Abstract

This research intended to analyze the economic growth and family welfare. The implications on economic growth and welfare in this framework, it is driven by economic growth.This research was conducted in Surabaya which covered 105 supervisors as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS20 to analyze hypothesis.The inter correlations models between these variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation.The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of economic science.

Abstract

This research intended to asses the organizational commitment, leadership style to the turnover intentions which must be performed in PT. Aneka Jasa Grhadika. This research was conducted in Gresik which covered 72 employee and a few of manager as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 20.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between two variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resoureces and practice management. Key words: Komitmen Organisasional, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Turnover Intentions.

Abstract

Abstract Background. This research intended to asses the ability and work behavior which must be performed by three sub-sector in creative industry in Surabaya connected with performance of the employee. Method. This research was conducted at by three sub-sector in creative industry in Surabaya which covered 170 employee as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS program 23 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between these variables in this study revealed that three hypothesis have significant correlation. Conclusion. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resources and practice management. Key words. Ability, Work Behavior and Performance.

Abstract

Financial decision making is an important aspect in the life of the company as well as private. This decision not only depends on the intellectual ability but also psychological abilities. The proper decision making requires tranquility psychologically and mental maturity of a person. This research intended to analyze the psychology aspect and finance desicion making. Finance desicion making was facilitated by Psychology aspect. Investors as individual and institutional settings conducive to the development of high level of organizational capital. The research by utilizing literature study to analyze variables. Financial decision making and psychological abilities needs a few variables to support them get the goals. These variables in this study revealed which needed by companies. Abstract

Human Resources is a natural resource that is used to drive and synergizing other resources to achieve organizational goals. This research intended to analyze the intellectual capital, social capital, carrier and development planning. New intellectual capital was facilitated by social capital. Organizations as institutional settings conducive to the development of high level of social capital. This research by utilizing literature study to analyze variables. Carrier and development planning needs a few variables to support them get the goals. These variables in this study revealed that these variables needed by companies. Abstract

Background This research intended to asses the emotional intelligence, work environment to the performance which must be performed to the senior high school teacher in Surabaya. Method This research was conducted in Surabaya which covered ....teachers as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 11.0 to analyze some hypothesis. Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan keinginan karyawan untuk berhenti dari pekerjaannya yang bertujuan mendapatkan pekerjaan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity, stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Malidas Sterilisasi di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 66 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap stres kerja. Job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap turnover intention karyawan. PT. Malidas Sterilindo diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman terhadap karyawan dengan memberikan kepastian pekerjaan seperti kepastian pola karir, serta deskripsi pekerjaan yang jelas. Sehingga karyawan tidak merasa stres saat bekerja dan tidak memiliki keinginan untuk berpindah ke perusahaan lain atau bahkan mencari pekerjaan lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Workload and Job Insecurity on Work Fatigue MTs Teachers at the Al-Ihsan Krian Sidoarjo Foundation. The approach used is descriptive quantitative as well as the population & sample used by a number of 53 employees. According to the statistical results, the t-count results of Workload 2.821 & a significance of 0.007 <0.05. Obtained t-count Job Insecurity 2.194 & a significance of 0.033 <0.05. The f-count was 8,643 & a significance of 0.001 <0.05. This means that the t-test & f-test prove that there is a significant and positive effect of Workload and Job Insecurity on the Work Fatigue of MTs Teachers at the Al-Ihsan Krian Sidoarjo Foundation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the behavior of MSME taxpayers in carrying out their tax obligations. The research population is MSME taxpayers domiciled in Mojokerto. The sample of this research involved 42 respondents using the purposive sampling method, questionnaire as an instrument, and processed using SEM approach Warp PLS 6.0. The results show that taxpayer compliance behavior, taxpayers' willingness to negotiate, and provision of financial statements based on earnings management positively impact tax obligations as measured by the amount of voluntary tax compliance. Still, the tax morale of taxpayers has a negative impact on tax obligations incurred, calculated based on the value of voluntary tax compliance, taxpayer compliance behavior, the willingness of taxpayers to negotiate, provision of financial reports based on earnings management mediating the perception that MSME fiscal policy has a positive impact on tax obligations as measured by the value of voluntary tax compliance. In contrast, the tax morale of taxpayers is mediated by the perception of MSME's fiscal policy having a negative impact on voluntary tax compliance. Recently, it found that obedient taxpayers in carrying out their tax obligations are influenced by the behavior of taxpayers, not because of regulations. Behavior is seen from economic conditions, finances using a fiscal policy approach for MSMEs, and a conceptual system based on a developing view of the tax policy. .
