Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the legal relationship that occurs between developers and housing residents during the process of buying and selling houses starting from the binding agreement for the sale and purchase of houses until the house is occupied. Furthermore, this study discusses the liability of developers and housing residents in the event of default or unlawful acts. The policy of shutting down clean water supply carried out by developers to residents is often not only related to the failure to pay Environmental Management Dues (IPL) bills which are combined with water bills, but also often associated with other things as an effort to suppress housing residents. From a legal perspective, the developer's actions can be categorized as unlawful. On the other hand, housing residents who are dissatisfied with the developer's services choose not to pay (IPL), where from the developer's perspective, the resident's actions are in default. This study will examine legal relations and legal resolution solutions related to conflicts over Environmental Management Dues between Developers and Housing Residents.

Abstract

Customary law is the original law of the Indonesian nation. Every formation of legislation must be based on the values of social justice, one of which is the religious-magical nature of customary law. This research wants to examine customary criminal liability and how to recover losses caused by perpetrators. This research method uses normative juridical research. The results and discussion of this research show that the position of the application of customary sanctions in the national criminal system is recognized as long as it is in accordance with State principles and the formulation of the balance of customary criminal liability must be adjusted to regional characteristics. Where recovery does not only affect bodies or individuals but can also use compensation to carry out certain rituals.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the considerations made by judges of the Banten High Court in resolving Civil Case Number 173/Pdt./2023/PN.BTN. concerning a dispute over the sale and purchase of land, which involves marital property and is linked to the principles of nebis in idem and the fundamental theory of contract formation. The methodology involves inventorying primary and secondary legal materials related to land law, followed by the identification of these materials according to the central issues of the research. Through analysis of these legal materials, the researcher seeks to provide insights and solutions to the questions raised. The findings revealed that the judges of the High Court of Banten affirmed the decision of the Tangerang District Court in Civil Dispute Number 173/Pdt./2023/ PT.BTN. They found that the reasons behind the initial decision were correct, especially regarding the land and building ownership issue involving Mr. Arhan. Hence, it is crucial for judges to thoroughly review all aspects of a case, particularly the subject matter, to ensure a fair and just outcome that benefits all parties involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai proses nasabah dalam pengajuan klaim terhadap perusahaan asuransi dan perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah jika dalam proses pengajuan klaim terjadi penolakan dari pihak perusahaan asuransi, memberikan gambarandan langkah-langkah apa saja yang dilakukan nasbah jika mendapatkan resiko kerugian atas kendaraan yang dimilikinya. Sehingga tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak dinginkan seperti kesalahpahaman nasabah ataupun pihak perusahaan asuransi, karena dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan banyak nasbah yang belum mengetahui banyak apa yang harus dilakukian jika resiko terjadi dan langkah apa yang harus dilakukan jika nasabah merasa dirugikan. Masih banyak masyarakat yanb belum memahami pentingnya asuransi dalam meminimalisir kerugian akibat terjadi resiko dengan kendaraan bermotor, sebagian masyarakat asuransi masih menjadi hal yang merugikan dan proses yang berbelit-belit.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Rejoagung Village is the lack of halal certification. Although halal certification is a mandatory requirement for all food products circulating in Indonesia, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in this village do not understand the importance of halal certification and have not taken care of it. In fact, halal certification not only guarantees the halalness of the product, but can also increase consumer confidence and open up wider market opportunities. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed to increase awareness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises about the importance of halal certification. Through the community service program, it is hoped that it can provide socialization and assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so that they are motivated to take care of the halal certification of their products. Finally, at the end of the service, ten halal certificates were successfully issued for Business Actors who are partners of Sekolah Kopi Raisa. Thus, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Rejoagung Village can develop further and make a greater contribution to the village economy.

Abstract

Peningkatan pemahaman hukum dan etika dalam interaksi di lingkungan merupakan kebutuhan mendesak mengingat masih maraknya perundungan, diskriminasi, penyalahgunaan media sosial, serta rendahnya kesadaran terhadap konsekuensi hukum di kalangan pelajar. Kesadaran hukum dan etika sejak dini penting untuk mewujudkan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif, aman, dan harmonis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMA negeri 1 Luwuk dengan sasaran 30 siswa yang bertujuan memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya hukum dan etika dalam interaksi sosial di sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan ceramah dan diskusi yang diawali pemaparan materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam mengikuti materi dan mampu mengidentifikasi bentuk pelanggaran hukum serta etika yang lazim terjadi di sekolah. Dengan begitu, dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa mengenai pentingnya perilaku yang patuh dan menghargai orang lain. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang lebih disiplin dan harmonis serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan program pembinaan hukum dan etika berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

