Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on principal performance. To examine and analyze the influence of commitment on principal performance. To determine the influence of rewards on principal performance. To determine the influence of the work environment on principal performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a saturated method, where the entire population was sampled. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance, rewards have a positive and significant effect on performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Transformational leadership, commitment, rewards, and the environment collectively have a positive and significant effect on the performance of school principals within the Central Java Region VI Education Office.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine and analyze: The effect of competency on the performance of employees at KPP Pratama Surakarta, The effect of motivation on the performance of employees at KPP Pratama Surakarta, The effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at KPP Pratama Surakarta, and The effect of the work environment on the performance of employees at KPP Pratama Surakarta. The author uses a quantitative approach in this research. The population and sample for this study are all employees at the KPP Pratama Surakarta, totaling 101 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census, where all members of the population are included as the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: Competence affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta, Work motivation affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta, Work discipline affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta, and The work environment affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of career development, employee competency, work culture, and communication on the performance of KPP Pratama Sukoharjo employees both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population is all employees working at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo, totaling 109 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Census technique with a sample size of 109 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study show that career development has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Employee competence has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Work culture has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Career development, employee competence, work culture, and communication have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. The determination or contribution of the variables Career development, employee competence, work culture, and communication have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees by 78.2%, while 21.8% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Good employee performance​ will contribute to achieving revenue targets taxes which are one of the focus main Directorate General of Taxes. Research This done For (1) Testing and analyzing influence placement home base to performance employees, (2) Testing and analyzing influence mutation to performance employees, (3) Testing and analyzing influence motivation to performance employees, (4) Testing and analyzing influence development career to performance employees. This research is a descriptive analysis type with a quantitative approach, namely research that analyzes data with centralize attention to existing symptoms​ characteristics certain in life the human being named variable. This research will be conducted at the Central Java II DJP Regional Office. The population in this study is all employees at the Central Java II DJP Regional Office, totaling 158 employees. This research was conducted at the Central Java II DJP Regional Office, researchers took a sample of 50% of the total population, namely 79 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a non- random sampling technique. The regression coefficient and t-test values show that the career development variable has the highest value compared to other variables, meaning that career development has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The results of the research that has been conducted state that (1) Homebase work placement has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (2) Mutation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
