologis di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