The districts of Situbondo, Bondowoso and Jember are the centers of residence for the Pandalungan community. Pandalungan community is a society with mixed cultures, namely Java and Madura. Most of them live in urban areas. Like other community entities, some of these communities have not consumed organic food plants, given the scarcity of information about organic plants. The objectives of this study were: (1) to determine the effect of plant organic food product attributes as healthier food plants, and the discomfort caused by organic food plants on the motivation to shift consumption through the attitude of shifting non-organic food plant products to organic food plants. ; (2) to determine the effect of moderating motivation to elaborate information on the effect of product attributes and discomfort on product switching attitudes. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS applications, the research sample of 250 respondents selected from the three research areas, with proportional random sampling method. The results of the study show that product attributes have a positive and significant effect on product switching attitudes, as well as their influence on the motivation to shift consumption to organic food crops. Meanwhile, discomfort has a significant negative effect both on product switching attitudes and on motivation for shifting consumption. Product switching attitude has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to shift in consumption. The moderating effect of motivation on elaborating information strengthens the effect of product attributes on product switching attitudes, but the moderating effect of motivation on elaborating on information through discomfort is proven insignificant. The interactive structural equation function mathematically can be written as follows: (1) SK = 1,420 AT– 0.773 KN + 0.278 ATml - 0.198 KNml + e3; and (2) NI = 1.366 AT - 1.466 KN + 0.768 SK + 0.425 ATml - 0.787 KNml + 0.570 SKml + e4. shows that product attribute improvements can be widely and continuously informed to the public so that people will know and be able to make comparisons with competitors' products. This will motivate more wisely towards product switching. This finding related to the limited alternative product choices; product constraints are difficult to find, high prices (Zanoli & Naspetti; 2002, and Chinnici, and friends; 2002). Low availability in the market (Kalafatis, and friends;, 2009: Magnusson, and friends; 2012, Vindigni, and friends; 2002, Tarlanen & Sundqvist; 2005, Chen; 2009); and the minimum number of alternative options (Chinnici, and friends; 2002) as well as the cost of switching (Anton, and friends; 2007).

Abstract

In contemporary capitalism, consumerism operates not only as a lifestyle pattern but also as a subtle mechanism of class domination that reshapes how exploitation and resistance are experienced. This study aims to analyze how bourgeois market logic obscures class conflict through consumption, datafication, and media culture, while proletarian resistance emerges in dispersed and hybrid forms across digital, cultural, and consumer spaces. A qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was employed, examining peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2021 and 2025 from multidisciplinary sources in political economy, sociology, and cultural studies. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns linking consumer culture, transformed exploitation, and new resistance practices. The findings reveal that consumerism normalizes inequality by commodifying identity and attention, while digital platforms intensify algorithmic control over labor and consumption. At the same time, resistance appears through anti-consumption movements, digital collectivism, financial activism, and the creation of alternative communicative spaces. The discussion shows that class conflict persists but is relocated from traditional workplaces to market, media, and digital arenas. In conclusion, understanding contemporary class struggle requires recognizing how everyday consumption becomes a site of domination and how proletarian resistance adapts within and against the structures of bourgeois market logic.

Abstract

Financial institutions have a very big role in developing people's growth in the industrial era. Among them is BMT. BMT is a business entity that has a legal entity as a cooperative and must comply with the rules regarding cooperatives. This study aims to determine the role of BMT NU Grujugan Branch through community economic empowerment programs and the community's perspective on the role of BMT Nuansa Ummat Grujugan Branch. The type of method used in this research is a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The informant determination technique is Snowball sampling. Informants in this study included the head of the BMT NU branch, the financing department, the savings section, customers who took financing and the recipients of social funds. The findings of this study show that the role of BMT Nuansa Ummat Grujugan Branch in empowering the community's economy is very high, covering several things including operational activities carried out in accordance with sharia principles, distancing the community from non-Islamic economic practices, as intermediaries between shohibul maal and the duafa/mudharib in terms of collecting and developing social funds.

Abstract

Currently there is widespread news regarding calls for action to switch to alternative products from companies that support Israel's genocide against Palestine, one of which is through an international boycott under the command of Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions. One of the BDS lists is another quite controversial boycott list, including Pizza Hut, MCD, Wix, Burger King, Papa John's Pizza and Domino's Pizza. The Indonesian Ulema Council also issued MUI Fatwa number 83 of 2023 as a response to the Palestinian struggle. The above phenomenon makes people more careful in buying products that are on the boycott list and start switching to alternative products, namely local products. One of the local Bondowoso products which is an alternative product is D.Co Pizza Bondowoso which has its own competitiveness and characteristics. separately, but it is not yet known exactly what factors influence people's shift to alternative products, especially at D.Co Pizza Bondowoso. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge of MUI fatwa number 83 of 2023 and religiosity on purchasing decisions for D.Co Pizza Bondowoso. The method used is explanatory research using binary logistic regression analysis. From the results of logistic regression analysis calculations, a significant relationship was obtained between knowledge on purchasing decisions and religiosity on purchasing decisions
